Since this is a very easily accessible part of the neighborhood with the train 2.5 blocks away there are newer cafes and businesses are forming as well.

Notes: This is a no smoking apartment. No pets allowed. I do make very rare exceptions to the rule of no pets pending on service animals. No drama. No drugs. No parties.

Transit: 2.5 blocks from J, M, Z trains. J and Z trains run express during rush hours so it's about 8 to 10 minutes to Essex street in Manhattan Lower East Side. Also the J and Z train go strait to Broad st Financial district and tourist areas like Brooklyn Bridge and other are very easily accessible. You can also transfer to all other transit lines easily from J M or Z trains. M goes straight through to Herald Square, Empire State Building and Bryant Park, Times Square. All about 20 - 30 minute subway rides.
