  Comments: The Grande 1 Apartment on Valencia Street is located in a wonderful neighborhood and equipped with all you might need for a short or longer stay in BCN. Everything was as we expected - lovely furnished and very spacious! There are lots of restaurants and bars in a short distance and it is very close to the center of the city. We stayed there for three nights as a family of five adults and highly recommend the place even for bigger groups of people. Thanks a lot to Fernando and his lovely team!

  Comments: This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood in Barcelona. An amazing market and supermarket just round the corner, a beautiful walk into town. The flat was spacious and suited our needs perfectly, roof terrace is beautiful, great views of the city including Sagridia Familia which is a couple of blocks away. Fernando and his team were very helpful, yet gave us the space we needed, they quickly came to check out a window that looked broken. Highly recommended.

  Comments: Thanks for the perfect stay in your apartment! It was a nice apartment, well air-conditioned and able to changed by us, everything was clean and we were welcomed very nice. All information regarding the apartment were provided before and explained in a welcome "map" in the apartment. The bathrooms were very clean and what was perfect that the water pressure from the shower was really good thats not often. ;) There was a really nice café in front of the apartment with good breakfast and discounted for us, because we were guest from this apartment. Supermarket is in the near area. We had a perfect stay! Thanks a lot!

  Comments: I think the picture of the terrace is slightly misleading (the terrace is a communal terrace for the building, rather than one of the building), but otherwise flat was ok and staff were very helpful checking in etc.

  Comments: Big nice apartment which could comfortably sleep 8 (or more). Hosts were easy to contact and meet, and they were flexible when we asked for a later check out. Area is good, a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia, and about 20 mins walk to Las Ramblas. Furnishings a bit sparse but no real problem.

  Comments: Appartement semblable aux photos accueillantes. Parfait pour un grand groupe, petit bémol pour le voisinage qui insiste sur le fait qu'ils ne veulent pas de bruit à partir de 23h. Bonus avec la terrasse sur le toit et quartier très près du centre ville. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les hôtes mais leurs emails explicatifs étaient complets.

  Comments: We stayed for a week at Fernando's apartment with our two kids (a 4 year old and a 1 year old) and our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Fernando accepted hour booking within an hour of placing the request, and he answered all the questions I asked. The apartment itself was big, comfortable, and very cozy, it felt like home. It looked exactly as in the pictures, with no surprises whatsoever. Shortly after we arrived we were greeted by someone who wanted to make sure that everything was OK. The kitchen was stocked with some basic stuff such as olive oil, coffee, sugar, dishwasher detergent, etc., which was extremely convenient. The apartment had a crib and a highchair for the baby. In summary, I cannot recommend this place enough.

  Comments: The apartment is in a perfect location and was ideal for our family which included two infants. It was tidy and easily accessible with aloft and two showers. There is bike shop across the road whose host is very friendly. Also handily located are all the public transport options and cafe bars. There is an excellent market and supermarket nearby. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

  Comments: Really pleasant stay in Barcelona. The apartment was excellent for our group, the pictures really don't do it justice, it is massive. There was plenty of space for seven of us and the bright and open rooms were very welcoming. We were left to our own devices throughout and everything we needed was left in the apartment for us. The location is also good, close to some of the main sites but far enough away from the centre to not feel crowded. Would recommend!

  Comments: Fernando's place is an absolute palace. Really big space with nice fresh air able to come through the place regularly, so it never gets hot in summer (the air con is super powerful also) bathrooms and kitchen are a good size and living room is very relaxing. The location is very central and 10 mins walk to any trains.

  Comments: I really liked the apartment! It was nice and roomy. I commend the air conditioning - it worked great. It was a thoughtful touch they had tour guide books in the apartment. It was a great location, close to a lot of the Gaudi sites, and accessible to great restaurants and markets and a partial view of Sagrada Familia from the rooftop. The apartment building is quiet. No noise between 22:00 and 8:00. The bedrooms have really big closets. There are windows on the street side and on the coutyard side for plenty of natural light. The shower curtain in the large bathroom would attack you when you showered. You had to fight the curtain from wrapping around your body.

  Comments: 公寓和图片展示的一样 非常整洁干净 地点离主要景点巴特罗米拉圣家堂及购物街均只有一公里左右 我们都是步行前往 特别推荐的是出公寓左转走200米有一个菜场和超市无缝连接 简直太方便了 公交地铁站近 洗澡水很好 空调也好 非常推荐大家入住 进门因为是用密码 所以不需要等待房东办入住 但是要注意 因为欧洲人的习惯 都只有一床被单可盖 还好我随身有睡袋 否则年纪大的人晚上会觉得冷

  Comments: What a fabulous place. Perfect location for sundowners overlooking Sagrada Familia on the roof terrace! Hosts bent over backwards to help us when we had a problem with the iron and it was changed immediately. Only thing is the noise from the traffic in the twin bedroom is not for light sleepers but it didn't bother us (I just think this is useful for families or groups visiting). However, there are 2 other bedrooms to choose from. What an amazing city this is and this is the perfect location to explore everywhere- such a beautiful part of town :) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  Comments: We stayed at Fernando's place twice while we were in Barcelona. The place was spacious and very well decorated. The second washroom is very small but I guess that is just typical Spain! Otherwise, communicating with Fernando was very efficient, and we had no issues checking in/out.

