  Comments: Tout simplement top. Petite maison entièrement rénové à deux pas du pont Luis II (le pont Eiffel), la maison est dans une ruelle récemment réaménagée et entièrement piétonne. Le service de The Porto Concierge excellent également. Je recommande vivement.

  Comments: We had a wonderful stay. In fact we enjoyed Porto and the accommodations so much that we extended for an additional night. We were met by the concierge staff as pre planned to show us the place and provide us with the keys. Location was straight up the hill and a beautiful 5-10 min walk down to the river. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Would def stay here again if I were to return. There was a great restaurant down the street that we would stop for coffee in the morning that I would highly recommend to all.

  Comments: Es un apartamento nuevo, bien cuidado y próximo al puente de Luis I. Las fotos y descripción del apartamento son correctas, salvo el tema calefacción. Sí tiene agua caliente, pero no calefacción. Hacía algo de frío en el apartamento, y en la sala de estar que es como un anexo al apartamento es donde notas más el frío sobre todo cuanto estas desayunando o cenando. Se lo comente al propietario, Maria, y sin ningún problema nos llevó al apartamento tres calefactores.

  Comments: The accommodation is basic, but clean, comfortable and in a good location to the local sights. The living room is in a converted Garage space, which is very cold when we stayed there in March 2016. I'm sure in the summer months it will be warm. But for the price, this is a very good option. The only downside is that the address isn't clear so most taxi drivers believe it's located outside Porto and on arriving we gave the address Maria gave us to to a taxi driver. The first one told us it was outside Porto, knowing it was centrally located, we tried another taxi driver who programmed the address into the sat nav. Unfortunately there are two streets named the same and we were taken to the furthest away. Even though the driver realised his mistake he charged us 27 euros and got very nasty about it. It should've been a 6 euro journey!! The other issue we had in the apartment was that the fuse box kept tripping. We were able to fix it ourselves but just a word of caution. The accommodation is a great choice though if you're on a budget and you get a taxi driver who knows where he's going!

  Comments: Sehr saubere und süße Unterkunft mit einem schönen Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf Porto. Man braucht etwa 20 min zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum und 5 min zur Metro. Supermärkte und alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs (Drogerie, Gemüse-Laden, Bäcker) gibt es in direkter Umgebung. Unsere Ankunft war unproblematisch und die Schlüsselübergabe konnte pünktlich stattfinden. Das Wohnzimmer, ein Anbau getarnt als gemauerter Wintergarten war durchaus gewöhnungsbedürftig aber entwickelte seinen eigenen Charme. In der Offseason dringend die Heizventilatoren im Wohnzimmer aufstellen, sonst wird es kalt :) Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

  Comments: My boyfriend and me stayed 2 weeks in porto. The location was great! You are in just 5mins walking distance at the metro station general torres! From there you can reach every important place in porto! Maria was very friendly and Carlos as well. They allways helped and supported us and we really appreciated that. The prize-performance ratio is very good! For the prize was the appartment great and very big! The only thing was the standard of the appartment is not high class as well as the surroundings.

  Comments: We stayed in Mesquita Lodge for a long weekend. Place is really nicely located, in the area called Gaia with chilled local vibe and many porto vine cellars around. City center is just across the bridge, easy to walk, we didn't use any public transport to get there. Apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms, very clean and cool, all windows have proper blinds so you won't be sweating at night after hot sunny day. We did not use the kitchen but it had all the facilities for cooking and appliances. Our flight was delayed, we informed about it and information was passed to the driver who met us at the airport and stay manager who was nice to come and meet us after midnight on Saturday. Highly recommended!

  Comments: Le logement de Maria est grand et refait à neuf mais si je devais revenir à Porto je choisirais un logement avec la clim, car au bout de 2 nuits blanches nous avons failli migrer à l'hôtel. Porto est une ville encaissée où tout raisonne et quand l'hôtel Yeatman fait la fête impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Le petit mobilier (chaises, tables de nuit ...) très disparate gagnerait à être de meilleure qualité. La plus belle vue à l'arrière de la maison a été occultée par la construction d'une pièce supplémentaire réservée au repas, quel dommage.

