  Comments: Hi, We had an amazing time staying at Daniel. The location is perfect, very close to the city center (8 min walking) and 2 minutes away from the metro station. The apartment was impeccable, it had all the things we needed for a long stay (we stayed for 10 days in Porto). Daniel was very welcoming, he told us about things to do in Porto and he was available for help when we called him. Thank you!

  Comments: Daniel was an excellent host. He was very prompt with responding to messages and ensured someone was there to meet us right on time for both our arrival and departure. The apartment is extremely clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay, short or long term. Being situated right across the street from the metro made getting around Porto effortless :)!

  Comments: La ciudad de Porto es una ciudad muy bonita, histórica y turística, con muchos rincones donde perderse. Daniel y María se mostraron amables a mi llegada y solicitos a hacer mi estancia lo más agradable posible. Mi estancia fue de más de 20 días, y estuve como en casa. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios como lavadora, nevera, microondas. Muy limpia y confortable. Una buena señal de wifi, muy importante si tu estancia es por trabajo. Está muy bien situada, en una calle céntrica, a 10-15 minutos caminando se llega a una de las arterias comerciales de Porto, donde se pueden encontrar tiendas y restaurantes. Y a unos 100 metros del metro. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver a Porto, me gustaría repetir mi estancia en casa de Daniel y Maria

  Comments: Não pude conhecer o Daniel e a Maria pessoalmente, mas fomos extremamente bem recebidos por seu pai que nos mostrou todo o apartamento e nos ajudou com nossas dúvidas. O apartamento é um sonho, totalmente equipado. Depois que fomos embora para continuar nossa viagem em Lisboa, ficamos com vontade de mudar nosso roteiro para ficar mais dias lá, pois amamos MESMO aquele espaço. Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa.

  Comments: Ce fût un excellent séjour à Porto, grâce au beau temps , mais aussi pour passer une semaine dans un très joli appartement avec des propriétaire très gentils. L'appartement était propre, dans une résidence propre avec ascenseur et place de parking en souterrain. Tout ce qu'il faut pour le centre de Porto . L'appartement est très bien équipé pour y passer une semaine. Il est situé en haut d'une rue qui descend jusqu'au centre historique de la ville . Environ 20 minutes jusqu'au quais . Et le métro à deux minutes de l'appartement qui peux vous amener partout . Première expérience pour nous AirBnB très réussi dans cet appartement . Je vous le recommande sans hésiter .

  Comments: O apartamento atendeu integralmente as nossas expectativas, os anfitriões ofertaram tudo o que era anunciado. Equipamentos e instalações em perfeito funcionamento, as informações de localização e acesso estavam corretas. A estadia foi muito bem sucedida, com certeza pensaríamos com prioridade em voltar a alugar este apartamento. O apartamento tem localização e acesso muito fácil, conhecida e bem servida por metrô e ônibus (autocarros). Tem acesso a supermercado, restaurantes de preços variados, locais de lazer próximos e de boas condições de uso e acesso.   Comments: I spend 10 days in Daniel's appartment. The appartment is well located : 2 min walk from the metro station Marques and 15 min from the main historic places of Porto. The appartment was extremely clean and well furnished.

  Comments: Эта квартира просто идеальна для комфортного отдыха. Что больше всего нас поразило - это безупречная чистота, новая мебель, новые белоснежные полотенца, постельное белье, посуда. Есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи, в спальне большая удобная кровать, скоростной вай-фай, что мне было очень важно для работы. Квартира удобно расположена на главной пешеходной улице, до центра можно дойти пешком всего за 10 минут. Единственное трудно потом возвращаться домой, потому что улица под гору, но это специфический для Португалии ландшафт и мы были к этому готовы. Если не хотите идти пешком, то за 200 метров от дома есть станция метро. Внизу дома - кафе, где за 60 центов варят замечательный ароматный кофе! Мы остались очень довольны пребыванием у Даниэля и Марии. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру даже для педантичных и привередливых туристов - недостатков нет!

  Comments: La casa de Daniel y María es muy acogedora y está limpia. Que tenga aparcamiento privado es muy cómodo en esta ciudad. Se encuentra situada en un barrio tranquilo con muy buenas comunicaciones, metro y autobuses al lado, aunque ir al centro andando es un paseo muy agradable. La próxima vez que vayamos a Oporto, sin duda intentaremos volver a este alojamiento. Muchas gracias Daniel y un saludo especial a tu padre que fue muy atento al recibirnos.

