Comments: I stayed 11 nights here in Chelsea. Erik could not have made my experience any more enjoyable. New to airbnb and my first time in NYC as a solo traveller I was not entirely sure what to expect. Firstly the apartment is in the best location, so central, on 7th Avenue close to fabulous restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs, shops and subway. Then short walk to the Highline, Chelsea Market, Meatpacking district, Flatiron district, Greenwich Village, or a short subway ride to Uptown, Midtown, Brooklyn, Lower Manhatten. Secondly the light filled apartment was big enough (given the little time I spent there), very clean and tidy, but homely and (Website hidden by Airbnb) bed was a fold out couch which was really comfortable, my room faced on to the street and though the window was double glazed at times it could be noisey but never a problem. My room was also very private and I felt very safe. The small but functional bathroom that was spotless with plenty of hot water and light. Thirdly Erik was great, never intrusive but friendly and helpful. Always contactable, great with local information and tips, umbrella when it rained, WiFi,and was incredibly generous when on the day of departure things did not go to plan so Erik generously allowed me to stay an extra night! Lastly was Augie, Erik's adorable little dog. Quiet, cute, friendly and very well behaved. I would definely recommend Great Space and would love to stay again on my next visit

Vamos a extrañar mucho Chelsea!

Comments: Erik's place is wonderful! Erik has great taste and the place looks even better then on the pictures. The location is the best you can probably get in Chelsea and Erik is a super host! He gives you the privacy you need but is always there and up for a chat. He's also always super helpful with anything you have, restaurant advice, what to do, where to go and he always helped me out with tons of other things that occurred during my stay. I stayed one month with Erik during a training I did in the city and he was a big part why my stay was so great! Really, if you want to stay in Chelsea stay with Erik!

Comments: Erik is attentive, easy-going and sweet host! And my stay at his place was so! Erik great at giving you as much privacy as you wish and very helpful, communicative once you need anything. Apartement located at the vibrant and easy-to-access neighborhood which is helps to enjoy the city more, but it also takes a quiet side and you have a chance for a nice rest and a good sleep. With no extra 24h NYC noise :) Guest bedroom has a great spike of sunshine during the day, and apartment itself is just very cosy, stylish and fresh! I'd definitely reccomend it and would love to stay there again on my next trips! :)

Comments: The apartment is located in the middle of Chelsea. Subway, shops and good restaurants are right around the corner and Erik helps you to find everything and loves to give tips. He was a very welcoming host and I couldn't imagine a better place to spend a few days in New York.

Comments: Erik was an incredible host! Very warm, super helpful, and has an amazing sense of style in the apartment. He's in a very convenient location, and while right on 8th Ave, room is in the back and gets minimal noise. Would love to stay here again!

Comments: This is a fantastic, stylish apartment in a great area. The bedroom has a private entry, with wardrobe space and air conditioning. Noise levels were quite good, the bedroom does not back onto a street so mostly distant city noises. The neighbourhood is very safe, with great options for local dining and bars. It is situated near numerous subway lines, making it convenient to travel within Manhattan, Brooklyn or beyond. Erik was a wonderful host, our check-in was seamless and he always responded promptly to our requests. He spent most of the time away, but the time we did spend with him he generously passed on some great knowledge about the local art scene, restaurants, bars, jazz clubs and some good tips on getting around. This really enhanced our experience in NYC. Thanks for a wonderful time! I have no doubt in recommending Erik’s apartment to anyone!

Comments: We stayed at Erik's place for a long weekend. Communication was super quick and easy and we loved the apartment. It's in a great, vibrant location but none of the windows is facing the street so it's nice and quiet. We would definitely stay again and I highly recommend Erik's place. Thank you, Erik!!

Comments: Erik's place made for an ideal basecamp for my recent visit to NYC. I think this is one of the best located Airbnbs in NYC, and the price is a value compared to all hotels in the area. Erik was extremely accommodating and even offered his museum pass so we could enter the Whitney Museum for free. Definitely recommend!