  Comments: À notre arrivée, après un stationnement difficile, nous nous situons dans un quartier pauvre, habité par des personnes gentilles et discrètes mais composé de maisons délabrées. Belle surprise de voir ce logement entre tous, très propre, en excellent état, tout fraîchement rénové et très accueillant. A l'entrée la maison est certes assez petite mais très fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et contenant tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, a 10mn à pied de Porto. La literie est sommaire, et la télévision datée mais cela n'empêche pas de passer un bon séjour. Le logement n'est pas situé à Porto mais à Vila Nova de Gaia juste en face de Porto de l'autre côté du Douro. Tout ou presque est accessible à pied et le reste est très bien desservi en transports en commun. La qualité du logement permet de se reposer sereinement et calmement des virées de la journée. Ce logement gagne à être connu et après 1 semaine à 4 personnes passée dans ce dernier, nous vous le conseillons !

  Comments: It was a nice and clean place, located on a narrow and quiet street. 5 minutes walking till Ponte Luis I. We always stopped on the way home to enjoy the view at Belini (expensive but nice restaurant).

  Comments: Ha sido perfecto! Desde la ubicación hasta el apartamento. Hemos estado muy cómodos los 4. Las fotos son tal cual el apartamento. Merece la pena. A 10 min andando del centro. El coche lo pudimos dejas cerca sin tener que pagar aparcamiento (casi toda la zona es de aparcamiento de pago 24 hs). Claramente repetiremos cuando volvamos a oporto!

  Comments: L'appartement correspond bien aux photos. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. La salle de bain et la cuisine sont nickels. Rue très calme et toute proche des caves. Il faut tout de même marcher un petit peu pour rejoindre le centre mais tram pas loin.

  Comments: La casa está bien. Limpia, en un barrio peculiar... a pie a unos 20 minutos del centro. Para ir hacia Oporto se hace más pesado por las cuestas pero para bajar en un paseo agradable. La única pega, que La Cocina está poco equipada (no hay horno, no tostadora, ni exprimidor...) Tampoco muchos útiles de limpieza (bayeta, trapo...) Lad almohadas también son un poco incómodas, muy pequeñas y poco mullidas. En general, económica y recomendable

  Comments: House Maria Do Céu is the perfect place to stay during the trip in Porto! It's in Vila Nova de Guia - very close to Porto wine caves and very close (10 min by walk) to St Luis bridge - the view on Porto is wonderful! To get to the Old Town of Porto from the house takes 20 min by walk through the beautiful St Luís Bridge and beautiful Douro River. The localization of the house is truly perfect ! The house was nice, very clean. The price of the house was really competitive. To sum up, I didn't expect that perfect time in this place I had. I recommend the Maria do Céu House for everybody with no doubt! Thank you one more time for your hospitality ;)

  Comments: Maria's place provided three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and a covered patio with a dining table and TV. It was perfect for three guests! The apartment was clean and it was easy to communicate with Maria and her property management company throughout our stay (including booking a transfer to the property from the airport and arranging luggage storage). The location was within walking distance to the Yeatman Hotel and wineries, and the WiFi was fast. Many thanks for a great stay!

  Comments: Ottima ubicazione, vista mozzafiato, casa spaziosa, completa di tutto. Non lontano dal centro. Anche se la via è pedonale e nn ci si arriva con l'auto, ma nei dintorni si trova un parcheggio a pagamento. Da consigliare a tutti, Sapendo Che Gaia e Porto sono tutto un saliscendi. Ma la loro bellezza e unicità merita moltissimo.

  Comments: The apartment was perfectly located for us, not in the busy city center but just on the other side of the river, so walking to ribeira is only +/_ 15min, and it is close to the port houses in gaia. Also the metro is only a 5min. Walking. The apartment was nice and clean and we really enjoyed our time in Porto from here!