  Comments: This apartment appeared to be recently renovated and was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was well equipped throughout, with all the little touches you could need during your stay, including extra towels. The apartment was clean and toiletries were abundant. You can tell they put a lot of thought into setting up this apartment. We didn't meet Daniel, but his mother met us there. She was very nice and showed us all the features around the apartment. The furniture was newer and comfortable. It was nice to have covered secured parking, but it was a little tricky getting in and out since it is on a very busy street and it is a narrow steep drive to come up from the underground parking. Really the only negative of this apartment is the street it is on. Due to the traffic light about 100 meters away, the traffic was VERY heavy from about 07:00 to 09:00 and then again from 16:00 to 19:00 with a lot of honking...... And then at about 23:00 until 03:00 (or 04:30 on weekends) the "ladies of the night" came out and hung out at the cafe across the street, talking and laughing loudly while drumming up business. It made it difficult to sleep due to the noise.

  Comments: The flat is very modern and has big bedroom and good size lounge. The bathroom is very clean and modern with rain and smaller movable shower heads. Kitchen not large, but although no oven, very well fitted. Basket of useful leaflets on Porto and surrounding areas. Andante (metro) and train tickets available to recharge during your stay very useful.Great having Free WiFi, internet TV with US, ES,FR and UK BBC world channels as well as PT channels. Didn't meet Daniel and Maria, but Daniels dad met me and gave me brief tour of flat. Daniel rang to make sure all ok and and advise re water boiler. Two lifts to this 2nd floor flat. Busy road, but only one way road and traffic worst in evening rush hour. Some noise from traffic, if you have windows open. Did find nice to open windows when very hot. Blinds help keep rooms cool. Marques metro 2 mins walk and this gives easy access to centre, just 5 stops euro 1.20 to Sao Bento near cathedral, main square and railway. Marques also has good bus connections including Serralves art gallery and Foz on coast. There are several cafes around Marques square and I enjoyed Fumeiro for tasty fresh fruit juices inc strawberry, peach and cakes. Celeste bakery for breakfast bread, toast and cakes and evening pizzas (also take away). Pingo Doce supermarket 5 mins walk from appartment, butchers and fruit shop 1 min. The other end of Rua St Catarina is main shopping street, approx 30 mins walk downhill from flat. I really enjoyed the flat and it's area and felt very much like a local, but able to do the tourist sites easily.

  Comments: Appartement spacieux et agréable à vivre (toutefois la rue pourra être considérée comme bruyante pour certains et vivante pour d'autres!)! Situé dans la rue Santa Catarina, il faut juste descendre la rue pour être en centre ville. Parfait pour découvrir Porto ! Et pour ne rien gâcher nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans le parking souterrain de la résidence!

  Comments: I stayed here with my husband for 5 nights. It's very clean and spacious for two people. Supermarket and metro station is nearby and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the historic center(not too far, but on the way back home, it feels a bit tiring..) Daniel always tries to help me with any trouble. We enjoyed the stay. :)

  Comments: Apartment fully met our expectations, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast WiFi. The apartment was well equipped with all the amenities and conveniences that allowed for a comfortable and pleasant week long stay in Porto. Additional advantage of this large apartment in our case was an underground parking place. Located close to the center of Porto, near the metro station and shops. The only downside was the poor sound insulation of the sliding windows, but this was a characteristic of the whole building. Apartment Daniel & Maria is a good offer and worth recommending to visitors to the city of Porto and surroundings. Regards, Christopher

Bien situé en haut d'une rue commerçante menant au centre de Porto. Excellent accueil de Daniel et Maria. Rien à redire. Je recommande sans problème cet appartement.

  Comments: L'appartement est très bien localisé. Vous êtes à deux minutes de la station Marques, et à deux stations de Trindade qui vous permettra de prendre n'importe quelle ligne, et donc de vous rendre à peu près partout dans la ville. L'appartement n'est pas dans la partie la plus touristique de la ville, et vous pouvez donc profiter sur place des tarifs locaux, et donc d'un coût de la vie plutôt intéressant dans le cadre de votre visite touristique. Un pingo doce (petit magasin pour faire vos courses) se trouve à 5 minutes. En revanche, l'appartement donne sur une rue à fort passage, et un bar/boite de nuit se trouve à quelques mètres. Sachez que les lois sur le bruit ne sont clairement pas les mêmes qu'en France, et qu'il pourra donc vous arriver de reconnaître depuis votre lit la musique qui passe, lorsque par exemple des clients oublient de fermer les portes de l'établissement. Malgré le fait que l'appartement ait été refait à neuf, le bâtiment en lui même n'est pas bien isolé pour le bruit extérieur, et cela peut parfois se faire sentir. Je dirais que le problème de la musique s'est fait particulièrement ressentir lors d'une nuit. Si vous recherchez un silence absolu, passez votre chemin, mais un bon emplacement en ville et le calme plat se trouvent difficilement en un même lieu, donc rien de rédhibitoire à ce niveau là, je tenais juste à l'écrire pour qu'il n'y ait pas de mauvaise surprise. Concernant l'appartement en lui même, il a vraiment été bien refait. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée, il ne manque qu'un lave vaisselle (de par la présence d'une machine à laver) et un four. On notera par contre que la quantité de vaisselle pourrait être limitée si vous venez à 4. Le salon est agréable, et la télé connectée vous permettra de vous occuper sur netflix ou youtube en rentrant de vos promenades le soir. La salle de bain avec sa baignoire était parfaite. Pour terminer, concernant la chambre, la literie était de bonne qualité même si le lit avait tendance à un peu grincer. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, et la semaine que nous avons passé sur place a vraiment été agréable. Daniel a su être disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de lui, même très tôt le matin lorsque nous sommes reparti. Pour conclure, et suite à ma mésaventure, je me permettrais de vous donner le conseil suivant : au moment de rendre l'appartement, et donc de laisser les clés à l'intérieur pour ensuite claquer la porte, vérifiez au préalable que la porte du hall n'a pas été fermée à double tour. Cela vous évitera de devoir réveiller un voisin à 4h du matin pendant que le taxi vous attend.

