  Comments: We enjoyed a five night stay in Sydney at this apartment. The view is an amazing outlook over Hyde Park and the harbour as pictured. It was wonderful to wake up to that view each morning. The location was great for exploring the city on foot and with public transport as buses and trains are close by, as are the iconic Sydney attractions and delicious restaurants and wine bars. Hugo was great at communicating check in details and left a handy apartment guide with apartment and city info. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if back in Sydney.

Hugo was easy to deal with, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The listing details and photos are very accurate. The views of Hyde Park, Royal Botanical Gardens and the Sydney Harbour are lovely. The apartment was extremely clean and well kept; it had a cosy, warm, homestyle type of feel. A very refreshing place to retreat to after a day out. I found it much more private and comfortable compared to normal Sydney hotels and apartments. After staying for a few days I almost didn't want to go home. I'd highly recommend this apartment listing to anyone wishing to stay in Sydney whether it's your first time and you want to see all the tourist locations or even if you travel to Sydney regularly and just want a great place to check in to, like a home away from home. I'll definitely look at staying here again on my next trip to Sydney. Thankyou Hugu, your hosting is very much appreciated.

  Comments: Excellent location in the heart of Sydney. Great view private view of the harbour from the 34th floor. As 1st time visitors we had the prefect base for exploring the city. Detailed sign in instructions and Hugo was easy to reach ...though assistance was not needed as everything was as presented. Have no hesitation recommending as a good value. There is a Woolworths a block away to pick up any supplies.

  Comments: An apartment with stunning views within easy reach of Darling Harbour, Circular key and the main shopping areas. Close to train stations and local buses. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need for a short break. The only downside for us was how noisy it could be from the street level through the night, considering you were 34 floors up. The whole building was very quiet internally.

  Comments: Lovely apartment in a very convenient part of Sydney. Five minutes from the Town Hall and QVB and about 20 minutes from Circular Quay. Lots of food and drink outlets in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was clean and well equipped with amazing views over the harbour and Botanic Gardens. Hugo's instructions for getting in and using the apartment were clear and helpful. Bonus is the roof top terrace and swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't have time to use!   Comments: Had a great 4 night stay at Hugo and Pamela's apartment. The description and photos are accurate and the view is just as amazing as it looks. The check in process was simple and Hugo checked to make sure everything was fine once we arrived. The location is perfect, multiple train stations nearby and buses right outside. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay again if in Sydney.

  Comments: Hugo and Pamela's apartment is in a great location to visit all of Sydney. Public transport is very close 1/2 - 1 block depending where you are going. If you want to walk to Sydney Harbor, it is less than a mile, but we hopped on the bus each way because it is so convenient and affordable. Hugo will contact you a couple of days prior and explain how to access the apt. He gives very clear directions, easy to follow. He also has everything you need to know about the apt. written out in a binder, which we referenced a few times. We loved the big windows with the view of the harbor. There's great air flow once the windows are all opened, so no worries about not having AC. We had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend Pamela and Hugo's place.

The position of your apartment is sensational which Hyde Park across the road, trains and buses so very close and main downtown shopping a 5 minute walk. All in all a great spot to stay. Thank you.

  Comments: Hugo was super helpful upon arrival and responded promptly to any questions. He was always kind and polite in communications. Instructions were clear to retrieve the key to the apartment and getting around in the building. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, toaster, cooking oil, salt, pepper, even a hand blender). Location is right downtown, 45 second walk to Hyde Park, 5 minute walk to the cathedral and 10-12 minutes to the Royal Botanical Gardens which leads to the famous Sydney Opera. We didn't even need a transit card to get around the city, we were able to walk everywhere. The view is fantastic, the location is great if a bit noisy because it is downtown and there is a lot of traffic, but I would definitely stay here again!

  Comments: Hugo was unfailingly polite on the phone as I homed in on the property without being able to access his impeccable directions. The view from floor 34 is as good as you could get. The apartment was just the job for accessing all parts of the Sydney area and I was very grateful for the basic provisions in the fridge. Lots of facilities nearby.

  Comments: Hugo and Pamela's place was incredible. The location is excellent and the place was clean when we arrived. Hugo was very friendly and made this trip stress-free. There was also a guide explaining what's nearby in the area, which really helped when we needed some tips from a local for sightseeing and the best places to buy necessities. The view from every room was breathtaking -- the pictures really don't express how amazing it is to look out over Hyde Park. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending Eagle's Nest to friends.

  Comments: Location, location, location! The apartment is in a central part of the city so you can walk practically everywhere! Pictures were exactly as shown (with an amazing view) and Hugo was a great host. He allowed me to check-in early, which was great since my flight got in at 6am! Hugo met me at the apartment when I arrived and showed me around the unit plus gave me tips on what to see and do while in Sydney since it was my first time visiting. The place was tidy and extrmemely clean. I would highly recommend this place and if I do ever come back to Sydney, this is where I will stay.

  Comments: We loved our stay at Pamela and Hugo's. The apartment is in a great location, very close to several train stops and is a short walk to some of the best parts of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, and had amazing views. Hugo was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating and flexible in our arrival and departure.   Comments: i really enjoyed 4 nights in Sydney and in Hugo's apt! Fantastic view through window that we can see sea and Hyde Park and Sydney Tower. Hugo is very kind who answered our message even in the evening. The apt has a really good location, 200m from Town Hall, 100m from Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse, just in the very Sydney CBD. We walked to anywhere. Thank you Hugo and if I have another journey to Sydney, I will first choose your comfortable apt to sleep.

