  Comments: We spend time there a week and İt was so nice, Balcony was really fine to have breakfast and dinner ( I mean If weather ıs okay ). Bathroom was clean and there was not problem with hot water and this kind of things . Also bed was pretty nice to sleep. It can worth if for this price ! . Kitchen was enough to make dinner and prepare to breakfast and I can recommend it.

  Comments: Ali is really reactive by message. His flat is corresponding to the pictures and description. It is located 5 min to Harem where you can take boat for Eminonu and 15 min to Uskudar where you have more choice of destination. The flat was clean. The neighborhood is quiet and you have supermarket, several cafe, snack (kofte) and one restaurant (the owner is very kind).

  Comments: Mr. Ali is very kind and responsive person and it was a great location at Üsküdar.A little bit far from the west side of İstanbul. We should take Dolmush or bus to go to iskele. But it does worth because of the calm location.

  Comments: Our stay at Ali's place was perfect. The house was very easy to reach, and the neighborhood was calm and had every kind of store you might need for everyday needs. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the overall condition of the place was superb. The house was spacious, and Ali was seriously helpful. Would definitely recommend staying there!

  Comments: I was in Istanbul 3 times, and my last time I stayed in Ali's house. It was the best option ever I had in Istanbul. Very calm area, amazing balcony for breakfast, flat is a bit old (as a grandmother's one) but well orginized, big and really comfortable for 3 people. Flat is NOT in the center or any touristical place, so you you will spend time (around 30 minutes with walking) and money (3 turkish lira for each person for 1 ride) to get to another side. Last ferry is around 22 o'clock, so you will be always time limited to go by it back home. But there is also (more far!) metro, what is also reachable. Overall - good expirience and definietly recommended.

  Comments: I didn't get to meet Ali -- his relatives who live upstairs gave me the key for check in -- but he was very prompt in replying to all messages, and the place was great. A great value with a full kitchen (though I didn't really use it much), two bedrooms, and a nice back balcony with a partial view of the Bosporous. The neighborhood has cafes, grocery stores, and ATMs all conveniently located within a few blocks. It's a short walk to Uskudar or the ferries to the European side, and a quick dolmush (shared van) ride down to Kadikoy, which I was able to figure out with no problem despite speaking almost no Turkish.

  Comments: This apartment is one of the loveliest apartments I've ever been to ever in my life. The location, the view, the coziness, also Ali is a great host, he helped us a lot during our trip and gave us all the needed tips. Highly recommended, specially for couples.

  Comments: Ali’s house is in a peacefull and friendly neighborhood. The flat was a it dark but had an good balcony overlooking rooftops and the Bosphorus behinde. Excellent spot for the money and only few minuts walk from ferry to citycenter.

  Comments: Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders schön, war der sehr große Balkon, von der man über den Rand der anderen Dächer hinweg den Bosporus sehen konnte. Die Wohnung war sauber und in einer typischen Istanbuler viertel. Die Harem-Fährstation ist in der Nähe und man kommt von dort schnell rüber auf die Europäsche Seite.

  Comments: Пребывание в гостях у Али было замечательным! Мы приехали ночным автобусом раньше времени заселения, нас встретили и приютили родители Али, за что отдельное огромное спасибо! После бессонной ночи это было как нельзя кстати) Семья очень гостеприимная, по любому вопросу можно обратиться - помогут, подскажут, расскажут. Жильё отличное, с балкона вид на Босфор и европейскую часть города) Однозначно рекомендуем останавливаться здесь!

  Comments: Everything was as described and even better. We didn't met him personally but Ali quickly solved all the issues. His parents who lived on the next floor met us in the night and helped to do our stay comfort. Silent district with quick transportation anywhere. Pier Harem not far from the apt. I would recommend it to everyone!

  Comments: Отличное место для размещения в Стамбуле. Квартира очень большая, спальных мест достаточно. Балкон выходит на Босфорский пролив (вторая или третья линия). Будят вас чайки) работает вай фай, есть мыло, порошок, шампунь, полотенца. На кухне все для приготовления пищи. Единственное, что доставляло неудобство, это холод в квартире, были в октябре, в жоме ещё нет отопления. Но это не особенность квартиры, а особенность жизни в Стамбуле. Али и Соня очень гостеприимные. Али отвечал на все вопросы, объяснил точный маршрут как добраться до места.

  Comments: Расположение рядом с паромной переправой, паром едет прямо в центр. Однако до него довольно крутая и высокая лестница. До ближайшего метро около 2км. Рядом 2 дешевых магазина где все есть. Квартира просторная. В коридоре, кухне и ванной мраморные полы-лучше иметь с собой теплые носочки. Большая уютная терраса с которой виден Босфор, София и голубая мечеть. Огромная основная кровать. Есть стиральная машина на 8кг, но нет прищепок. Много разной посуды. Плита газовая.

Шаговая доступность магазинов, рынка, ресторанов и кафе.на набережной (променад по набережной - отдельная песня). Удобная транспортная доступность: до парома в Центр (Сиркеси) 5 минут пешком. Отдельно хочется отметить. гостеприимность и отзывчивость хозяев. Спасибо большое, Али!

  Comments: Great location. Quiet neighbourhood. Ten minute walk to ferry ($0.75) that took you to the side of Istanbul that has taxim and Sofia and many other sights. Ferry’s are frequent. Coming back home is about 170 steps up. 1 minute walk to basic groceries-eggs, milk, cheese and bread. 5 minutes to migros grocery with more options including beer and wine. Apartment itself was warm and comfortable with a kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. There is a balcony with access from both rooms. Hot water was always available. We were very comfortable.