  Comments: O apartamento é ótimo. Nós adoramos. Tem um quarto grande e ensolarado com armários e sacada. Na sala um sofá cama que pode ser até para duas pessoas. A cozinha equipada e o banheiro bem espaçoso. A localização é ótima uma quadra da praça do marquês onde está o metro para a baixa. Perto também tem supermercado Pingo Doce.

  Comments: Clean and fully equipped apartment close to underground station. 2.5 km from Luís I Bridge (nice walk on the famous Santa Catarina Street). Small disadvantage- not well soundproof windows (every evening excluded weekend around 11pm we heard garbage truck). Although, I would recommend this apartment for families with children. Obrigado!

  Comments: Appartement très bien situé, 30 minutes de marche et on est rendu au Pont San Luis. De plus à moins de 5 minutes de marche du métro c'est un gros plus. Par contre la rue est très passante donc très bruyant de jour comme de nuit. Il y a plusieurs commerces restos à proximité. À part le bruit le seul commentaire négatif est que pour cuisiner l'équipement est rudimentaire.

  Comments: Logement de taille correcte, très propre. Aménagé avec goût. Cependant, la rue est extrêmement bruyante, beaucoup de circulation même la nuit et des prostituées très proches parlent très fort jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

  Comments: The flat was really spacious, modern and clean, and in an apartment block with some lovely neighbours who helped us out when we needed it. It's in a good location, a couple of minute walk from the metro and the supermarket, or a 20 minute walk into the centre of town - it's uphill on the way back so a bit longer!

  Comments: Si vous avez la chance que l'on vous propose cet appartement n'hésitez pas. il est très propre, et très bien équipé. Vous y êtes comme chez vous.. Le métro n'est qu'à 300 m et une supérette à 500 m. De plus, les propriétaire parlent Français.

  Comments: L’appartement est beau, lumineux, très fonctionnel, bien équipé, la télé connectée est un vrai plus. Comme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires l’isolation des fenêtres n’est pas optimale mais la rue est calme, sur une semaine nous n’avons pas entendu de musique ou de bruits dérangeants. Il y a un grand supermarché Pingo Doce à 2 pas. L’appartement est à distance de l’agitation du centre ville, mais toute la ville reste très accessible, à 2 stations de Trindade où se recoupent toutes les lignes de métro, 4 stations de la gare de Sao Bento en plein centre historique, et par laquelle vous pouvez partir dans toute la région. Je recommande l’appartement de Daniel et Maria pour un séjour à Porto

  Comments: The apartment was in a great location, and the private parking spot was a bonus even though there was street parking right in front it’s good to have a safe guaranteed space underground. The apartment was spacious and had everything we’d need for our stay. Couch was large and comfortable, the bed was comfortable. There was tv with many channels and wifi worked great. The washing machine was good to have but European washers are hard to understand so I’d ask Daniel or Maria how to use it before you use it! There’s a decent size terrace in the bedroom where you can hang your washed clothes. On the weekends it can get noisy outside as it’s so close to downtown but you quickly get over it. We did run out of toilet paper being there for 8 days, and we had to buy our own replacement, which is fair enough just a little inconvenient but overall a great experience it had everything we needed, would not hesitate to stay in their place again :)

  Comments: Daniel & Maria's apartment is very sell situated not far from the city centre, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and metro. The apartment is fully furnished, very clean and everything works well. Since it is close to a main road, there is lots of movement during the rush time but otherwise we found the place very agreeable. Relax and enjoy this home away from home.

  Comments: Beautiful apartment, nice bed. The neighbors in the building are very quiet. Area feels very safe. Corner fruit/wine vendor is friendly. Get a 10 ticket Metro pass and it's so easy to get around, it covers the buses too. All of Porto is reachable in 15-20 minutes.