  Comments: Neighborhood was great! Right in the middle of everything, close to transportation, taxis, great restaurants, shopping, and very walkable. The view from the apartment was fantastic!! There were a couple of glitches at the beginning of the stay, but Hugo was very responsive and diligent, and everything was resolved in no time at all. Apartment was comfortable, we'll definitely try to book it again when we're able to return to beautiful Sydney!

  Comments: Centrally located close to Town Hall Station, this place is my new favorite in Sydney. The views.were.absolutely.amazing.mind blowing. The TV was left off, there is enough entertainment sitting in the couch looking out the big windows in front. This apartment has everything what you need for a convenient stay. I will definitely book again! If you drive with your own car to Sydney, the best carpark would be the one in Sussex street (Wilson)- 20 dollars a day for a bay

  Comments: This apartment has a fabulous view and is very centrally located between Town Hall and Museum stations and close to a large supermarket at TH station. The host was very helpful and available to assist if needed. The apartment is compact but with a range of facilities, including really good internet connection which was much appreciated. There was traffic noise even on 34th floor with the windows closed, but it did not stop us getting a sound sleep. We were there during a heatwave, and one night was quite hot. Otherwise, the cross breeze at night cooled the apartment and we were mostly out during the day. The bed was comfortable. We only had one access card to the building which at times was limiting if we wanted to go out separately. A great place to stay and the view made up for the minor inconveniences such as traffic noise.

  Comments: Hugo and Pamela went out of their way to help us. Hugo went to the apartment to meet us so we could park our car and unload our luggage before returning the rental car to the airport so we didn't have to drag it through the city. They also let us stay on the day of check out in the apartment longer since we had a late flight. The view of the city is beautiful and the apartment is located close to all transportation. It is very basic, clean apartment conveniently located. They even provided milk and a bottle of water in the refrigerator to get you started. Nice flat screen TV in family room with excellent sound system.

  Comments: Thanks to Pamela and Hugo for being a great host! We arrived a few hours earlier after a long journey from Canada. Pamela and Hugo managed to get us in right away. The place has great view of the Royal Botanic Garden area and the ocean. It is very clean and safe. Pamela and Hugo provide a lot of stuff, including tea, milk, and etc. for guests to do simple cooking, to keep clean, and to enjoy the life in Sydney! The location is really central, 2 minutes walk to Town Hall Station, Woolworths supermarket, Queen Victoria Building; and only 25 minutes walk to the Opera House; very convenient to tourists. We love the host and the place!

  Comments: Everything it promises and more. The views are incredible, the apartment is immaculate. So walkable - 10 minutes from everywhere (25 to Mrs Macs chair), depending how fast you walk, obviously. Pamela & Hugo have presented a lovely apartment, with perfectly sized furniture to make it comfortable without being crowded. The full kitchen was amazing to have access to as someone with dietary restrictions. Being 2 blocks from a full supermarket made life so easy. Our only almost-negative was the neighbour playing super loud music when we got in at 10pm, but the doors are incredible noise barriers, and once indoors, the ambient road noise covered it. The views are amazing. The public transport in the immediate vicinity life changing. If we lived in Sydney, this is where we would want to be.

  Comments: The big window with incredibally harbor view of Sydney is really amazing. For cooking lover, this will be your first choice. Pamela & Hugo's apartment kitchen is not that big, but it does equipment almost EVERYTHING you need.(including aboundant seasoning stuff) You just need to buy fresh ingredient from the 1 min. walking distance Woolworth supermarket. narrow street, high raise building and the frequent road noise from police car and fire truck make this area very similar like NYC Manhattan. The excellent location makes our one week discovery in Sydney all done by foot without the OPAL card. so highly recommend Pamela & Hugo's lovely , cozy apartment.

The apartment is compact but well appointed and complete. It is clean and well maintained. It is comfortably furnished, has a comfy bed and great TV. The kitchen, although functional, could possibly be updated to modern standards I think. But it has fantastic views over Hyde Park and part of Sydney Harbour.

  Comments: Very well located, tidy apartment, with great views. Apartment is surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops and a local supermarket. but offers a neat fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. Apartment has access to rooftop pool and sun deck. Air con would have been delightful, but ceiling fans and window coverings kept the heat at comfortable temperature.

If you're looking for a very central place with really breathtaking views, this is a no-brainer. It's a great size for two people, and we could walk to all main Sydney attractions. We cooked some of our meals with no issues. Light sleepers, be mindful that this apartment is at the heart of the city, so there is traffic noise. Communication with Hugo was great, and we're very thankful for the early check-in. In sum, we came in with high expectations, and they were exceeded. Thanks to the hosts!

  Comments: Pamela and Hugo have an amazing apartment here. I was visiting for a conference at Sydney ICC and this was the perfect home base. It's walking distance to the conference center, opera house, botanical gardens. The large windows make the views incredible. Street noise was minimal and we slept very well in the comfortable bed.

  Comments: The location is very central, and the views are indeed fantastic. The building and fixtures are showing their age a bit, but everything was fully functional. Amenities like binoculars, umbrella, and travel outlet converters are a nice touch. Hugo was very communicative and accommodating with regard to check in/out. The apartment is over 30 floors up, but sound still carries from the busy streets below. If you need somewhere quiet, I recommend staying in a quieter neighborhood outside of the CBD. If you can handle some city hustle and bustle, though, this spot is great!

  Comments: Hugo was a super host! His apartment had spectacular views and was in a very central and convenient location. Near Townhall train station and a local supermarket. Very much appreciated Hugo’s thoughtfulness with local tips and sites to see and always had quick responses.
