Neighborhood Overview: You will be 3 minutes from Bryant Park for Lady M, 10 minute walk from Times Square for a Broadway show, and 5 min from Herald Square for shopping.

Notes: I will clear out the dresser and the "shoe shelf" for you prior to your arrival so that your will have adequate closet space! Check In: Afternoon Check out: after 6pm I am flexible with check in and out times. I work closeby so will be able to meet you at the apartment anytime as long as you give me adequate notice ahead of time.

Transit: There is BDFM and 7 train at Bryant Park, NQR, BDFM at Herald Square, and ACE and 123 at Penn Station, and 456 at Grand Central. You are within a 15 minute walk from all these locations listed.

Access: You will have access to laundry room.

House Rules: There are NO PARTIES allowed. This is a quiet doorman building, please be respectful of the neighbors. NO SMOKING or Pets allowed. When checking out, please be sure to empty all trash and take out the recycling. This is my home and I stay where whenever I am not renting it out on Air Bnb so please treat this place as you would with your own home.
