  Comments: Wow! What a lovely house! Freshly painted, beautiful old floorboards, ( they are floorboards so a bit squeaky!) clean minimalist furnishings, and in a QUIET area of Randwick about 17 minutes from the airport, and straight down Coogee Bay Rd to the ocean. You have the SPOT around the corner, and the best Japanese, on Belmore Rd ( TEN). Best of all there is a garage, because parking in this area is a big problem. Thank you so much Simone and John for your kindness in accommodating us. We had a lovely stay.

  Comments: The Sudan is an excellent house,very well maintained and in a great (Website hidden by Airbnb) is exactly as described and Simone ensured the booking arrangements were conducted entirely smoothly. Garage parking is a major bonus although the location is well served by Taxis and frequent buses both to Central and the beaches. At the end of the road is The Spot, with great Cafe's and Bars. The accommodation was very clean and spacious just perfect for the 4 of us plus a baby. It was so good to have a garage too. It was perfect location to walk to bus transport and cafes and supermarkets. We would stay there again.

  Comments: I had a wonderful stay at Simone's place. The house was clean, modern and stocked with everything we could need, right down to cling wrap and oil and gas for the BBQ. The location was fantastic, a lovely walk to the beach and Simone was fantastic in all her correspondences.

  Comments: This is a great holiday house to stay in. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable in the space. The flat was nice and clean with all the kitchen essentials, plenty of seating and an outside area which we used a lot too. The area is great, the shops are close enough to walk to and just up the road there are lots of different restaurants and a fantastic patisserie. The bus services are excellent with buses every few minutes into the city and down to Coogee Beach... Look out for the family funday sunday tickets at $2.50 per person for full day travel on buses, trains and ferries (if you are travelling with kids)!

  Comments: The Soudan is beautiful and homey, just like the photos. We felt right at home especially in this wet weather we've had in Sydney! The rooms however did get a bit humid due to the weather but we are not too worried about it. All in all It was a wonderful stay. Thank you Simone.

  Comments: Myself and two friends stayed at Simone's lovely home in Randwick for a little under a week. The home was extremely neat and clean and she was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine in the fridge too! It was absolutely perfect for our needs during our trip since we had a car, it made transportation easy however, I saw many bus stops in the area. We had a really fantastic time exploring Sydney and having Simone's home as our base. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the home was really charming :)

  Comments: We stayed at Simones beautiful home for nine days in March. The home is exactly as described with everything supplied. The location is perfect with bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Coogee beach and Bondi Junction(for the shoppers) are just a few minutes drive away. There were five adults and an infant staying and Simone also supplied a cot and high chair for the baby. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend Simones home to anyone staying in Sydney.

  Comments: Our stay at Simone's home was everything we expected and more. Great location, within walking distance from shops and beaches. Short cab ride to Allianz football stadium and Randwick race course which was perfect for our weekend plans. The house was very comfortable and had everything you would need. The off street parking was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend Simone house to anyone wishing to stay in the Randwick area. I know we will be back!

  Comments: We stayed in the Sudan for a week and the place was lovely. It is in a great location that is 5 minutes walking distance to a shopping mall with a supermarket etc, and only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and to local bars and restaurants. The house itself is nice with everything there that you would need. The garage is really handy, albeit with a bit maneuvering required to get the car in if you have a longer car due to the back lane being fairly narrow. We didn't have any interaction with Simone but she left us a bottle of wine, some milk and a great welcome pack with guides to house, shop, transport, etc., but everything was there so no interaction was required.

  Comments: Our host made us feel very welcome. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge and a carton of milk, to get us started. The apartment located in a fabulous area...2 minute walk to a street full of great restaurants, short walk to Coogee Beach and to UNSW. The apartment is on the older side...very funky and extremely clean! Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There are laundry facilities as well which was very helpful for us. Only negative is that only one window had a screen on it so it didn't feel comfortable to us to sleep with them open, both from a bug angle and a safety angle since the front bedroom is right on the street. There is an air conditioner in the living room but it does not work well so it was a bit warm in the apartment. Other than that, a great experience!!

  Comments: Simone's house was the perfect location for our purpose in attending a conference nearby at the uni. It was bright and airy with plenty of room for 3 of us. It was also quite handy having the extra toilet outside! The pantry is well stocked with the basics like salt, pepper, oil etc and there was a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. The nights were a little cool and although we found an extra blanket, we all felt we could have done with a quilt/doona as well. The WIFI seemed a little slow...perhaps it was shaped at that time? but i found i needed to use my own personal hot spot on my phone rather than wait for the house wifi to load up. The location is great as is also close to Coogee beach and The Spot offering a great variety of restaurants.

