  Comments: L'appartamento è centrale è molto comodo per la fermata della metro vicinissima. Quartiere molto carino, ci sono molti locali per la colazione e la cena nei dintorni! Abbiamo avuto un problema per lo scambio di chiavi, dato che la nostra host era partita e il supermercato dove aveva lasciato le chiavi aveva cambiato cassiere e non sapeva di averle. Questo ci è costato un po' d'attesa distrutti dal viaggio, ma per fortuna la persona che si occupa dell'appartamento quando Qiyao è fuori è corsa in nostro soccorso e ci ha aiutato a risolvere. Qiyao inoltre è stata molto flessibile per l'ora del check out e questo ci ha aiutato molto.

  Comments: I had an absolute blast in New York, and this apartment is in the best location you could possibly want to be in - the amazing Greenwich Village, walking distance from all the coolest bars and clubs and restaurants! The apartment was clean and well looked after with everything I needed!

  Comments: Un superbe séjour pour redécouvrir New York, l'appartement de Qiyao est parfaitement situé pour découvrir et profiter de la ville à pied, ou en métro. Le système Keycafé est vraiment très pratique, il permet de récupérer les clefs à toute heure, notre vol ayant eu du retard, nous n'avons pas eu à faire attendre notre hôte. Tout était parfait !

The apartment was as described and is in a truly fantastic location in NYC - ideal for two people. The building had a heating issue for a day and Qiyao was immediately accommodating and responsive to the problem, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this spot, we did a 1 week stay and it was perfect.

  Comments: In such a great location, this apartment is very close to great food spots, the subway, right in the heart of Manhattan. We truly felt like we were part of the city! The apartment itself is very cozy, with a nice bed and essentials provided. When we mentioned to the host that it was a little chilly, she immediately bought us a portable space heater for same-day shipping, with espresso beans to make in the coffeemaker to boot! So all in all, great location, nice apartment, and seriously wonderful host who is responsive and who made sure our stay was everything we wanted. Highly recommended!

  Comments: We spent a week over New Years Eve in New York in Qiyao's apartment. First of all, the location is just perfect! Subway, grocery stores, reatsurants, bars, shops,... just everything is around you. In the apartment it's quiet cause it's on the backside. The bed is really comfortable and perfect for relaxing and chilling and of course sleeping after long days visiting the city. We never met Qiyao, but she really answered fast when I had any questions. If you're looking for an apartment that is in walking distance to everything in the city, that's the place to be! Thank you Qiyao for the good time, I definetley recommend you and your apartment :)

  Comments: Qiyao's place was just what I was looking for. Impeccable location, super easy check-in, great communication, and very clean & comfy. I was in town for business and was able to walk to work in Union Square in about 10 minutes. You can hear a neighbor's music a bit in the morning and evening... it didn't bother me at all but may be notable if you are a light sleeper.

Qiyao was very quick in responding to our inquiry's, which was very helpful. We did find the apartment was very warm even for winter. But overall we had a great stay and would recommend it!

Apt didn't have any blinds / curtains which was a bit awkward. Sheets had some stains on them. Apt is tiny and didn't have any closet / drawer space to put clothes in - you're obviously paying for location.

  Comments: The apartment is in a great location, easy access to everything with good subway/bus options. The house is small but for the value and location, it's not bad - one bedroom with a kitchen and a bathroom. It's a walk-up with one flight up the stairs to get to the apartment. The kitchen was practical and bed was really comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom sink is a little weak but shower was fine so it worked out. Overall, it's a nice place to stay if you are visiting New York, especially if you plan to be out and about most of time and come back home to sleep and relax..

  Comments: We loved staying at Qiyao's apartment - she is very friendly, accommodating, generous and quick to respond to messages. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable (the bed is amazing - we slept so well!). Great water pressure in the shower and it was always hot. There is some hanging space (clothes hangers provided) for your clothes. Key pick-up via lockbox so easy and convenient. However, the best part about the apartment is the location - it could not be more convenient. The area is full of terrific restaurants, cafes and bars and very close to the Metro. Walk down to "Rosemary's" for the best Italian food and you must get coffee from "Stumptown" and brunch/lunch at "Bluestone Lane" (their cold-drip coffee is the best around). "The Spotted Pig" gastropub, "Raines Law Room" cocktail bar and "Employees Only" bar are all within easy walking distance (15 mins). We highly recommend Qiyao's apartment - she is a wonderful host!!

The perfect size for one or two people and has a well equipped kitchen. The location is superb to take advantage of the best that the neighborhood and NYC have to offer (be sure to check out her recommendations!). You have a subway station right around the corner that can take you to anywhere you want and straight to JFK airport. The self-check in/out is ingenious and perfect for late night arrivals. I'll definitely check the availability for future trips before checking anywhere else.

If you are imterested I’m a variety of neighborhoods in lower Manhattan, this place is a great find. It’s simple but clean and comfortable. Served all of my needs for a wonderful visit to NYC. Having never been to New York before, we had no trounle at all using Qiyao's tips and helpful information to find great restaurants and to take the subway to anywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had everything we needed. Note, there is not a microwave, but given the plethora of great restaurants around, we found there wasn't a need. I thought it would be loud being in the city, but the apartment was actually more quiet than our home is!

