Space: This is a very large studio with exposed brick walls, wood floor and decent light. There is an upstairs loft that has a queen sized bed (a third person could sleep on couch downstairs -extra charge), but it is best suitable for 1 or 2 people. The space is cool, comfy and super charming! Anyone who visits my place says they love it! -You have to climb the small wood stairs to get to loft bedroom but no one seems to mind and there is a whole other room up there for luggage, clothing, etc. *The subway (JMZ line, Myrtle/Broadway stop) is only one block away and *is 15 minutes in to the city (Soho/Chinatown, LES and 10 minutes from Williamsburg) *The neighborhood is being called the next Williamsburg and although this particular stop is not super built up yet, it has definitely started and I have found myself staying in this neighborhood more and more this past year. Many cool businesses have popped up and many people are coming over to this subway stop to go out and/or eat/drink. (es

Neighborhood Overview: I have some favorite hangout spots that I will link here asap!

Notes: please note that this is a grittier part of town and very urban. You get a little bit of a feel of what most of Brooklyn was like before gentrification. -although even this stop is changing so fast. (but note that I do feel very safe in apartment! But I do suggest women taking cab home after midnight unless with other people.) There are a lot of new trendy/hip bars and restaurants right near this stop (I will leave a list in apt.) and also it is an easy commute to so many other great neighborhoods in Brooklyn and city as well.

Transit: Only 1 block to subway and great train line -JMZ into NYC! (15-20 minutes away!)

Access: The entire large, lofted apartment.