  Comments: Communication with Simone was very easy and quick. She is a very responsive host. The property was lovely and very clean. It was a little warm as there was only an air conditioner in the lounge (which didn't work brilliantly). The kitchen had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the lounge too. Fly/security screens on the windows would have been useful - there were a few mosquitos around which we couldn't stop entering the house if we wanted to keep the windows open. The location is brilliant - so close to the shops/cafes etc. Yet, the house itself is on a quiet road and we didn't hear any noises at night. Perfect!

  Comments: What a wonderful house to stay in - it is as described 3 excellent bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of space for us to sit in the lounge, dining room or the lovely outdoor shaded area. Simone responded quickly to all enquiries & organisiational points with the key being very easy to access. We really appreciated the extra unexpected touches i.e. complimentary wine & milk in the fridge as well as sauces etc in the pantry. The location is fabulous .... not a long walk to the beach or the wedding we attended, it is a quiet neighbourhood with shops nearby. The house is spotlessly clean. Having a garage was very important so we could leave the car there for the duration. Thank you Simone we'd love to come back.

  Comments: Simone was always very quick, informative and welcoming with her communications, on arrival to her beautiful home there was even a bottle of wine to greet us. The home is large, fresh, light filled and located in a quiet centrally located street. It is perfect for three couples or a family (as was our case). It was especially great to have the car port out the back as we had driven from Melbourne and wanted to use the car to get around whilst we were there. Having said that, there are a number of different bus stops all within 2mins walk from the home, there's also many cafe's, bars and a cinema all in close walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay thanks Simone!

The area out the back is also a nice little escape. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and the equipment in the kitchen, which we used each night. The location is very handy, 20 minute walk to to Coogee beach for a swim, or bus stops so close for a ride into the city. Simone was also very flexible with the check in and the check out which made things very easy for us. So all good!

  Comments: Simone is very friendly and willing to help. The Sudan with great location that can easily find, about 20min drive to the city, 5min drive to Googee Bay, 8 min drive to Bongdi beach. You can also take the bus by 2min walk to bus station; the bus 377,373 can take you to city of Sydney. The house has plenty of space, conformable bedding and various sauces in kitchen. Outdoor couches and garage are also handy. The wifi is very helpful let us get in touch with friends. Thanks again for the bottle of wine. We enjoyed the stay and thanks Simone. Emily

It was great to have the garage for undercover parking and also the outdoor area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone rating in Randwick. Simone was excellent to deal with responded to straight away when we had a small problem with one of the taps. Her husband was round to fix it ten minutes after we spoke.

  Comments: The house is in a fantastic location, with the best resturaunts in Randwick just at the end of the street. And yet it is very quiet with no street noise even when sleeping in the front bedroom. The house was comfortable and would be a great base to explore Sydney. The small touches like milk, wine and basic cooking needs were lovely.

  Comments: The Sudan is a lovely place to stay, a good amount of space, and all the facilities you need to make a home away from home. A perfect location if you need to spend time at the Prince of Wales hospital (as we did). The Spot (around the corner) has great eat out options, and supermarkets and other shops are all in walking distance. Simone is a great host, responsive and very easy to connect with - we felt welcome and Simone accommodated extensions to our stay easily. Thanks for making a hard time for us easier Simone!

  Comments: Simone’s place was fantastic! We stayed for 4 nights with 3 adults, two babies and two kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. Simone left us a portacot and high chair, both of which were very useful. The location was fantastic, we walked, and on occasion took the bus, to the beach. And the proximity to The Spot was great for dinners and early breakfast at the bakery! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the space and the proximity to Coogee beach and other areas. It is a quiet area with lovely gardens. We enjoyed the smell of the jasmine flowers coming from the front garden. We did not have time to enjoy the outside area, but can imagine that it can be a great spot to have a barbecue. A great find in Randwick!

We were able to have friends over between wedding and reception as there were plenty of glasses, cups etc and a beautiful lounge and dining area to entertain in. As it was quite hot the air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms were most welcome. Communication with Simone was effortless and we greatly appreciated the special touches and care shown for our special circumstances..
