  Comments: Appartement très sympa et bien situé, petit souci de chauffage le premier soir , très vite réparé (nous étions les premiers locataires !!!) le lendemain. Quand l'appartement sera un peu plus équipé et décoré , il sera un lieu très agréable pour séjourner.

  Comments: First of all, we would like to thank the owner of this apartment Joao for his hospitality and care. The apartment is very comfortable, modern and stylish. It is located very close to the center and all main sights of the city.The apartment is situated in the perfectly renovated building which stands in the very cosy square with wonderful and also newly renovated buildings around.We also would like to mention that the walls of the apartment keep cool temptrature inside even during the very hot days that is very important and pleasant in the hot periods of summer. There are also very very comfortable beds and may be the kitchen seems small in the pictures but it is very wisely organised and has everything for pleasant cooking.We highly recommend this apartment!!!!!

The location was great 2 min walk from metro Which ment the old part of the city was easy to reach . We rented a car and parking was easy around the apt ! This will be my new and only place to stay in This Gorgeous city of Porto!

  Comments: Nice, clean flat in art-deco house. It is located in the calm and green district of Porto, not very far from the center and metro station is realy close toit, so you can easily discover the city or go to the ocean. Had some minor problems with wi-fi and hot water, but Ihope they will be solved soon. Will love to return there once.

  Comments: L'appartement est moderne et conforme à la description . Il est très bien situé , proche du métro et des bus : très simple à trouver . Idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances entre amies ! Aucune mauvaise surprise , je le recommanderai vivement !! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et informés par nos hôtes et avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce magnifique pays ! Juste un petit soucis de chaudière réglé immédiatement par l'hôte .

  Comments: Luogo perfetto in cui alloggiare. Siamo arrivati prima del checkin possibile (in teoria alle 16:00), ma Joao ci ha permesso di lasciare le nostre borse in modo che potessi iniziare a visitare la città senza fatica, per poi aver di nuovo l'appartamento agibile per le 12:00. Pulizia eccellente, e camere da letto confortevoli, con diversi cuscini a disposizione a seconda dei propri gusti. Essendo in 5, abbiamo arrangiato il divano come 5° letto, ma dato la buona dimensione si è rivelato comodo quanto un letto. In tutte le stanze è presente un condizionatore per tutte le evenienze, sia per un risveglio caldo la mattina sia per deumidificare l'ambiente. A soli 10 minuti dal centro a piedi e 5 da la casa de musica. Consiglio vivamente a tutti!

  Comments: Après l'accueil par une dame très agréable, nous avons joui de cet appartement très bien placé en centre ville. Un peu bruyant sur la chambre côté rue du fait d'une école située en face de la fenêtre, mais moindre mal du fait de l'emplacement parfait pour les visites La salle de bain présentait quelques traces de moisissures et l'eau s'écoulait par terre pendant la douche, ce qui cause des problèmes de parquet Malgré ces quelques détails, l'appartement est lumineux, propre et excellemment bien situé Merci Joao

  Comments: L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est lumineux et très agréable. La chambre côté rue est la seule dans laquelle on entend la circulation, sans empêcher de dormir. Le métro est très proche, le centre ville accessible à pieds, même avec des enfants. Notre avion ayant eu du retard, nous avons été tout de même accueillis avec le sourire.. A recommander.

  Comments: Die Lage des Appartements liegt sehr zentral, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut. Empfang und Abreise problemlos. Joao war telefonisch immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

  Comments: Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung, genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Außerdem lag sie sehr günstig, wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt, angenehmer Stadtteil, gute Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Umgebung, Bäckerei um die Ecke. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung allen, die Porto ein paar Tage erkunden möchten und kommen gerne wieder.

Il possède tout l'équipement nécessaire. Cet appartement est très bien situé à 5 mn à pieds du métro et on peut garer une voiture. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Joao mais il est facilement joignable.   Comments: Nos ha gustado todo! El piso es súper cómodo y céntrico. Nos han recibido las maletas antes de la hora del check-in y nos han recomendado un lugar para comer. Había una pequeña guía de servicios cercanos y lugares de interés, el piso estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, nevera, microondas, sscador de pelo, plancha y hasta toallas!) y con Internet funcionando perfectamente. 100% recomendado.   Comments: l'appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est bien situé, l'endroit est calme (seul petit bémol pour la chambre coté rue, un peu bruyante). Il est très fonctionnel et spacieux. La proximité du métro et des commerces est idéal pour un séjour à Porto. nous avons pu déposer nos affaires plus tôt dans l'appartement ce qui nous a bien arrangé. merci pour ce séjour

