  Comments: Karen & Ofer were great - easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment is comfortable, clean & has very good closet space if you want to unpack & hang up your stuff. The location -- close to Central Park and the subway at Columbus Circle was perfect for me. I loved staying here!

  Comments: Ich war für 8 Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung mitten in Manhatten. Karen und Ofer, waren super nette, jeder Zeit erreichbare Hosts, die immer ein Ohr und gute Tips hatten. Die Wohnung ist super schön und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Columbo Circle, der Central Park, Time Square alles um die Ecke. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung einem Hotel vorziehen.

  Comments: My husband, I and kids have been stayed at the Karen's apartment for 2 months. This was our first experince of using airbnb and we were lucky to find Karen and Ofer. I want to stress several points. First, Karen and Ofer both are great hosts-were extremelly helpful, delicate, kind, professional, easy-to-communicate with, and it was a real pleasure to deal with them. They react fast to discuss and solve any questions. Second, I want to underline that we had no issues with anything inside the apartment or building during our stay- everything worked properly. Third, as a mom of 2 kids (3,5 years and newborn) I found everything extremelly equiped in the apartment- furniture, technics, kitchen (all possible things you might even think about) which made my day-to-day life in the apartment easy and no stressful. Fourth, location!!! Location is so great that you can't imaging. You are in the center of life, including central park for kids, skate rings, toys shops, theatres, shopping, restaurants and night life. Also have all subway lines available by walking distance which allows to be anywhere within the shortest time. I know that will remember the time I spent at this apartment with my family with positive only. And of course will stay again with pleasure.

  Comments: Karen and Ofer were wonderful hosts! They were very helpful and accessible to communicate with. They really made my stay in New York comfortable. I stayed with them for 3 months, and the apartment has everything you need, is right in the middle of everything, and is a block from the Columbus Circle subway station that will take you anywhere in the city. It's the place to stay in Midtown.

  Comments: Perfect for us. Exactly as advertised. Contemporary decor, 1 BR with 20th floor balcony overlooking midtown and the Hudson river was a wonderful home for 30 days. Building was lovely. Doormen and staff made us feel welcome and safe. Easy walk to Central Park and Times Square. We highly recommend Karen and Ofer as hosts and will check with them again when we come back to the city.

  Comments: For the whole stay every day of 31 days we lived in the apartment I felt blessed and thanked God for how lucky we were to get that apartment. There is no other place in New York I would love to live more than at Karen's apartment.

  Comments: Excelente todo, muy buena ubicación, cerca y accesible para todo (central park, subway, times square). hemos tenido la mejor estadía posible en nyc, karen y offer fueron excelentes anfitriones, muy atentos a todo y muy comunicativos. El apartamento en muy buenas condiciones y muy bien aquipado (nada les faltara). Mega recomendado si quieren pasar una excelente estadia en ny. La vista del balcon es un mega plus, bellisima!

  Comments: We loved the apartment more then all for its location. Very nice place to stay with dorman 24/7, at The 20 th floor with a wonderfull view on the city. Well equipped kitchen. Room for 2 adults. WC room comfortable. Loundry room on the floor near the apartment. Check in and out well organized.
