Space: A real 'home from home', in a quiet leafy suburb. Our house is split level, with the front entrance being at the top of the house. All bedrooms and main bathroom are situated upstairs; the main bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and a private balcony, and the front bedroom has a queen bed (nor the sofa bed that's shown in the picture). There is a 3rd bedroom is set up for a baby - this is only accessible for guests that require a cot, please add this to your booking request if it is needed. The dining area is on a separate level to the living room and kitchen, along with a small study area and laundry, which has a washer, dryer and separate toilet. The tropical garden and undercover eating area is accessible from the lounge and kitchen area, with a area set up for the hammock!

Neighborhood Overview: The house is positioned in a quiet street in Fairlight but is within walking distance to Manly, which has a wonderful beach, a multitude of bars and restaurants and good shopping. Also within waking distance is Fairlight beach, which is harbour side, linking up to part of the Spit to Manly walk. A multitude of outdoor activities awaits you: amazing coastal and bush walks, kayaking, diving, beachvolleyball, cycling and of course surfing! Manly Swimming pool is within 5/10 minutes walking distance, as are sea pools at Manly, Queenscliff and Fairlight Beach. There are also 3 golf courses nearby. For your daily supplies, you're also a 5 min walking distance from the new shopping complex Stockland Mall.
Notes:
Transit: We're a 5 min walk to the City buses, 1 min walk to the free community shuttle that will take you to the heart of Manly or if you prefer you can easily walk into Manly within 15/20 minutes. From Manly Wharf you can access ferries into the CBD or across to Watsons Bay, to Taronga Zoo and to Darling Harbour. Buses from the area also service all of the northern beaches, all the way up to Palm Beach. There is plenty of council run car parks in Manly, most of which have the first 2 hours free.
Access: Guests will be able to access all rooms of the house, expect for the third bedroom which is set up for a baby. This room will only be accessible to those guests that request access.
Interaction: We will be available to help you during your stay and our parents will also be available in the event that we are not.
House Rules: We respect our neighbours, so no loud parties here please! We also expect all guests to treat our home with the upmost respect, as if it was their own, and to maintain a clean and tidy environment. You are not permitted to smoke in our home and we do not allow guests to bring pets.

Comments: The house is really wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and got a delicious apple strudel - a great start after arriving on a long flight from Europe. The garden is a small green paradise. Walk into Manly is roughly 20 min. We highly appreciated our stay and would love to come back.

Comments: Thank you Helen! We had a lovely time over new year at your gorgeous place. The house was so homey which was much needed for us during or travels. The place was spotless for our arrival and Helen kindly left us a welcome gift and also allowed us to help ourselves to things from the fridge and pantry. Comments: The house was amazing, even better than the photos make it look. In particular the backyard was very nice and private. The location was also great - within walking distance of Manly beach and the wharf, making it easy to get into the city via the ferry. The three bathrooms was good to have. It should be noted that as the house has four levels there are quite a few stairs. Helen was very friendly and responsive.
