  Comments: Estive por 4 dias, na chegada fui super bem recebida pela pessoa indicada para fazer meu check in, quanto o apartamento é uma graça bem equipado e tudo bem alinhado com as especificações informadas. E sua localização é excelente próximo a tudo que se possa precisar.

  Comments: I spent almost one week there in Rio in Silva s place. I was there with my parents. The flat is really well situated, one street from the Copacaba beach and closed to the tube station or other facilties. The street is crowned in the evening but it s not too noisy in the flat. We were suprised that it was so calm because it s a busy area. We slept very well. I didn t meet Silvia because she is not living in Rio but she has a friend who is taking care of everything. It s Tania. So Tania welcomed us very nicely, she is a very warm person and she is not living far from the flat if you need anything. Silvia called me when we arrived to be sure that everything is fine. SO I would really recomand this place, nice, clean, safe, well situated and nice people taking care of you!

  Comments: El apartamento es muy comodo y la ubicacion es excelente. Mi primo y sus amigos fueron quienes se hospedaron y quedaron muy contentos. El espacio en el apartamento esta muy bien aprovechado y el equipamiento es muy bueno. Gran anfitrion.

  Comments: Foi ótimo. A localisacao do apartamento é perfeito, pertissimo de praia, ao lado de restaurantes, supermercados etc... O apartamento é bonitinho, com TV, AC, e bem comfortavel. A Silvia foi muito atenciosa. Posso recomendar a todos que querem ficar la. Perfect place. The location of the appartente is great, just around the corner of the beach, and near restaurannts, supermarkets and more. The apartment is really nice, with TV, AC, and just comfortabel. Silvia is a very caring host, I just can recommend to anyone to stay in that place.

  Comments: We had a very good stay in Rio, at Silvia's place. The location could not be better! The appartment is perfect for a couple, a bit tight for 3 though. Communication with Silva was excellent! A good place to stay in Rio!

  Comments: Excelente apartamento, ótima localização. Tamanho ideal para três pessoas. A proprietária foi muito solícita durante todo o período, assim como a pessoa que nos recebeu no apartamento. Excellent apartment, great location. For three people, it's perfect. The owner was very helpful all the time, and so was the person who welcomed us to the apartment.

  Comments: Silvia was so kind! She was very easy to contact, and respond so quickly and politely. She even help us find a taxi for our return to the airport. We had a little problem with the kitchen but she solve it as soon as i told her, I recommend her and her so nice apartment for anyone who wants to know Rio. It is in a very nice place, full of bars near and a supermarket very close. It is one block away from the beach and very near bus and taxi stops. I would surely go back.

  Comments: I left my heart in Rio. What a great trip we had, and the homy cozy place helped make it a comfortable one. Deborah was the person who showed us the apartment. She's very sweet and eager to help with whatever you need, though we didn't need anything. The apartment was perfect for me and my husband. We found the bed very comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with what you need. It's small, but fine. It's nice to have a dining room/living room as well as a bedroom. We didn't use the AC because we like the warm weather, but it was there if we needed it. The location is right near the beach, near good restaurants and shops of all types. The metro isn't far either. I would definitely go back. Thanks, Sylvia!

  Comments: We were met by Deborah on behalf of Silvia and given a wonderful tour of the apartment and building. The place is indeed cozy and well located within Copacabana. Easy access to taxis and subway in addition to buses. Good layout and perfect for four people. Since this was during the FIFA Worldcup final weekend, the level of noise and excitement was off the scale and ran well into the early morning hours. The 24/7 security staff is courteous and professional. Would recommend Silvia's apartment for anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro.

  Comments: La atención fue maravillosa, nos recibieron de forma oportuna y rápida. El servicio y seguridad del lugar son muy buenos. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y del ambiente turístico. Tiene cerca muchos lugares para conocer y disfrutar de la ciudad. Fácil acceso a sistemas de transporte (Bus y Metro) y a supermercados, droguerías y cafés para disfrutar de lo mejor de Rio de Janeiro. El apartamento es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en la ciudad. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y cómodos durante nuestra estadía. Seguro que regresaremos a hospedarnos allá, cuando volvamos a Rio de Janeiro. Gracias por la oportunidad de acogernos.