  Comments: What a pleasant quaint apartment in Barcelona. Great safe beautiful location. We enjoyed the cafe across the street daily. Very clean. Central air. Washer AND dryer (rare). Great porches to relax on and hang clothes to dry. Cute rooftop patio over looking Sagrada. I would definitely stay again. Smooth easy check in process. Host also stored our luggage on check out day so we could explore the city. Only complaint would be the beds could have had more than one very very flat pillow. They also did not have sheets on them, only one blanket which Americans aren't really used to but I believe this is more common in Europe.

  Comments: We were a group of friends (party of 6) visiting Barcelona and this apartment was great for our needs. Lots of social space and a roof top terrace, which was a great place to gather. Location wise it was a good position well served by the metro and with supermarkets, bars, cafes all close by. Having a pin code rather than sharing door keys was great so we could all come and go at different times.

  Comments: Very kid friendly apartment. Lots of space. Excellent location. Eduardo (the greeter) was extremely helpful and welcoming and was available at all times to answer any questions. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk (stores, coffee, public transport). Other people commented that this apartment was "loud" We did not feel that way, but we also slept with the windows closed.

  Comments: the appartement was a real jewel. The situation is perfect, on a great metro line, the sagrada familia and plaza catalunyia are only a few blocks away. We had fresh towels, and everything to clean the dishes and to cook, so no need to buy that much at the supermarket. The check in and check out were really easy to do. Thanks a lot for this wonderful week end, should we come back to barcelona, we would definitely try to come back to this place.

  Comments: Very comfortably stay here . Very large flat , great communal roof terrace . Three bedrooms and one bedroom has an extra single room which you enter through the room. It comfortable slept 4 guys with a room each but would be suitable for more people also (Website hidden by Airbnb) Easy entry into flat and building with a code , would recommended this place

  Comments: The apartment is vey well located. Shamefully the photos and reality seem to differ. Apartment is quite run down. Dishwasher basket was broken, I informed host and nothing was done. Toilet was unhooked to floor and I also informed host, no solution provided. Kitchen furniture was broken. On the good side beds were. comfortable and clean. Carpets erre old and dusty and need replacement.

L'appartement est vraiment bien situé, proche de petit commerce ainsi que de très bon restaurant. Je vous recommande sans hésitation.

  Comments: This is a great location, and the apartment was spacious. With seven people in our group we had enough room. We also had family over for dinner and enjoyed our time on the roof garden once the sun started to go down. The apartment is a traditional Spanish design and we appreciated the main bedrooms being away from the living area so people who were up late did not disturb those who wanted to sleep. The main bedrooms are on the street end of the apartment and you should be aware the streets are loud at night. Barcelona is a vibrant city where people stay out late. This apartment is very close to many of the tourist sites and the metro, the neighborhood felt safe and there are many small cafes and restaurants nearby.

  Comments: Pros - spacious, master bed comfortable, good air con, hot water all the time, apt looks like in the photos. WiFi worked fine 4 out of 5 days. Cons - the apt lobby and stairwell smell HORRIBLE. Maybe it's a Barcelona thing but it was really nasty to come and go with that smell. The other beds besides the Master not that comfortable. Sparse with blankets. The apt is adequate but if you are looking for nice accommodations for vacation, I am sure you can do better. As advised by Fernando and others, noisy in twin room and master, the 3rd bedroom by kitchen you can hear the elevator go up and down. The master when you shut the shutter doors is quite enough. If you need a big place and not that picky, this would work for you. There is some kind of home day care on one of the apts that face the courtyard and you can hear lots of kidsin the am. Not terrible but something to note. The location is fine, we felt safe.

The location is perfect, very close to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, and stores on Gracia Street. The room is spacious, good for 2 families with children.   Comments: Appartement vétuste par rapport aux photos mais néanmoins satisfaisant au niveau literie et salles de bain. Cuisine minuscule et vraiment sous équipée ( à peine quelques couverts et vaisselle). Pour le reste ok, nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Nous sommes déçus par le rapport qualité prix, nous nous attendions au vu des photos à autre chose...mais Barcelone est sans doute chère... Mais le séjour fut néanmoins agréable et la communication avec la personne en charge de la location s'est bien passée. Nous ne trouvons pas que cet appartement réponde à la philosophie Airbnb... La situation dans la ville n'est pas mal mais c'est une route très passante. Proximité de la Sagrada Familia (10 min à pied)

  Comments: Este apartamento muy bien distribuido cuenta con cuatro habitaciones (dos baños) una cocina con recursos básicos. La localización es excelente, permite ir caminando a muchos sitios y se encuentra muy cerca de rutas de bus y estaciones de metro. Fermando deja unas recomendaciones que ayudan mucho durante la estancia.

  Comments: je mets une note de 11 sur 20 car les prestations sont un peu en dessous de ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'autant plus que le prix du séjour est augmenté de près de deux nuits supplémentaires pour l'accueil de " plus de 4 locataires" alors que l'appartement est proposé dans la gamme 6-7 personnes.

  Comments: We had a fantastic time at Fernando's apartment. The location is very good to get too most places of interest in Barcelona. The apartment has a great old Barcelona charm with beautiful tiled floors throughout. Its a little noisy if your not used to living in a city but for us this was not a big issue. The showers all worked well and the beds comfortable. But when we were there it could have benefited from upgrades on the bedding. I would recommend this place if wanting to be close to the city sites.

  Comments: Fernando's place is wonderful, very central in Barcelona, 8 minutes away from Sagrada familia and from passeo de la gracia. We enjoyed it as a family, having breakfast together every day and in the evening sitting on the couch before we all went to bed. The mattresses were fine. Definitely recommended!
