Description: This three bedroom house is the perfect location for a day or week on the outskirts of Sydney. Newtown is a vibrant area with loads of cafe's, bars, restaurants, parks and quirky streets to explore and just a 5 minute walk to the train station! The house is a bit old and has some Newtown wear and tear but has everything you need. With beautiful hardwood floors, a courtyard to enjoy breakfast outside and a spacious room with a queen bed we trust you will feel at home. Guests will have access through the main door shared by the house. You will have your own set of keys provided on arrival. This three bedroom house is shared by three people. One of us travels a lot so we put one of the rooms on Airbnb when it is free. You will be sharing the house with two people who are very friendly and always happy to share a meal or a drink or perhaps explore Sydney together. We work during the day so the house is pretty quiet then. Enjoy walking the streets and seeing the street art or chill

Notes:

Transit: This Newtown house is just a 5 minute walk to the train station one block off king street so quiet at night but only a stone throw from great cafes and bars. The train or bus will will get you into the CBD to see all the major sights in just 10-15 minutes. Or grab a bus to the beach in just 30 minutes. We are just 1km from beautiful Sydney park with over 20 acres of parkland to explore and a great off leash dog park.