  Comments: The flat was perfect! Exactly what we needed. I was staying with a friend so the sofa bed was perfect - we effectively each had our own room. Silvia was very reachable and Sandra who works for her was always available, giving recommendations for the area. Also, just steps away from the beach.

  Comments: This is a great place to stay in Copacabana! The apartment has everything you need (including comfortable beds, a good shower and a well-equipped kitchen) and has a nice, cozy feel to it. The location is perfect: close to the beach, but in a (traffic-wise) quiet street. There are several bars and restaurants around, which make the neighborhood feel safe during the night. Sandra who received us was very nice and helpful, and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this place, and hope to stay here again!

  Comments: El departamento es excelente! Tal cual como se ve en las fotos, es amplio, limpio, bien equipado, y cuenta con todos los elementos necesarios para una óptima comodidad. Muy cercano a la playa, a supermercados, medios de transporte, y a la avenida principal de Copacabana. Rodeado de bares, restaurantes, y cafés. Nos recibió Sandra (amiga de Silvia) en el horario estipulado, ella es muy amable y nos dió consejos en todo momento durante nuestra estadía. Silvia siempre respondió nuestras inquietudes al instante. Sin duda si retornamos a Río de Janeiro, nos hospedaremos allí nuevamente. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estadía más placentera.

  Comments: Our stay was excellent, and the place is exactly as described! The location is ideal, especially for young people. The street is pretty lively with several happening bars. It gets a bit loud at night, which we actually liked, but that's something to be aware of. It's one block from the beach, the grocery store, a taxi stand, and many many restaurants and stores. The area felt safe, even walking around at night. Obviously, we used caution, but it felt safer and more populated than some other neighborhoods we visited. Doorman always there and always friendly. Check in and out were simple. Silvia was helpful via text, and her associate lives in the building and was always accessible for questions (in person or via phone). The apartment looks just like the pictures. We were worried that there weren't windows, but there are! Everything worked nicely and it was very, very clean. There is a door that separates the bedroom and the living room, which was great because then we could both have our own private space. We stayed for 12 days, so this was helpful. One tip is to bring adaptors for plugs. We bought them easily at a nearby bookstore, but the plugs are 2 prong, Brazilian style, so our American electronics needed adaptors.

  Comments: El departamento es tal cual lo descripto en las fotos, muy cómodo y muy bien distribuído y equipado con utensillos de cocina, electrodomésticos, tender, placard, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo en ambos ambientes, etc. En el sofá cama puede dormir una persona mayor o dos niños pequeños, pero el frío del aire no llega hasta ahí, solo el ventilador de techo. Lo mejor de este lugar es que está excelentemente ubicado, rodeado de supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, bares, fastfood, buses, metro y el corazón de la playa de copacabana a una cuadra, en una zona muy segura de día y de noche. Silvia estuvo pendiente en todo momento aunque no pude conocerla en persona. Nos recibió y despidió Bruno con total amabilidad. Lo recomiendo 100%

  Comments: Ok, Silvia's place is exactly as described and how it appears. The location is absolutely one of the best in Copacabana Beach. It is close to the subway, one block from the beach, near plenty of restaurants, and has tons of places to go at night. If you like to go to bed before 1030, you will need earplugs, as a live band will be playing across the street....not a problem for me. Two supermarkets are within 2 blocks, the hot water is hot, and the WiFi is OK most days. I had two periods of approximately 18 hours (in one month) where it slowed to almost unusable. I'm sure it wasn't related to Silvia, but rather the provider or maintenance. Otherwise, I could stream movies, sports and music just fine. My girlfriend and I were there for NYE and it is in the center of that as well. I've been traveling nonstop for 5 months and staying in Air BnB the entire time. I'd return to Silvia's place any time, without question....
