  Comments: I'm Shin Young Kwon's Son. She was a bit hard to communicate, and it was quite scary to follow the guy who she sent to us. And room was really cold. Chill came from window, so we had to sleep against the window. Which means we had to put our foot that side. Also elevator up to room was really old. It doens't feell that safe. At last, when we arrived, the room wasn't cleaned up! So we had to wait about 20 to 25 minutes until janitor finished cleaning.(We checked in at about 14:30, It's 30 minutes later than time this homepage said) But all above was fault of this house, Location was great(Not THAT far from MTR Ya Ma Tei station, near Yoshinoya and McDonald's, fast wifi, and trusty card type lock. So, If you're looking for really good location but you don't have lot of money, or you just want to sleep in your room, you need to be in this house.

  Comments: We were able to check in early which was very good, the only problem we had was we had to wait outside the room for almost an hour before May came to open the door because we didn't have an internet connection to let her know that we were already there. The room was clean, the aircon was functioning very well and so with the TV and there was hot water 24 hours. The place was very secured; there were 2 locks before we could go into the room plus there was always a guard at the building lobby. All in all we enjoyed our stay at May's place. Thank you May. We will surely refer your place to friends.

  Comments: 出了油麻地地铁站走错方向了,最后导航再找到的,大楼的颜色很显眼,但是电梯太破旧,出了点故障,吓到了,may没有出现过,找到的是另外负责接待的,因为之前有沟通确认一定要两张床,这个是三人房两张床,引路的阿姨见我们只有两个人,非要拆掉一张单铺位,我们没同意就说我们素质很差,不明白为什么我订的这个价位是整个房间的价位,她非说是按人头收费的,态度很不好,最后就走了还一直讲我们,房间除了不通风其他跟图片一致,挺干净,要自带牙刷

  Comments: The building was quite old and the facilities didn't look that safe especially the elevator. The room however, looked exactly like the photos but it was too small to fit 3 persons. Overall, the room was good, it was basic. The biggest challenge we had was with communicating to the staff, as they were having difficulty understanding English. We had a few problems in our arrangements. I wish she could train at least one english speaking staff to make things easier for travelers.

  Comments: May is a wonderful host! :) She replies fast and very accurate with directions. Her place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean and neat. Complete amenities just like in the hotels. Its very near the bus stop and mtr. The temple street is just behind the building too. Wifi connection is so fast. And since we're leaving late at night, May let us leave are things for safe keeping while we explore hong kong a little more. We really had a great time! Thank you again May! :*

  Comments: The room is clean and the location is really startegist! There's a speedy connection wifi inside the room so it's also a plus. May also lives in a same building so it's really easy if we need something. She's also fast respond. Eventhough theres 2 old elevators and kinda scary, but we can always use the other one. Overall, we love staying here!

  Comments: The location is very accessible. I've stayed in other Inn's in Hong Kong and this is the cleanest and most conveniently located one so far. It's a great value for money accommodation. Guests should manage their expectations though since Hong Kong is one of the world’s least affordable urban center to buy a home in. Don't let the old building fool you though, once you are able to get past the old building facade and escalator - the actual room is the same as what you see in Airbnb - which is quite nice by Hong Kong Inn standards.

  Comments: 房间和预想中的差不多,香港大部分房间都是小小的,但里面设施比较完善,该有的都有,但需要'自己准备毛巾和牙刷,公寓附近也比较安全,大厦里都是一些香港居民住和一丢丢其他国家的人,电梯现在已经很安全,原本别人评价说比较恐怖的电梯已经关了,如果找不到可以直接导航到九龙邮政局再往前走一两分钟就到了,但是如果你是一个懒癌你可以选择离地铁更近的宾馆,因为每次油麻地站下来总是要走几分钟,对于几乎每天都要暴走的人,晚上还要花几分钟走回宾馆很累!如果有洁癖的人可以自己带一个小床单,因为住了几天感觉晚上睡觉总是不舒服,房东还是很热情!总体来说还是值得

  Comments: The place is very much accessible to MTR. Traveling with a toddler is not easy, however May made it a lot easier by providing every information she could share. She's always ready to assist. Her unit is quite, clean, and a great value for money. Will definitely stay to her place again whenever we travel to HK.

