  Comments: As it was our first time on ABB it was a new experience. Once we established communications it was great. Quick responses to all of our questions and concerns. When we got there we were met by the new manager and they were ensuring everything was ready to go! It is in a great location with all the ammenities needed in the condo and near by. Great balcony, AC works amazing, kitchen was more than we needed. Would stay again for sure. The location is pretty tough to beat. Right in the middle of lots of shops and restos with Kam 1 across the street, but far enough from the road that you don't hear any road noise. Probably one of the best units to be in for balcony size and privacy!

  Comments: We had an excellent time staying in this condo for our wedding week in Kihei. We were able to book it after a very last minute cancellation from a different host. Our host was very accommodating to our needs. The place is walking distance to most everything you could want - beaches, restaurants, morning coffee, etc. We had a great time and would stay here again!

  Comments: Kh's place at Kihei Ali'i Kai is absolutely awesome for a solo traveller or a couple. Very clean, well provided, and modern, which cannot be said of every condo in Kihei. Fast internet, a good working kitchen, and a quiet building make the place a happy temporary home, but the real score is the location. The Kihei Ali'i Kai condominiums are literally a one minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park I. A beautiful and peaceful little beach, and right outside the door! Furthermore, The Dolphin Plaza is right downstairs, too, offering some great food and dessert options, including the legendary Koiso Sushi. Kh himself is civil, kind and keeps a high standard for both customer service and house conditions. All in all, you won't find a place in Kihei much better than this, and certainly not at this rate!

  Comments: Great location! Less than 30 minutes from the airport/Costco. Right across the street from a beach park that has good swimming, snorkeling, shade and showers. We were swimming (not snorkeling) one day, and watched about 5 turtles swim right by us! The condo is directly behind Dolphin plaza and other small plazas, which meant we could go grocery shopping, go out to eat, pick up, rent snorkel gear etc. right on our way home from the beach. Great condo! It felt bigger than expected. We were there with our baby, and both the bedroom and the living room are big enough to put a crib/play pen in, if you need one (lots of rental places on Maui). I wasn't sure if this would be the case from the pictures. The bed is a queen size, and had a pillow top, if that's important to you. The unit itself is close to the front of the condo complex, making it that much closer to the beach! The unit was stocked with all the kitchen stuff you need, including a small cooler and reusable containers so you could pack a lunch with you wherever you go. There were also beach chairs and towels, and a beach umbrella. We rented snorkel gear and were all set! The only downside was that the condo complex is strangely designed, and there was no way to avoid stairs when getting to the unit. There is an elevator, but you need to climb a flight of stairs to get to it. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family.

  Comments: This condo is absolutely spectacular. It is spacious and very comfortable with modern amenities. You can see the ocean on your right from the balcony, and the hills to your left. A one minute walk brings you to the beach. The restaurants and stores around the condo are lovely, and the major attractions such as Big Beach are within a 15-20 minute drive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

  Comments: Great location, right across the street from nice beach! The pool and hot tub were great too! The space felt bigger than the pictures appeared, my mom and I were very comfortable staying there, plenty of room.

  Comments: Very spacious and clean unit with large kitchen, living room and dining area. Walking distance to the beach and many shops. Only minor downside is that parking in the lower lot closest to the unit is limited if you arrive home late, which means you have to park in the upper lot but it's only a few minutes walk to the unit. I would definitely recommend staying here to a friend!

Minutes away from the beach, very clean & contains all necessary vacation items including beach towels etc. Big open balcony with view of the ocean and walkable to local shops and restaurants. Quiet serene atmosphere. But be aware that this building itself is like a maze! Do not carry your suitcases until you have found your unit! Parking for this particular unit is not always available in the lower area closest to suite so be prepared to trek down from the parking lot sometimes. This is a small inconvenience that gets easier as the days go by. Overall we hope to stay again!

We rented a car and had easy access to major tourist attractions and restaurants Parking was issue at times. If no places available in small lot in front of apartment (often full), must park in back lot which is about 5 minute walk

  Comments: Pros: Great location as it is walking distance from shops and restaurants and across the street from a nice sandy beach. The pool is clean and the grounds of the complex well maintained. The condo is clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Cons: The view is obstructed by the shopping center in front of the condo. There is a loading zone for the shops close by, so it may be noisy in the morning for the person sleeping in the living room; NB! the pool area is a "quiet zone", so it is great for swimming, but if you are with small kids, you have to keep the noise down and cannot play with a ball

  Comments: The location is AMAZING. If you want to live in Kihei like a local this is a place to do it. There are numerous amazing places to eat (food trucks, nicer restaurants, and also mom and pop stores). The vibe is very laid back in the area. Apt is stocked w beach towels and beach chairs. WiFi is a little slow, but for price this is an amazing place to stay. Homely decorated and Kh is easy to get in touch with. Beach is literally across the street. I would recommend this to anyone!
