  Comments: Очень оперативные и гостеприимные хозяева - написали поздно ночью, в обед уже заселились. Квартира абсолютно новая и со вкусом и дорого обставлена, есть вся необходимая техника (кроме стиральной машины, под которую есть выход - может появится позже). Район очень аутентичный и симпатичный, за 20-30 минут пешком с коляской можно добраться до центра. Для голодных прямо в соседней двери есть очень хорошая бургерная, которую рекомендуют путеводители. Нам понравилось.

  Comments: Great place. Great neighborhood and great host. Apartment has everything that suppose to have. Its a re-modelled and brand new place. Everything is how it was described on the listing and the host met at the time we suppose to and the time we agreed on. I didn't meet Sebastian but I did meet his wife Vanina. She is super cool.

  Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Pablo's place. He was very accommodating to our early arrival and helped out with last minute suggestions to print a boarding pass! The apt was comfortable for 3 people. The bathroom was a bit small for all of us and the shower fixtures kept sticking. Overall though the apt was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

  Comments: La estadía estuvo genial! La ubicación perfecta. Con el metro la línea L3 en 10’ estás en plaza Catalunya y esta misma línea te conecta con la L9 que te lleva al aeropuerto. En 20’ a pie llegas al puerto. El departamento es espacioso, cómodo y en muy buen estado, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El único inconveniente que tuvimos la última semana fue que tras una lluvia fuerte, se inundó el departamento porque la cañería del patio estaba tapada. Dentro de la semana resolvieron el problema. Muy recomendable!

  Comments: The apartment is very nice and is perfect located. We stayed with our Baby for one month. Great place to learn crawling too!:-) All in all we enjoyed our stay. And Pablo‘s daughter - who took care of us - is very nice. In comparison to other hosts Pablo or his daughter do not use many words in their communication or give more information than needed. But it‘s ok if you like that.

  Comments: Excelente anfitrión, super atento, cálido y pendiente de mis necesidades, especialmente en la ola de frío extremo de la "bestia del Este", que de inmediato me trajo un refuerzo de calefacción para combatir temperaturas nada habituales en Barcelona. Todo el confort en un ambiente más que agradable. Rodeado de sitios para poder proveerse de todo a cualquier hora y a un paso del metro y 8 minutos de Ramblas. Una maravilla!!
