The location is Erskineville, a village atmosphere with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Newtown restaurant and shopping precinct is 10 mins walk. Close to Technology Park, Sydney University & Carriage works.

Space: My Asian inspired Apartment, will offer you a nice comfortable feeling in a great location. You will sleep in the Main Bedroom that is lockable if you choose. Bigger space than you expect, with the freedom to enjoy solitude or share space and hospitality.

Neighborhood Overview: Erskineville is a very sought after area close to the City. The neighbourhood is a mix of colourful friendly people. A very friendly village, that has a great community feel. A place where the locals like to buy local and support the businesses on the strip.

Notes: You can use my kitchen to cook if you choose to, my kitchen is very well equipped as I love to cook.

Transit: Close to Railway & Bus stations, Airport, Beaches, City & Parks. I can provide a Bicycle if you like also. Walking distance to City, University Technology Centre, Carriage works, Railway Stations, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars & Cafes

Access: There is access to all areas kitchen, loungeroom, dining room bathroom & laundry of the Apartment. The 2nd Bedroom is off limits. There is a Balcony & BBQ for you to enjoy.

Interaction: I will be happy to show you around if you like, sharing meals can always be fun. Introduce you to my favourite Bars & Cafes. I am also able to leave you to enjoy the experience on your own. You are the decision maker.

House Rules: We will be sharing the space, so I expect you to respect me and my place. Excessive alcohol and loud behaviour is not tolerated. Drug use will not be tolerated. Smoking outside is ok but not inside. No pets allowed.

    Comments: Wow... EXCELLENT indeed. From the moment I stepped in. I felt completely welcomed. The host is excellent, great and very respectful. Really excellent always. The host told me I have unlimited supply to towels. I felt home. I can use everything in the kitchen. Very clean. This is something you will notice. The place is really clean. Clear instruction. I was offered to use the washing machine. There is a natural feeling of feeling comfy there. The area is great. It is close to Newtown walking distance. Few minutes from train station. Train is 5 to 10 minutes from Central station in Sydney. Once you're in Central station you're in the city and you can walk around. A++++ Would love to revisit someday. Excellent!

    Comments: Really nice place. Gayle is very friendly and kind. I rented a bedroom in her house for almost two months and she gave me a ride to a supermarket and to the airport once. The apartment is really close to the bus stop and train station as well as restaurants and supermarkets (Woolworths is like 10 min walk). There is a set of stairs to get to the apartment. The place has one A/C in the common area and each room has a ceiling fan. While the apartment in general is clean, I did find two spiders during my stay. The apartment also has another room (her room) which she also rents in Airbnb. The only thing I would improve would be communication since some of the times I didn't know there were other guests staying in her room and would find strangers in the apartment without a notice that if I saw other people inside the apartment it was okay because they were guests (eventually she tells you but sometimes its after you see the other guests). We cooked for each other and had a lovely dinner! Thanks again for having me Gayle :)
