  Comments: Excellent apartment on 6th floor. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The huge bed was really comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were provided. The living area and all parts of the apartment were as advertised. Our welcome pack includes basic kitchen items e.g. washing up liquid and dish clothes and capsule for use in the washing machine which was very convenient. In the bathroom there was an excellent power shower with pumping hot water. We travelled with a baby and had a pram with us. The only difficulty was that we had to carry the pram up and down steps to access the lift each time but we managed ok. The apartments are in an excellent location about a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Located on a busy corner, there's a supermarket, cafe/bar and restaurant all in the block. The added bonus of this place is the fact that it is a serviced apt and of we had questions/issues, they were easily resolved.

  Comments: The pictures of the apartment were accurate, although in reality the place was a little bit smaller than portrayed on the photos but we loved it. The location is wonderful, near Sagrada Familia and the Metro, and not that far from the Rambla either. We are very pleased with the apartment and the hosts so we had a lovely vacation.

  Comments: Hebe & Ezequiel tienen un departamento muy limpio, moderno y bien equipado, la comunicación con ellos fue excelente y estuvieron muy atentos a nuestros requerimientos en todo momento. La ubicación es fantástica, ya que La Sagrada Familia queda a una corta caminata de 10 minutos o menos. Tuvimos una fantástica estadía en Barcelona, y el departamento de Hebe & Ezequiel nos hizo sentir como estar en casa, nos gustaría quedarnos en este departamento la siguiente vez que estemos en Barcelona.   Comments: It was a great place to stay when we were in Barcelona. The bed was even bigger than we expected so we did not need to use the sofa bed. The staffs were helpful showing us around inside the room and answering our questions. Location wise, it was close to couple stations of different lines and very convenient. There were 2 parks close by too, which was a great plus for our boys. Supermarket and couple restaurants were near the apt too. Overall, we were very happy with this place.

Квартира чистая, ремонт и мебель хорошие, в санузле все исправно работает, расположение замечательное, на районе есть несколько неплохих кафе где можно и позавтракать и посидеть вечером. Мы очень довольны)

  Comments: Good communication, not hard to find. Make sure you ask how to use the washer if you plan on using it because there are no instructions and our clothes got stuck inside. Also had to line dry them which took a couple days. Maria Claudia at front desk is a sweetheart, she was so helpful and awesome. The apartment is very nice.

  Comments: 내부가 깔끔하고 호스트가 친절합니다. 그리 넓진 않지만 침실, 주방, 거실이 사용하기 좋게 나뉘어져 있습니다. 2명이 묵기에 딱 좋은 것 같아요. 사람 사는 집에 묵는 느낌이라기 보다는 깔끔한 호스텔같아요. 인포메이션 데스크가 있어서 문제가 생겼을 때 바로바로 대응이 가능할 것 같아 안심됩니다. 전망이 좋아요. 전 6층이었는데 테라스가 있어 너무 좋았어요. 전망도 괜찮구요. 대로변 코너에 있어서 차 소리가 좀 시끄러울 순 있어요. 테라스 문 닫으면 거슬릴 정도는 아닙니다. 위치도 괜찮아요. 근처에 사그리다 파밀리아가 있고, 숙소에서 20분 정도 걸으면 카탈루나광장 갈 수 있습니다.

  Comments: 위치좋아요. 사그라다 파밀리아 성당 근처에요. 세탁기 및 건조기가 있어서 좋았어요. 수세미, 기본 양념 재료 등이 일회용으로 포장되서 제공되서 좋았습니다. 침실, 거실, 주방 공간도 잘 나눠져있어서 좋았어요. 엘리베이터도 있어서 편합니다. 그러나 체크인 시 한시간 지연 될 시 25유로가 부과됩니다. 시간이 더 지연될 수록 금액은 올라가니 참고하세요. 또한 시티 택스 별도로 부과됩니다. 그리고 세탁기 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않았어요. 세탁기 안에서 이쑤시개 3-4개와 먼지들을 발견했습니다. 샤워실에 물이 조금 늦게 내려갔어요.

  Comments: Wir waren für ein paar Tage in der Wohnung. Die Kontaktaufnahme und die Klärung der Einzelheiten im Vorfeld hat auf Englisch sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben wie vereinbart vom Flughafen angerufen und haben anschl. die Wohnung sehr pünktlich und sauber übernommen. Die Wohnung war größenmäßig vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Personen, da können auch 4 Personen übernachten (1x Doppelbett und 1 ausziehbare Couch). Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Küche mit Geschirr, Handtücher und saubere Bettwäsche). Dusche und WC sind vorhanden. Die Strasse unmittelbar davor ist gut befahren, wir haben aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern kaum was gehört (nur ein Mal war ein sehr lauter Motorradfahrer zu hören). Beim Sonnenaufgang scheint die Sonne direkt rein, was einem richtig gute Laune bereitet. Man kann zur Not auch draußen auf dem (schmalen) Balkon frühstücken. Zum Abend hin wurde die Wohnung immer kühler, was aber daran lag, dass wir die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet haben. Also, nicht vergessen, Klima einschalten. Die Lage war für uns ideal, wir hatten Drei-Tageskarten, wir haben aber viel zu Fuß unternommen. Sagrada Familia ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, nach unten zum Arc de Triomf sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, Richtung Via Laietana oder La Rambla auch in etwa so weit. U-Bahnstationen und Bushaltestellen sind auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft in der man sich auch ausruhen kann zwischen den Stress am Vormittag und den am Abend, und falls man wirklich auf die katalanische Küche verzichten will auch entsprechend kochen kann. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch wieder ein Wohnung dort nehmen.

  Comments: It is almost close to public transportation and in the same time a bit noisy at nights since it is located in a rather big and crowded street. However, good access to many touristis cites. It was clean and had enough space though the shower was a bit too small and the water drain wasn't working properly in the shower.

  Comments: Good location for connection to public transport. Easy check-in and check-out. Facilities are as advertised, everything looked new. On a busy road, but the noise insulation is good. As far as I could tell, the TV is only Spanish/Catalan channels. But I wasn't there for the TV!