  Comments: I love May’s place. It can just fit up to 3 pax because the room is quite small. Just enough for us to stay for 3 days. Wifi is fast, the room is cold, and the place is quiet. I would love to book this again if ever I get back in HK. Overall, I had a great stay. Thanks, May!

  Comments: Комната находится на оживленной улице, рядом с метро и парком Коулун. Жилье крошечное, но в Гонконге так везде, это норма. Расположение отличное, есть чайник, посуда, фен, шампунь, окно, отличный интернет. Когда мы замёрзли, нам очень любезно принесли обогреватель :) Из минусов - заселили позже, чем в 14:00, отправили погулять на часик, отсутствие кухни, грибок в ванной комнате, разбитое окно в комнате. Но, несмотря на это, я рекомендую. Цена/качество полностью соответствуют. Таких цен на жилье в Гонконге найти невозможно... А если и возможно, то отвратительное. Здесь хотя бы жить можно, чисто и безопасно :)

  Comments: not intended for family use. with 2 luggage, and 1 stroller. the size of the room is not conducive for resting. the neighborhood building is also not of good environment. elevator is a bit cramped, broken floor tiles, clothes hanging in the corridors. for backpackers, this would be acceptable i guess.

  Comments: Incredible location, very easy to find. Good instructions - look for Alhambra building! Right next to Bonjour. Small but great room it had everything we wanted. The photos displayed were incorrect but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

  Comments: Decent size and clean room, ideal for 1 or 2 persons. Location is midway between Yau Ma Tei and Jordan station, you need to walk around 3-5 minutes to the station, but overall the place is accessible. Good value for money.

  Comments: 房间和预想中的一样,很小,两个人住会有点挤,只能打开一个大箱子和一个小箱子｡厕所第一天去很臭,洗完澡稍微好一点儿了｡第一天晚上回去很晚,一点多了,房卡又出了一点儿小问题,打不开门,还好留有紧急联系电话,房东很耐心地解决了｡总的来说还算不错｡

  Comments: 比较了很多名宿,最后选择了May的｡交通很便利,大楼外有很多公交站,离地铁口也只需要五分钟,推荐大家使用公交车可选择的车次多且人少,而且免去了拉大件行李上下地铁入口的麻烦｡房间相对比内地的酒店会觉得房间会觉得小,但是毕竟香港寸金寸土,总体来说已经很不错了｡但是从第一天下午开始直达酒店楼层的电梯坏了,所以走的时候提着行李下了一层楼去乘别的电梯,还是蛮痛苦的｡May回复消息很快,是一次不错的体验｡

  Comments: Room was smaller than expected, but can’t expect with the price paid. Window in the room had a cracked and wasn’t safe to open the window to let fresh air come in. The Airbnb was also located at a very old building and the lift was shaking at every stop. Wasn’t the safest place to stay too in my opinion and had to check out after the first day of my stay and move to a new hotel.

  Comments: Not recommended. Bad host did not reply on my message. Hard communication between the host and the caretaker. The caretaker did not know that the room has a reservation on that day. we arrive late at the location about 3:30pm check in time is 2pm the room is not yet cleaned and its dirty so the caretaker ask us to comeback after 2hrs when we came back the room is slightly clean maybe because of the rush job cleaning because we are not expected. So we ended up in a dirty room, bathroom, dirty hallway with a dirty mop, cleaning materials and dirty bucket of water always infront of our door for 3 nights the caretaker did not remove our trash for 3 nights. Not recommended room and host. But location is recommended.

  Comments: May's place is secure, cozy, and has available amenities but the view is not that inviting and the building where her place is located is a bit scary due to its being an old building. Although I noticed that multicultural guests (asians, african, caucasians) stay in various inns inside the building. But the big plus is a very accessible location!
