  Comments: It was a beautiful experience in Istanbul that I won't forget!!! The apartment was with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, small but with everything needed for 2 couples and a child as we. Farouq was very correct with us, waiting till late with a check in at 11 p.m. He explained everything what we ask him, and gave us good directions. He was very friendly and funny...

  Comments: We couldn't have picked a better place to stay on our first visit to Istanbul. Farouq's apartment is located within walking distance to so many wonderful sights and restaurants. The apartment was great - very clean and comfortable - and Farouq helped us coordinate transport to/from the airport which was also very useful. We loved Istanbul and found Farouq's apartment to be a great home away from home.

  Comments: Farouq is the best host i have encountered so far. Messages were replied really quick although he wasnt in istanbul to meet me, he made sure his colleague was ready to receive me when I reached his apartment. The apartment is great with rooms with individual attached bathrooms. Space was fantastic as well. Location is nearby to places like the blue mosque, grand bazaar, spice market etc. Travelling to IST airport took only about 15 to 20mins. Kudos to Farouq for his excellent apartment and service!

  Comments: Farouq has a lovely place, which is located in the heeart of Istanbul's tourist area, with all of the city's sites to see conveniently located within a few minutes' walk. The place is clean with modern bathrooms and other amneties. Our host remained in touch from the time of booking to check out and even beyond. He arranged transport from and to the airport as well as accommodating our odd check-in and check-out timings. This was my first trip to Istanbul as well as first Airbnb experience. Both went better than expected. I dare say I feel I have found a new friend!

  Comments: Приезжали в Стамбул и останавливались у Farouq на 8 ночей. Нас было 5 человек. Снимали 2-х комнатные аппартаменты на 3 этаже. Квартира очень чистая, приятно находится. В каждой комнате отдельный санузел. Единственное, что нам не хватило- это маленького стола, за которым можно выпить чая. Мини кухня содержит все самое необходимое. От остановки трамвая идти 10 минут, до Голубой мечети тоже 10 минут. Очень спокойный район. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин с хорошим выбором продуктов. Рядом набережная Мраморного моря. Отличная квартира. Когда приедем ещё раз в Стамбул, то обязательно остановимся здесь.

  Comments: About Farouq ....we could not meet but he took all the efforts to make our stay comfortable through Murat who personally got my heavy bags throgh those rather acutely narrow staircases !!....and his very helpful travel guide friend Fehmi who was outstanding. I appreciate all that. Sufi place is small but central ; convenient and adequate with good kitchen facilities. Hot water was always there... clean towels bedspreads too. Food and mosque closeby made my life easy...and yes UBER could come to pick up most of the time!! Only issue is climbing up two stairs after big Kebap meals .. .. carrying suitcases needs planning...but we knew it.

  Comments: Очень удобное месторасположение, недалеко от исторического центра(5-7минут ходьбы)и общественного транспорта. Рядом много ресторанчиков и достаточно магазинчиков, но в тоже время не так много народу ходит по улице. Близко до набережной с прекрасной прогулочной дорожкой. Сложно найти за эти деньги лучше.

  Comments: Farouk’s place is nice❤️ Away from the hustle, but close enough to quaint refreshment bars, small stores selling ceramics and silver jewelry. Theres a travel agency a street and a half away, where you can get your trip organized, in case you just came to Athens on a limb and unprepared. The streets are small, lovely, and safe. Its a 15 minute walk to Sultanahmet area which hosts Hahia Sofia, Top Kapi Palace and the Blue Mosque❤️

  Comments: Farouq was the perfect host. He set up transportation for us to and from the airport. Our arrival was very late but he still had someone onsite to greet us and check us in. The same was true for our departure. The residence is about a 15-25 minute walk to the Bazar or River so very accessible to all sites in Istanbul. The residence is perfect for a family of 5. Beds were great, residence was very clean, and plenty of hot water. We had a very enjoyable stay.

  Comments: Very very helpful host. Since the start of the booking until the end he was always there to help and advise. Place is very clean and quiet, away from traffic and under a minute from restaurants and shops. Some restaurants were we even open until one bit the morning. With good internet connection this was perfect for me and my family as we wanted to have a nice and relaxing stay and at the same time close to transportation so we can do sightseeing. We will stay here again.

  Comments: Farouq was great at organising transportation for us at great prices. He had an emergency maintenance issue which meant having to come to the place late one evening, but to apologise for the inconvenience, he gave the girls a gift which was lovely touch. Great communication and helpful tips about Istanbul.

  Comments: This was our first time in Istambul, and location was of paramount importance. We were lucky to stay at Farouq’s apartment, because it’s perfectly located in a quiet street in the old city. All the major attractions were just 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a late flight back. Farouq proposed to leave our belongings at his office (which is in the same building). So we could enjoy our last day in Istambul without carrying bags.

  Comments: Clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you need in a base to explore and enjoy Istanbul sights and cuisine. In a great location in Sultanahmet with many of the famous places of interest, such as the Topcapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar all within easy walking distance, and a bit further afield, across the Galata Bridge, Taksim Square and the Galata Tower are also walkable if you're feeling energetic. After a day out, it was nice to think that we would return to the apartment and be able to relax.

  Comments: This apartment is very well located ten minutes walking to the most important places such as Blue Mosk, Santa Sophia, Topkapi Palace. Also near to Ataturk Airport. There are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around the corner that are open until very late. I really recomend this place if you don't want to spend time going to the most important tourist places.

  Comments: El lugar es muy limpio, pero hay que tener en cuenta que qurda en un 3er piso sin ascensor, con escaleras angostas por lo que cuesta subir las maletas. La publicación es cercana a los principales lugares de interés, sin embargo, se requiere desplazarse por calles con pendientes fuertes para llegar a la estación más cercana.