  Comments: Positiv: - von der Wohnung war fast alles gut zu erreichen - die Wegbeschreibung war hilfreich - Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war zufriedenstellend - Es war fast alles Notwendige vorhanden Negativ: - eines der Schlafzimmer war nur mit Ohrstöpseln zu benutzen, weil es zu einer stark befahrenen, mit Kopfsteinpflaster belegten Straße hinausging - der Couchbezug war vielfach befleckt - in den Duschecken war schwarzer Belag (vielleicht Schimmel?) - der Wohnung fehlte jede Athmospäre - alles weiß gestrichen, kein Bild, keinerlei Decoration....vielleicht sollten die Deco-Elemente der Fassade als nichtssagender Purismus in der Wohnung fortgeführt werden..... - Am Morgen des zweiten Tages wurden wir 07.45 Uhr von Hämmern, Bohren und Sägen aus der Wohnung über uns geweckt. Sie gehört dem gleichen Vermieter. Da es den ganzen Tag in Strömen regnete, mussten wir statt Ferienerholung den Lärm bis 18.00 Uhr ertragen. Als Reaktion auf eine Beschwerdemail über den Krach der Umbauarbeiten teilte der Vermieter mit, dass die Arbeiten eigentlich vorher erledigt werden sollten und versprach, dass die lärmintensiven Arbeiten vorbei (Website hidden by Airbnb) nächsten Morgen um 07.30 Uhr ging es genauso laut wie am Vortag weiter. Wir sind dann für anderthalb Tage und eine Nacht nach Lissabon "geflohen" und haben in einer weiteren Mail um einen Ausgleich für die Lärmbelästigung gebeten.....und auch dafür, dass er uns nicht nicht vorher informiert hatte und wir so keine Chance hatten, noch etwas anderes zu buchen. Der Vermieter fand es angemessen, uns als Ausgleich für mehrere lärmvergiftete Urlaubstage ein paar Kekse an die Tür zu hängen......

  Comments: La zona es muy céntrica y queda a tan solo 2 min de la estación de metro. El apartamento es muy funcional y limpio. La cocina está bien para uso ocasional y el fregadero de los platos requiere cierta concentración por su pequeño tamaño . El único inconveniente que tuvimos fueron las obras de la planta superior ya que los operarios nos despertaban con el ruido. Nos tocaron unos días con lluvia y mucha humedad y se generaba cierta condensación. Agradecer que a pesar de llegar después media noche nos estuvieron esperando para hacer la entrada. Nos apetece regresar de nuevo en primavera.Gracias por todo.

  Comments: Le logement de Joao est exactement semblable aux photos, propre, clair et accueillant. Deux serviettes étaient posées sur chaque lit à notre intention. Un peu de bruit et de lumière dans les chambres à noter pour ceux et celles qui ont un sommeil léger ; pour moi sans conséquences!! :) Proche du centre en métro, à pied c'est tout de même un peu plus long... Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer notre hôte mais avons profité pleinement de cette ville magnifique !! Allez-y en toute confiance.

  Comments: Accueil souriant malgré un retard d'une heure de notre part. Appartement lumineux, agréable, bien équipé et situé à environ 20 minutes à pied de l'hypercentre. Jolie placette avec arbres et conservatoire de musique. Le métro est à 5 minutes à pied et permet de rallier rapidement l'aéroport (ligne E qui passe toutes les 30 minutes) ou le centre-ville.

  Comments: Nous sommes venu à 5 en famille visiter Porto. L'appartement dans lequel nous étions nous a plus que convenu. Il est situé à 5 minutes du métro et permet d'accéder facilement au centre ville de Porto. On note juste des légères nuisances sonores cote rue (deuxième chambre). Sinon rien a redire, l'appartement est tel qu'il est présenté dans l'annonce !! Je recommande!

  Comments: Votre accueil simple et ponctuel malgré la barrière de la langue met en confiance. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à circuler en ville en voiture et l'appartement est facile à trouver. Pas de difficulté non plus pour stationner à proximité, mais pour ceux qui veulent laisser la voiture sur place, attention le parking est payant les journées ouvrables. Il est préférable de réserver un emplacement auprès de Joao. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Porto est une très belle ville ou se côtoient comme souvent en ville, mais peut être ici plus qu'ailleurs, beaux bâtiments et bâtiments abandonnés, luxe et pauvreté. L'appartement est conforme aux descriptions et est très bien. Il y a tout (linges fournis, fer à repasser, grille pain....) Il ne manque rien. Il y a d'inévitables petits problèmes (chaise desserrée, poignée desserrée) qui ne gâchent pas le séjour. La chambre coté rue est effectivement passagère et donc un peu bruyante malgré la fenêtre double vitrage. La faute en revient à la ville qui continue de revêtir certaines rues passagères de pavés, là ou un béton bitumineux ferait l'affaire. Au final, le bilan est très positif. Le dépaysement est total pour. Nous y sommes allés pour les 50 ans de mariage de mes parents. Ils étaient ravis... Nous aussi !!!

