Neighborhood Overview: This condo is located at the Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa! This condo is privately owned and managed by Kauai Calls!

Notes: Guests say the bike path along the coast of Kapaa is an incredible experience: beautiful, easy access and leads to access to the most beautiful beaches and views one might not see by car alone. There are several bike rental shops in Kapaa. Hawaii Tax ID: TA (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Note: we get you started with basic supplies, like a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoos, paper towels, dish soap, etc. if you need any other supplies while you are on island you purchase from there! Transit: There is public transportation on the island, but we recommend renting a car as it's the easiest way to get around on the island.

Access: The entire condo, pool, fitness center, beach access, we provide beach chairs and boogie boards in the condo for you to use! You have access to all the amenities at this resort, concierge, restaurant, and spa! Note: we get you started with basic supplies, like a few rolls of toilet paper, shampoos, paper towels, dish soap, etc. if you need any other supplies while you are on island you purchase from there! Interaction: We message you your door codes in advance and provide all information ahead of time. We do not meet you at the condo to show you around. This condo is located at the Waipouli Beach Resort, which is less than a mile from our office. We will be working away when you are on island. :) We will message you the door codes ahead of time that you'll need for entry. If you have any questions or problems you contact us directly, we give you Candace's cell number as she is the on island contact for you. She's very responsive.

House Rules: Please take some time to review these Waipouli Beach Association House Rules that have been designed to ensure safety, comfort and enjoyment for all owners and guests of Waipouli Beach Resort. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the lanais or anywhere on the property. Our resort is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. All condos are designated non-smoking units. There are designated smoking areas located along the parameter of the property. Our resort facilities may be used only by owners and guests occupying a unit. Privileges may be extended to family and friends visiting our resort only when the owner or the registered guest is present and each guest must be registered at the front desk. Each unit is allowed a total of 6 guests at any given time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. but excessive noise should be avoided at all times.
