Neighborhood Overview: Quiet and safe neighborhood on the golf course at the Kona Country Club. A short walk to the Sheraton Keauhou Hotel with some great restaurants and bars, spa facilities, etc. Keauhou Bay is a pristine spot in walking distance, a favorite for kayaking access, or taking the Tradewinds snorkel tour to Kealakakua bay where you may be swimming with dolphins if you get lucky!
