You will have full access to two private bedrooms with queen size beds, and a private bathroom. I will give you the WiFi password upon arrival. Feel free to enjoy the television with full cable and help yourself to use of the kitchen for light cooking. I will greet you upon check-in and provide a key to access the main entrance to the building and the apartment. Neighborhood Overview: Astoria is a vibrant neighborhood full of wonderful restaurants, bars, cafes and parks. Just ask me for some suggestions of what to do if you are not planning on being in Manhattan the entire time.

Notes: Coffee and milk available every morning :) TRANSPORTATION: If you are flying and arriving at LaGuardia Airport, you can take the M60 Select Bus Service from each terminal and get off at the Steinway Street stop which is just across Astoria Blvd from the apartment. If you are coming from JFK you can take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station and pick-up the NYC Subway from there. You will want to take the E Train from there towards Manhattan to the Jackson Heights/Roosevelt Ave. stop and transfer across the platform to the R Train towards Manhattan. Get off at the Steinway Street stop and walk 4 blocks to the apartment. You can also take a cab from either airport.

Transit: There are multiple options for getting around. You can take the Q101 bus through the heart of Astoria and over the Queensboro Bridge into 59th Street area. You can also pick up the N,W trains several blocks from the apartment (Astoria Blvd stop) as well as the M,R trains (Steinway stop).

House Rules: I just ask that you be respectful of the apartment and leave the apartment in the way that you found it upon arrival. No shoes inside the apartment. Feel free to wear sleepers or flip-flops to walk around the house No eating/drinking in the bedroom No smoking No pets I am a young professional currently working on my second Masters degree. I like to keep a nice home and are happy to share it with new friends!! :)
