  Comments: Buen apartamento y buena y rápida comunicación. La única pega que faltaban cosas, como la tostadora y el microondas, que según anuncio estaban disponibles pero no estaban en el apartamento, tampoco había mucho menaje para cocinar. Está alejado del centro pero en una zona muy muy tranquila.

  Comments: An unserem Anreisetag kamen wir erst relativ spät am Abend an. Manuel hat uns bereits am Gartentor empfangen. Er hat uns kurz die Wohnung gezeigt ohne dabei zu aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr schnell haben wir bemerkt, dass die Wohnung leider keine Waschmaschine hatte, obwohl diese im Profil angegeben war und für uns mit zwei Kleinkindern wichtig war. Manuel hat sich sofort angeboten öffentliche Waschsalons ausfindig zu machen und uns die Adressen zu nennen. Das hat er auch prompt getan und uns dazu noch einige andere Cafes, Restaurants und nette Plätze in der Umgebung genannt. Erfreulicherweise gab es eine besonders liebe Nachbarin im Hause, die sich angeboten hatte die Wäsche unserer Kinder zu waschen. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr kinderlieb und freundlich. Wir haben uns in dem Haus und in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig. Der Garten war besonders für unsere Jungs ideal. Am Abreisetag mussten wir früh am Morgen los. Manuel war so freundlich und hat uns ein Taxi bestellt. Die Wohnungsschlüssel haben wir im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen liegen lassen dürfen.

  Comments: Nous souhaitons remercier Manuel pour son accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce magnifique appartement qui se situe dans un quartier très sympathique.   Comments: la location est très bien équipée, et la décoration est agréable. le logement est un peu sombre, mais il faut reconnaitre que le temps était pluvieux durant notre séjour; Bon accueil de la part des hôtes, plan et renseignements touristiques à disposition.

  Comments: Our stay in Porto was amazing, although we didn't meet Manuel personally, his communication was great and made was only a message away if we had any troubles The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures and the courtyard out the back was real handy for relaxing or hanging out clothes The beds were very comfortable and the lounge room/ kitchen was very spacious for cooking and relaxing, although there was no pots and pans in the kitchen the old lady above was so friendly giving us pots and pegs and anything else we needed It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, the supermarket and a fresh fruit shop, and across the road from a fresh fish shop, gym and surf school. The neighborhood was incredibly friendly and would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Porto Cheers Manuel

  Comments: Staying in Porto we remember very nice. Apartment clean and having a lot of amenities: dryer, toaster, TV, WIFI, etc .. Beds comfortable, no noise from the street. Very nice and helpful neighbors. Manuel did not show up personally, but contact with him was good and sent us a lot of useful information regarding your stay in Porto. The apartment is close to the ocean and has a well-developed infrastructure (shops, a bakery, restaurants). I recommend this place.

  Comments: We had a pleasant time in the apartment. The envirement was lovely. Ir was a nice apartment, lot of room for both of us. We think that it needs Some maintenance, especcialy the bathroom. The bed was good. One pan wood be nice, we can't cook an egg.

  Comments: l'hôte n'était pas présent à notre arrivé pour nous donner les clefs! grosse galère... quartier calme, malgrés les chiens du voisinage qui aboient la nuit... appartement sympa et spacieux, la salle de bain mériterais un coup de rénovation( moisi au plafond, sol s'écaillant sous les pieds, cuvette non fixé...). la porte d'entrée m'ériterais d'être ajustée elle est très difficile à ouvrir. a 30 min en bus du centre ville si pas trop de circulation. 10min à pieds de la plage et d'un petit market. une boulangerie au bout de la rue.

  Comments: The appartement has a great location: close to the beach and public transport to get downtown. There are good beds and a nice terrace to relax outside. It's a quiet place, so you can sleep with the windows open. It's spacious and with a lot of light. So, lots of positive things about this place. Besides that, when we arrived we had to wait for more than half an hour to get in, the place wasn't very clean and few things were broken .

  Comments: Appartement très spacieux et agréable, quelques travaux de rénovation seraient nécessaires sur les problèmes d'humidité et sur la porte d'entrée difficile à ouvrir. Boulangerie, pâtisserie et supermarché à proximité, plage à 10 mn . Très bon accueil

  Comments: We hadden een prettig verblijf in het appartement van Manuel. Goede locatie dichtbij het strand en winkels en restaurants. De tips van Manuel waren allemaal goed. Heerlijk gegeten op leuke plekjes in de buurt en strandtent praia da luz is een heerlijke plek voor een drankje met goede muziek en de prachtige zonsondergang. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. De foto's kloppen met hoe het is op enkele verbeterpunten na ten aanzien van het renoveren van de badkamer en betere ventilatie. Afstand naar het centrum van Porto prima te doen met de taxi of de bus, is tevens goed betaalbaar en vertrek om de hoek bij het appartement. Al met al een prima plek voor een verblijf in het prachtige Porto.

  Comments: El apartamento no tiene lavadora-secadora como decía en el anuncio. La playa está a bastante más de 100m. El cuarto de baño estaba sucio y con mucha humedad y arañas. Los electrodomésticos estaban sucios (horno, campana extractora...). Lo mejor es que admiten mascotas.

  Comments: Nice apartment and great service. When you miss something in the apartment you can always ask Manuel and he will help you. We have also had a lot of information about great restaurants and places to visit. The only thing we didn't like was the ceiling in the bathroom because it wasn't really clean. But in general this is a great location to stay and we have really enjoyed our trip to Porto!

  Comments: Manuel's apartment was awesome. Clean and decent. It has everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here. Really close to the sea, shops, supermarket, restaurant. Tip "Tavia" to breakfast. There are 2 in the area. Great coffees and breakfast. Manuel send us also tips. We would recomend it. Greetings from the Netherlands.

  Comments: Die Wohnung liegt super gelegen am Rande Portos direkt am Meer. Alles nötige ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich, leider war sie nicht total sauber.

  Comments: Angenehme Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit netten Cafes, Restaurants und hübschen Shops. Super Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke, Supermarkt 10 min zu Fuß. Schöne Strandcafes 10-15 min entfernt. Bus ins Zentrum fährt vom lokalen "Hauptplatz" (5 min entfernt), Fahrtzeit in die Altstadt 15 min. Die Küche ist ziemlich gebraucht, aber alles da. Betten neu und bequem. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

  Comments: The apartment is in a very good location and the price is reasonable. Nevertheless, we did not enjoy our stay, as the apartment was not cleaned at all. Even after the fast cleaning, there was a lot of dirt in the bathroom and the bed sheets were stained.

  Comments: Nous n'avons pas vu Manuel mais nous avons été accueilli par sa voisine. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il faut 30 min en bus (arrêt à 5 min) pour rejoindre le centre de Porto et 10 min à pied pour la plage. Manuel nous a envoyé un mail très détaillé pour nous aider dans Porto. Merci

  Comments: Manuel is very professional. I had a problem with the shower and he fixed immediately. The house is at the ground floor with space for a dog in front and in back side. The position is really good.