  Comments: Viaggio a Porto dal 8 all'11 Settmebre a casa Art Deco. Comunicazione eccellente prima del nostro arrivo con indicazioni più che precise. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto una signora gentile che ci ha spiegato la casa e le zone limitrofe con supermarket, bar, ristoranti, etc. Comoda sia ai mezzi pubblici che a piedi per raggiungere le zone nevralgiche della città. Pulizia ottima. La casa è proprio come da descrizione. Ci tornerei anche subito.

  Comments: Super logement, très propre. A quelques minutes d un metro, la ville n est pas bien loin. Sur place : des brochures et guide sur la ville. Sèche cheveux, serviettes de bain, fer a repasser, frigo, ... Côté négatif : la chambre côté rue est un peu bruyante et les lampadaires éclairent la pièce. Je recommande !

  Comments: Un piso excepcional y en zona tranquila pero cerca, a 25 minutos del centro. Amabilidad en el trato y además nos habéis dejado tener las maletas el último día para aprovechar nuestro viaje. Estamos encantadas, estaba todo limpísimo, en buen estado y la cocina totalmente equipada para poder comer en el apartamento, las camas muy cómodas y aires acondicionados y calefactores para adaptar la temperatura. Totalmente recomendado.

  Comments: Die Wohnung ist vom Flughafen aus sehr gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Man ist schnell (ca. 30 Minuten) zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gelaufen, hat also gleichermaßen eine ruhige wie zentrale Lage. Die Küchenausstattung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, die Größe der Zimmer ist ausreichend und es gibt einen großen Esstisch zum Spiele spielen :) Wir würden die Wohnung empfehlen, allerdings gibt es ein Manko: die Wohnungen darunter und darüber gehören ebenfalls dem Vermieter. Die Wände bzw. Decken und Böden sind sehr hellhörig, weshalb wir aufgrund der anderen Mieter keine wirkliche Nachtruhe hatten, da sie laut und lange Partys gefeiert haben. Wir würden empfehlen, die oberste Wohnung zu mieten, dann käme zumindest kein Lärm von oben.

  Comments: João's apartment is spacious and clean! We enjoyed having three separate rooms and lots of space to hang out. It's possible to walk from the apartment to the main center (around 20-30 minutes), but the subway is also less than 5 minutes away. João was very helpful, and he even drove over to help us figure out the door lock!

  Comments: Bij aankomt werden we meteen goed ontvangen. Makkelijk te bereiken met de metro vanuit zowel airport als het centrum. Alles zag er super netjes uit. Binnen 1 km zat een supermarkt, wat leuke restaurantjes en koffiewinkeltjes. Het centrum was op zo'n 15 min lopen of een paar minuten met de metro. Top vakantie gehad!

  Comments: We had everything we need in the apartment which is clean and spacious for 4 of us. We didn't try to walk to town centre but took Uber to (Clérigo tower) which cost only about 5€ as we had an aged mother and we didn't want her to deal with stairs to access the metro. It works out cheaper (for 4) than to buy a metro ticket for each trip. The bus-stop is just diagonally opposite and takes you to Trinidad. There's parking infront if you have a car. We enjoyed the food court at Praça do Bom Sucesso which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. A part from that the upstairs neighbor were talking and walking around till past 1.30 am on our last night :( We had no problem the first 2 nights though. All in all we are happy with our stay.

  Comments: Spędziliśmy w Porto czery dni, bylysmy z dwiema córkami 12 i 15 lat mieszkanie super, mamy porównanie do warunków w Paryżu i Porto wypada dużo lepiej. W mieszkaniu czysto, pościel i ręczniki na 5-tkę. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, gospodarze bardzo elastyczni jeżeli chodzi o przyjazd (byliśmy o 1 am) i wyjazd.   Comments: The experience staying at Joao’s apartment was great, the location is very near to Carolina Michaelis metro station, about 5~10 mins walk, great connection to all attractions. Nearby shops sell delicious local pastries and Portuguese pastries. Joao responses very quickly to our questions too, the hospitality was excellent. I would recommend it to friends and family.

  Comments: Wir hatten schöne und abwechslungsreiche Tage in Porto. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Die Metro Station Carolina Michaelis ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Betten war sehr bequem! Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens geklappt. Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen.

  Comments: O apartamento é bem espaçoso, confortável e aconchegante. Próximo ao metrô e a alguns mini mercados. As camas só possuíam o lençol de elástico, sem o lençol de cima. Também não possuía as amenidades de banho ou cozinha (como sabonete, shampoo, azeite, café), como encontrei em outros apartamento do AirBnB. Apesar disso, recomendo muito o apartamento, voltaria sem dúvida!

  Comments: Très bon accueil malgré une heure tardive d arrivée. La proximité du centre de porto et la proximité du métro. Quelques commerces et restaurants. Le bémol, La rue est un peu bruyante à cause du passage des voitures sur la route pavé. Mais très peu de passage la nuit.
