    Comments: Location is fantastic, only few minutes by step and you can see Sultanahmet Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Ramiz and his stuff was very helpful. They answered to all our questions. They change towels every day. Very tasty breakfast include different kind of cheese, dried fruits, salads and cookie. The room is really good, with amazing sea view. I liked big windows in the room. My morning started from looking to the sunrise over the Marmara Sea. Really best room in Sultanahmet.

    Comments: Это комната в небольшом отеле. Виды на Босфор и Мраморное море великолепны. Район очень тихий и находится очень близко от основных достопримечательностей. Персонал отеля отзывчивый и внимательный. В какой-то момент сломался кондиционер, который работает и в качестве отопления, был поздний вечер. Позвонила на ресепшн, сразу пришел администратор и все починил довольно быстро. Кровать удобная. Останавливались на 3 дня. Всё было великолепно. С удовольствием, остановилась бы снова в этой комнате у Рамиза..

    Comments: It was generally a good place, Ramiz was very kind and helpful, the main problem that me and my wife were alone in the place at night and the fire alarm that keeps ringing, during our trip we had to move to another place that was better, this place was offered by Ramiz

    Comments: Had an amazing time in Istanbul while staying at Ramiz's place. There was initially some availability mix up but Ramiz was immediately offer to fix the situation by letting us stay at one of his other (more expensive) properties. It had a close up view of both the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sofya and was located in an amazing part of Sultanamet. Thank you Ramiz for turning around and for the incredible hospitality.

    Comments: This room was perfect for my stay in Istanbul. The view was amazing, and I loved waking up to see the sunrise. The rooftop patio was also excellent, and I loved how close it was to the room. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Istanbul!

    Comments: This is a hotel room not an apartment! We booked it because of thinking to live in ppl house n apartment n the living room in pics look so big. However it's a hotel room n no common area(living room) as shown.
