Neighborhood Overview: We are located in the Ocean Precinct at North Steyne just slightly out of the hustle & bustle of Manly but close enough to get amongst it. We are closest to North Steyne Surf Club where you can learn to surf at Manly Surf School. This part of Manly is where most of the locals come to relax and get a spare piece of sand to themselves!

Notes: All Linen and towels are included so you can enjoy a stress free weekend away.

Transit: If you are travelling by car you are likely to park it & then never use it when you are here. We are so close to everything! The Fast ferry gets you into the city (Circular Quay) in 20mins. The beach is 200m away and you can walk to some of Manly's best coves (Shelly Beach, Little Manly, Dewood Beach and Fairlight Pool) in minutes. The bus is right outside of Pittwater Rd (50m) away and can take you north all the way to Palm Beach (30mins), to the shopping mall (Westfield in Brookevale 5mins) or to the city in around 30mins.

Access: Access to the property is via a side entrance down the side of a neighbouring house. It is a paved area with easy access. You will have access to the entire house besides from a locked shed at the back of the property.

House Rules: All neighbours are lovely and friendly so please keep it this way. No loud noise after 9pm and no parties. There is also a bunkhouse next door & these are the same rules they abide by. No pets please or smoking inside.
