  Comments: Upon arriving there was a strong smell of cleaning supplies possibly coming from the couch. We opened the windows so air it out since it was giving us a headache. We were not aware of the holiday so we had to pay to store our luggage at a location a couple blocks away for a couple of hours until we could check in. Overall the place was in a good location and clean. The shower does not have much of a door so water gets on the floor. The beds were not super comfortable but were adequate. The apartment was quiet and dark once the shades were closed.

  Comments: Muchas gracias!!!! Todo estaba muy bien. El loft tal y como se mostraba en las fotos, muy amplio y luminoso. Nosotros íbamos con dos niños pequeños y mucho espacio para que se movieran. La ubicación perfecta, muy centrico, con muchas tiendas y bares cercanos. Transporte publico, bus y metro a dos minutos andando. Si volvemos a Barcelona y podemos repetiremos.

O metro Passeig de Gracia fica há 50 metros do apartamento e tem conexão com 03 linhas diferentes. Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Recomento.

  Comments: The house is so artistic and the level of convenience and usability is mere little . The washing machine was a disaster and was not in order . The house was not cleaned before our arrival was so dusty . The bathroom door was a glass door which dosnt work. . Overall was okay and was not worth the money paid. Just pay for the location . Check in wad smooth. Parking was included but have to park the car in another location.

  Comments: 카탈루냐 광장에서 가깝기 때문에 위치는 상당히 좋습니다. 가족여행일 경우, 왠만한 부엌도구들 다 갖추고 있어 해먹기도 좋아요. 세탁기와 세제, 빨래 널어 놓을 수 있는 행거가 모두 제공되어 편리합니다. 오피스가 바로 옆에 있어 체크인/아웃 시간과 맞지 않을 경우, 오피스에서 짐을 무료로 맡아주셔서 상당히 편리했습니다. 다만 한가지, 욕실 싱크대가 상당히 높아서 약간 불편해요. (일반 한국 성인 남자 키에도 불편한 높이 입니다.) 샴푸/린스는 없으니 준비하셔야 해요.

En 5 jours nous avons dû deal avec la récupération des clés de l'appart qui n'est pas à la même adresse, quand on est seule avec des enfants ce n'est pas pratique du tout puis nos avons eu des bruits de travaux extrêmement violents pendant plusieurs heures, l'agence nous a changé d'appart ( bien sympa sauf que cela nous a fait perdre des heures précieuses sur Barcelone... de plus l'appart était inconfortable malgré les soit disant 100 m2 (????), à peine possible de bouger autour du lit et SdB minuscule avec les wc dedans, serviettes de bain , oui mais impossible de s'essuyer avec car comme si elles étaient neuves...(tjrs avec de l'après!), bref, mal dormi, difficile de profiter d'une bonne douche après une journée de visite par 35 degrés.... tout cela à un prix très élevé pour ce service, un hôtel est moins cher et le standing y est meilleur, pas de bruit ou de coupure d'eau intempestive dans un hôtel!! Extrêmement déçue.....!!!

  Comments: The location of the apartment is centrally located, near the main metro station, airport shuttle bus and several attractions. The unit is quiet since it is located on the top floor, facing away from the busy streets. Most kitchen and bathroom essentials were provided. The bed mattresses are medium firm with plenty of space for 2 adults each. Communication was easy. EnjoyBCN quickly fixed some minor issues with the appliances. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to maximize their time in Barcelona.

  Comments: Though the apartment is good looking (exactly as seen in the pictures), I wasn't quite satisfied with it and I don't think it was worth the price we paid. The best thing about it was definitely the location (very close to Pl. Catalunya, which makes it easy to go anywhere in the city by foot or public transport). The check-in is not straight-forward, you receive instructions to go to a different place (10minutes away by foot, which can seem really long in the heat of the day and carrying backpacks and suitcases) to pick up the key to the apartment. The furniture looks nice but the quality is the same as the furniture from Ikea, and the 300€ deposit is way more than I think that furniture is worth. The kitchen is honestly the part of the apartment I disliked the most. Every cabinet you open smells, and that doesn't mean just the garbage under the sink and the dishwasher (and yes, it smells even though it's empty). The cabinet containing the dishes, bowls and glasses smelled so bad I swear we had to wash everything very thoroughly before using it. I also really don't like the fact that, considering the 70€ you have to pay for the cleaning service at the end of your stay, you also have to specifically leave the apartment in good conditions (they instruct you to actually clean the dishes and empty the garbage cans). I found this very stressful, considering the 300€ blocked on my credit card as a deposit (which the house rules state can be charged in full if you the rules and requirements are ignored). I would not stay in this apartment or any other by this agency again.

  Comments: Apartment and facilities are exactly as described. The location worked out better than we thought. Washer was fine but had a bit of trouble locating the dryer in the building. Airconditioning works great, but blows a bit onto the second bed, as the vane position could not be changed by the remote. EnjoyBCN service was great. We managed to disable our locker with the passports five minutes before we were due to leave for a cruise. Thanks to cell phones, EnjoyBCN patiently helped us override the disabling, to huge relief. I would gladly use them again.

  Comments: 키를 따로 찾아서 숙소를 찾아가야하는 시스템이라서 짐이 많으면 좀 불편할수있다 키가 전자식인데 키가 잘 작동하지않아 2시간 동안 숙소에 들어가지못해서 호스트업체와 계속 전화하면서 설명했지만 내가 키를 사용할줄 모르는줄알고 계속 기다리게했다 알고보니 문이 고장나서 그런것이였고 호스트는 자기도 문제가 뭔지모르겠다고 하고 겨우 문을 여는 기계로 들어갔다 하지만 숙소가 방이없는 형태이고 큰 원룸 형태여서 많이 추웠다 하지만 이역시도 난방 시스템이 고장난 상태였다..너무춥다고 이불 가져다달라했더니 와보더니 난방이 고장난거여서 다시고치고 그다음날부터는 따뜻하게 잤다..우역곡절의 숙소 ㅠ

  Comments: We were a group of 4 girlfriends in our 30s meeting in Barcelona for a weekend. The communication was great with that team! Prompt responses and troubleshooting really fast. The place is very well located and you’d have no trouble finding restaurants and bars at walking distance. I drove from France to Barcelona and they gave me a free parking spot for the entire stay. That was perfect! There is an elevator and a doorman during the day. My only hiccup was the lighting of the place. At night, it is very dark even though they have lamps all over the place. Gives a romantic mood but it’s problematic if you have eyesight issues at night like me. The equipment (stove, washing machine) are a bit difficult to comprehend how they function. Short explanation would help.
