Neighborhood Overview: Our newly renovated terrace home is on a quiet street, close to all the action in Sydney's heart. Although the Central Station is only a 10 minute walk away and can quickly jet to you anywhere you want to go, we are also walking distance to Sydney's downtown, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Opera House, and the Sydney Convention Center. We are right in the center of Surry Hills's "scene" offering Restaurants, Bars, and Coffee shops. There is also plenty of shopping, art galleries, markets, and parks nearby. If you want to know more about the area, check them out on AirBNB's new Sydney Suburbs guide! There are plenty of kid friendly areas and playgrounds nearby. The terrace home is kid friendly, but please keep in mind that the home is not modified for small children and has steep stairs that do not have a gate and no children toys are readily available.

Notes: There is an entrance in the front and the back of the house. There is one parking space allocated for the house, though parking on the street is sometimes available at own accord. There is a gas BBQ on the patio for your grilling enjoyment.

Transit: Central Station is only a short 10 minute walk away and it is easy to get around most of Sydney to see the attractions this way or by foot!

House Rules: The open dining space and lounge/TV room greets you when you enter through the front door down the hallway. The dining room table accommodates 6. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. You are then led to a big beautiful kitchen stocked with all your culinary needs. There is a dishwasher, gas burner cooktop, oven, microwave, mixer, toaster and full sized fridge/freezer for your convenience. The townhome has a full sized bathroom on each floor equipped with heated lights and glass encased rain showers. Each of the 4 bedrooms is accommodated with its own flat screen TV and cable box for personal enjoyment. The rooms are equipped with floor to ceiling sliding mirrored door closets with plenty of space to hang or store all your items.
