  Comments: Quan is a "SUPER" host. extraordinarily welcoming, hospitable and helpful. The best host I have had! I will 100% recommend this sumptuous apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of HK. 非常高档的公寓,法式的家具很考究｡在香港少有的宽敞房间｡就在中环,位置很赞,吃､住､行都非常方便｡向小伙伴们力荐!

  Comments: Quan is a very nice host. She gave me a very detailed reminder on every issue from entering into the apartment, to the every small tiny part inside is marked clearly with memo paper. She is also very caring with drinks and bread prepared in advance. It is a very nice expereince and I will go back to revisit definitely.

  Comments: We had the best time staying at Quan's apartment in Soho. We are locals and needed a place for a weekend getaway. Quan's apartment perfectly served the purpose of our trip. The apartment looks exactly like the photos shown here on the listing. It is spacious, clean and tidy, which is quite hard to find the central part of Hong Kong Island. It is located about 5 minutes away from Sheung Wan MTR station, which is quite convenient. The building is surrounded by delicious restaurants. It is also right next to PMQ (a new area for creative and innovative artists to display, promote and sell their work) if you exit the building from 3/F. Quan was very helpful and responsive. She prepared everything for us and we only needed to pack our clothes! She also kindly left us the key card to access the gym room in the building. We enjoyed playing with her cat as well and I can assure you, it is the friendliest you will ever meet! It surely brightens up the apartment even more than it has already done. All in all, if you want to relax and chill while still staying in the city centre, this is the best place for you :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

  Comments: Listing description was accurate. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants near by, and close to all places downtown. View from apartment is great. Apartment is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. If Quan gives you the option of taking care of her cat "bai bai" who lives there, absolutely do it! Sweetest cat I've ever met that just constantly wants to cuddle.

  Comments: Quan's apartment in Soho was amazing! Just as described and in the pictures. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a wonderful trip. Quan went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and make sure we had everything we needed (toothbrushes, slippers, towels) to have a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment can't be beat with close walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shopping just down the street but still feeling quiet and residential. The building was awesome with a gym and great security measures in place. We didn't get to use the pool in December but it looked lovely! I would happily stay at Quan's again and hope I can visit HK soon to do just that.

  Comments: I stayed at Quan's place for two nights last week. Quan was very kind and responsive! The apartment looks exactly like the picture shown in her profile, big and tidy! The location is absolutely perfect, it's surrounded by lots of cool restaurants and bars! I think it's quite easy to get to Quan's place from the MTR station. I really appreciated that Quan's left me the resident card so I could use the gym room! Also, the other main reason why Quan's apartment is so perfect - her cat! Definitely the most friendly cat in the world!! It just made so happy seeing him every time I came back to the apartment! I would definitely recommend people to stay at Quan's place. It's totally worth the price!

And the cat "bai bai" is adorable. I definitely recommend to stay in Quan's apartment.

Quan was quick to respond to all messages and was helpful with all questions. We had a lovely time with her 2 cats, one of which loves to play and cuddle.

  Comments: Quan was very quick to respond to all our questions before and during our stay. The apartment is in a great building in the hipster Soho, I totally recommend the area! However, the apartment didn't live up to our expectations. It needs maintenance (paint is chipping off in several places) and the living room, where the two cats stay, had a strong smell of cat litter and stale cat food.

  Comments: Quan's place is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in HK. A lot of good bars and restaurants in the area. A short walk from the MTR. Quan was very quick in responding to questions and a small issue we had with the wifi. For the price you wont find a better two bedroom apt on the island. Highly recommend.

  Comments: We had a great day at Quan's place. Quan was responsive to my messages and Eva was very helpful as well. The apartment is located at a great location which is surrounded with great bars/cafes and convenience store. The club house is great with swimming pool, sauna room and steam room. It was quite convenient when going out or back, either take the MTR to/from Sheung Wan or via the escalators of Central and Mid-Levels. There is a bus line from there to Central, Wanchai and Causeway Bay as well. The cats there are great and both are so adorable! I would recommend this place to others.
