  Comments: This is a great vacation spot! The location is perfect, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Clean, roomy, plenty of dishes/cooking supplies. We enjoyed it thoroughly!

  Comments: We loved this condo! extremely clean, VERY well stocked with all of the things you would need ( towels, pots and pans, washer, dryer....). D3 is ground floor and the back leads right to the pool. Garage was also stocked with all of the goodies we might need for the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and so close to the queens shops that we just walked across the street if we needed anything. we will for sure be using Resortica again for our rental needs. they answered every question in a timely manner and were a breeze to work with! Mahalo!

  Comments: Great unit to rent! Loved the layout/floor plan. Condo had everything we needed! Next to pool, outdoor patio/BBQ was fantastic. Resortica management was very helpful and accommodating with our needs. I'd love to return to the same unit for our next trip!

  Comments: The unit is well-stocked with all the basics for a beach vacation - this complex is centrally located to anything you want to do on the Big Island - beaches, volcano, observatory, shopping! Plus D3 is right by the pool and hot tub!

  Comments: The condo was awesome and better equipped than we hoped! The garage was so helpful and the BBQ in the lanai was top notch! It was amazing to walk in and feel feel like we were home away from our home on Oahu. Waikoloa is the best place to stay for sure! And the pool was 5 stars and so nice and warm!

  Comments: Unit D3 is really nice. From the patio, you can walk over to the pool entrance maybe 50 feet away which we did several times. The rooms are nice and the extra room has two twin beds which were perfect for our kids. A/C is cool, kitchen has all you need to cook, there is a walk in shower, ceiling fans, and full cable TV. The door is keyless with a code which is handy for multiple users coming at different times. The garage unit had two bikes and several boogey boards and a couple sets of snorkle stuff which we used. The Queens shops are across the street and easy to walk to...Starbucks is maybe 400 feet away as the bird flies. We were impressed with everything, including the well maintained grounds of the gated condo community.

  Comments: This was not our first time in the Waikoloa Beach Villas, but our first time renting with Resortica. Overall, it was an amazing stay. The unit comes stocked with everything one needs for the beach and we enjoyed all of the amenities the condo had to offer. Our little one is 11 months old and the condo was equipped with two high chairs, a travel crib and many books for kids, which helped out a lot. This is definitely a baby friendly rental. Our only qualm with the unit was that the thermostat was hard set to go only as low as 74°, so at night the unit felt a little muggy, making it hard for our baby to sleep. But the condo fans helped to circulate the AC air as the night went on and we were vigilant to keep all the doors closed to keep the unit cool. We have stayed in different units in the Villas that don't have this thermostat restriction, so moving forward, it would be nice to make that clear to guests in advance in case they prefer to keep the condo cooler at night. However, having said all that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this condo again and rent with Resortica again. Thanks!

  Comments: The condo generally was quite clean and tidy, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. The location is pretty reasonable to getting to north and northeastern parts of the island, as well as to southern parts, including Kailua-Kona and the Kona airport. I liked having a garage for our vehicle - that made a big difference in the parking situation. The restaurants in the resort (besides the ones in hotels - i didn't check those out) were perfectly satisfactory.

  Comments: Pro's & Con's Listed Below... Pro's: Great Location, Beautiful Apartment & Wonderful Pool Recreation Area... This is a Fantastic Townhouse... Unfortunately... Beds Need Replacing.... Con's: King Size Bed in Master Bedroom & Double Beds in 2nd Bedroom need to be REPLACED... King Size Bed is sloping to the side making you want to roll to the edge.... Double Beds in 2nd Room have Big Dips in the Middle of Mattress... Also... Shower Door in the Master Bedroom will not stay closed during shower causing Water to get all over the floor requiring towels on the floor... Some Basic Maintenance Needs to be Done regarding these Issues...

  Comments: It's a rental condo in a fantastic community of condos so there's not going to be a bad unit in the place. With that said, this was an easy unit in which to feel right at home. We are neat freaks, and we know where dirt likes to hide. We were happy to find this place was clean, clean, clean! We like to cook too, so we were glad that there was enough basics in oil and spices to not worry about those. Did I mention we like things clean? One way to tell is to see how clean the dishes and utensils are. No problem there! Clean kitchen with up to date utensils and appliances. A big selling point was having a private grill on our patio. Clean, there too and everything was in top working order. The dual gas tanks were ready to go and there were sufficient grill tools so we could get the job done. Wasn't sure about the ground level at first. We usually like a balcony. However, once there, we found it relaxing to have access to the backyard and shortcut path to the pool. The garage was stocked with his/hers set of bicycles, a bunch of boogie boards and other ocean equipment that makes a vacation in Hawaii, near the beach a pleasure. All in all, it was a great unit. I would definitely stay there again!

  Comments: The instructions for check-in and check-out is easy to follow. The place is clean and has a nice shared backyard. The closest beach is the "A" Bay, and it's an 30-min walk away. The Queen's market is just across from street where you can get food, and beach supplies.

  Comments: This condo is comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated and has a very convenient location close to the pool and the Queen’s shops. The available amenities including outdoor bbq and comfortable outdoor sitting area are all well maintained or nearly new. The ocean is not visible from this condo but the surrounding grounds are lovely. My one complaint is that upon our departure we received a very upsetting message from the host company Resortica that our condo was left a mess and that they may need to charge additional cleaning charges!! They later apologized and explained that their phone may have been auto-correcting our condo unit for another one. The message said that they were very disappointed at the state of our condo upon departure, that all linens had been soiled and used, that we didn’t follow check out instructions, that our group included 10!!! people. After spending most of the evening and all of the morning cleaning I was quite affronted. We washed, folded and put away all the linens ( with the exception of one load going in the washer), washed all the dishes except for a few in the dishwasher washing, took out the garbage and recycled the recyclables, shut off all fans and closed all blinds and locked the doors and windows and left the air conditioning at 74 as requested. We swept the floors and wiped out the fridge and reset the door code to the required setting. As for the number of us using the condo there were three of us the first night, four the second night and four the third night. I invited Resortica to personally go and check out our unit to ensure that this was a mistake. I was assured that they would investigate and get back to me. This was a week and a half ago and I have yet to hear from them. This ruined the last day of my vacation and has left us feeling very uncertain about this host company. My recommendations to renters would be to make sure and take photos upon departure!!!
