Neighborhood Overview: Waikoloa Beach is an area located on the South Kohala coast on the island of Hawaii. Approximately 25 minutes north of the Kona International Airport (KOA). The Waikoloa Beach Resort is very family and pedestrian friendly. Most properties are within a 10-15 minute walk (3-5minute drive with ample parking) to ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay, also known as A-Bay. A-Bay is a shallow water bay located within the resort. ʻAnaehoʻomalu is best known for its sunsets, snorkeling and historic royal fishponds. The Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops provide convenient dining and shopping options.

    Comments: The neighborhood is close to grocery store. Most daily needs are within walkable distance. The host replies to all you questions as soon as possible, and willing to work with your schedule.

    Comments: Four of us stayed in the unit and found it to be exceptionally good value. The unit is in excellent condition and exactly as described in the listing. The facilities that are part of Waikoloa Beach Villas are excellent as well and we made use the small but adequately-equipped gym throughout the week. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone staying on the Big Island, particularly if you're staying for a week or more.

    Comments: This place provided a wonderful and relaxing stay for our family of four. It is our first time to book on AirBNB and the proxess was smooth and easy. There was immediate feedback and the instructions were clear. This Waikoloa beach villa has a great location. It is walking distance to a very nice beach, a couple of groceries, restaurants and little shops. It was peaceful and right by the golf course. Highly recommended!

    Comments: Great unit, location very nice, pool and grounds great. Loved the sand chairs and boogie boards in the garage. A few items were missing or not useable in the kitchen such as utensils for the BBQ, spatulas, knifes very dull. Loved the space and outdoor patio, as well as washer and dryer.

    Comments: Lovely condo with restaurants and shops just a short walk away! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you want to go and explore the island. We used it as a great base for a few days!

    Comments: Location is perfect. 20min drive north of the airport, within walking distance to Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops, and to Anaeho'omalu Beach. Unit I-2 was awesome. Loved having a full kitchen and a lanai facing a vast manicured golf coarse with ocean breeze--great way to enjoy morning coffees! The management staff is very easy to communicate with and they were really helpful when we arrived a little bit before our check-in time. Thank you Resortica!!!

    Comments: We found Waikoloa Beach Villas to be super clean and well stocked with kitchen implements, cleaning supplies as well as a good selection of beach necessities such as folding chairs, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards! Our first five nights were amazing and peaceful, using the communal hot tub and pool was fabulous. Out last two nights were a less pleasant due to newly arrived upstairs neighbours that woke us up at 3:30 am on both nights.

    Comments: The condo is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and quick access to the highway and reasonable driving distances to beaches and island attractions. Beautiful view of the golf course. The unit is equipped with almost everything you could need. With this being a main floor unit, the only downside is the soundproofing. Unfortunately you can hear the people from the unit above constantly walking, we were awoken frequently during the night and very early morning.