  Comments: Dieses sehr kleine 1-Raum-Appartment ist in einer guten Lage und absolut ruhig, da Fenster zum Hinterhof. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar und Greenwich Village ist ein schöner Stadtteil mit Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. Wir haben Qiyao nicht kennen gelernt. Schlüssel werden in einem kleinen Schloss hinterlegt, was die An- und Abreise zu jeder Zeit flexibel möglich macht. Kommunikation mit Qiyao war aber über Mail bzw. SMS möglich. Alles war sauber und ordentlich.

  Comments: Nice AirBnB. There's a subway just around the corner, which makes public transport easy. Easy lockbox check-in, which meant no waiting around for your AirBnB host to arrive, this was really appreciated. the apartment was nice, the bed was super comfy and the curtain blacked out most of the light when closed, so we could sleep in without having sunlight waking us up. The fridge, stove and all the amenities worked well. The shower worked well and had plenty of hot water, although we didnt need it because it was so hot during the week outside. The air-con is an evaporative unit, so whilst it kept the room at a comfortable temp, it was quite noisy (but it's a constant noise, so you can still sleep alright). There's a CVS Pharmacy 2 blocks up the road with a small grocery store attached to it, which made it a very handy spot for late night alcohol purchasing and snacks. Qiyao is a great host, she gives you a guide once you book, which makes staying at the AirBnB super easy. Thanks for having us!

  Comments: The location is really good, easy to walk to nice areas in the West Village. The subway is very close. The apartment is fairly small and a bit cluttered, so there wasn’t really enough room for two of us and our suitcases (there is no where to unpack and no space for suitcases). There was a huge air conditioner unit taking up space, which had its pipe installed in a piece of cardboard holding the window open, so there was a draft and a fair bit of a noise coming in. We had to block it with tissues. The bathroom window is also stuck open so there is quite a draft in the apartment. We liked the location, but the apartment is really suited to just one and could do with a bit of a spruce.

  Comments: Qiyao generously allowed us to checkout late, and she provided a great house "manual" that covered everything. Her place is in a fantastic location -- it doesn't get better! I'd definitely recommend her as a host and would stay in her place again. But just as a note, it is a bit challenging to get hot water in the shower/bath (we could only get lukewarm water, and only for a couple of minutes).

It’s pretty small but after all its New York and it has the essentials. Queen bed was comfy. WiFi was fast. Coffee and tea. Her checkin tips were good. Fantastic location w subway station w lots of lines right around the corner. Tons of restaurants, shops, coffee, and Washington Square a few blocks away. Would recommend for a single or couple who need a comfy centrally located place to sleep.

  Comments: Das Apartment ist ziemlich klein, reicht aber für 1-2 Personen für ein paar Tage aus. Die Lage in Greenwich Village ist fantastisch! Der Check in und Check out war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation ebenfalls. Das Bad war winzig und schon etwas verwohnt. Auch der Duschvorhang hatte leider schon Schimmelansätze und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden - kostet ja wirklich nicht viel. In Summe eine gute Erfahrung.

Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente que nos lo solucionó. Por último destacar que el último día nos permitió quedarnos más tiempo hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo. Apartamento recomendable.

  Comments: This was a lovely stay! Location is excellent and the apartment is tidy and has all that you need for a short stay. The check-in/check-out is flexible which ended up causing problems with the back to back bookings. I would have preferred a hard check in and check out time, but I do appreciate that Qiyao tries to meet her guests' needs it is just tough when those needs conflict. The key location and locking/unlocking the front door could use some more detail as it took me several minutes to figure out the lock. Had me freaking out that I wouldn't be able to get in! But it finally opened and from then on we had a wonderful stay. Would stay again/reccommend to a friend.

  Comments: Qiyao was very flexible with check in and checkout. She also provided us with a guide that was quite helpful. It included details about our stay as well as her personal favorites of where to eat and things to see. I don’t want to be too harsh here but I would not describe Qiyao’s place as “stylish”. It’s pretty sparse and she needs to improve some of the amenities and provisions in her apartment that would make anyone’s stay more enjoyable and feel like it was a good value. I don’t think I’m being too picky here but I’m not an NYU student. (Mom with a teen-age daughter). Bed and bath linens need replacing to start, as well as some basic kitchen amenities (microwave, toaster, basic coffee maker, cutting board). The bathroom has a cracked sink, broken floor tile and the tub needs to be re-caulked (moldy). The bedroom ceiling has a hole that looks like it was caused by water damage and ran down the wall and it was just painted over. There’s one curtain panel over the window, not 2 and the clock is broken (has one hand). The pillows and bed linens are old, the towels are also old and stained and there’s no bath mat for the slippery tile floor. There was once a smoke detector in the kitchen by its been removed. The neighborhood is great and is in close proximity to Washington Square, many great shops and restaurants and easy walking distance to a few subway stations. We’ll see if my review makes it for public viewing. Just being honest here.

  Comments: We had a great time at Qiyao’s place. It’s in a great location - easy to walk to all that West Village has to offer, walk to shopping in SoHo, or take the subway anywhere you need to go. For West Village standards, it’s a pretty big space. Perfect for two people. We stayed there on a cold weekend and it was difficult to figure out how to turn on the heat, but we did after some tinkering around. The bathroom is also very drafty and cold, but there was a space heater in the front we moved into the bathroom. It’s a no-frills type of place, but exactly what we needed for a quick trip to NYC where we were mostly out. Also to note - there is no television in the apartment, if that’s something that is important to you.