Host was not responding to letters regarding any services neither through email nor through AirBnb Messages. Appartment is not suitable for 4 people. Only 1 double bed and 2 single beds. One of us was sleeping on a matras that was taken from one of the beds. A lot of ants in the kitchen

  Comments: Endroit calme et bien situé. Très proche du métro qui vous emmène dans le centre ville en moins de 5 Minutes. Rapport qualité prix très bon. Il manquait un peu de place au niveau de la cuisine pour 5 personnes mais mis à part cela l'espace commun est assez grand.

  Comments: It was a very nice stay. The apartment looks even better than on the pictures. The service is really good. We accidentally locked the Keys inside the apartment and our host arrived in half an hour to help us. That was extremly kind! Thanks once again!

  Comments: The location is perfect - Vila Nova de Gaia, in front of Porto old town, A lot of cafes, restaurants and also wineries. Get to the metro station - 5 min, get to old town - 10-15 min. The apartment inside is big, cozy and comfortable for a few people. I recommend to keep in touch via official e-mail (Porto Concierge), as the replies at Airbnb mostly automatically and don't contain the information you asked.

  Comments: Fantastic place! The accommodation was clean, well-organized, safe and had great service. The hosts were friendly and willing to help with any issues or questions. Slightly smaller than expected. The cards and checkers made for a nice surprise. The location is perfect just a few minutes from the River Douro and Ponte Dom Luis I with lots of great traditional Portuguese cafes within a couple minutes walking distance. The Apartment itself is on a narrow street, which can be a bit complicated to find, but really lets you feel as if you are a Porto resident. An overall great experience.

  Comments: Dom jest położony w fajnej dzielnicy nieco oddalonej od masowej turystyki. Jest blisko stacji kolejki "General Torrez". Na rogu znajduje się fajna miejscowa knajpka (tania). Dom wygodny, jest w nim duży pokój dla wspólnej posiadówy. Nie ma miejsca na samochód. Blisko jest sklep Pingo Doci. Czysto, są ręczniki, garnki i sztućce. Jedyny mankament - to brak otwieracza do wina. Z rana przychodzi przyjazny kot. Gorąco polecamy!

  Comments: El alojamiento se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de una estación de metro, y en dos paradas estás en en el centro de Porto. Sino te importa andar son 20 minutos hasta la plaza de la Ribera. Si viajas en coche hay un parking descubierto y vigilado 24 horas por 10 euros al día a 2 minutos del apartamento. Recomiendo utilizar parking. Durante nuestra estancia vimos como a un coche español le rompieron la ventana trasera para robar en el interior. Los vecinos nos comentaron que era bastante habitual. Por lo demás el apartamento es como aparece en las fotos y se accede por una calleja peatonal o bien por unas escaleras desde la calle General Torres. Si viajas en invierno la calefacción son 2 radiadores y una estufa de aire. Suficientes para estar a gusto. Sin lujos pero confortable. Nosotros viajamos con 2 hijos.

  Comments: La casa está muy bien, muy limpia y con todo tipo de artículos básicos necesarios. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del puente de Luis I. La única pega que le pongo es el acceso a la vivienda, puesto que se encuentra en medio de una cuesta empinada y cuesta llegar a ella con mucho equipaje. A pesar de eso, volveré sin duda en otra visita a la ciudad.

  Comments: Apartmán má ideální polohu do centra a v blízkosti je obchod, restaurace i bar. Je menší než se zdá z fotek, ale na přespání je vyhovující. Je spíše vybaven na slunečné počasí, ale přikrývek bylo dostatek. Hostitel O.K. jen bych doporučil lépe vyladit předávání klíčů k apartmánu. Čekali jsme více než půl hodiny než bylo domluveno. Jinak se nám v Portu moc líbilo :)

  Comments: + The appartment is well located. + The check-in & check-out people were very nice. + It was clean and well prepared. - For the check-in we had to wait for an about hour outside - in contrast to others, we were lucky it wasn't raining. - We struggled a lot to contact the office of this company for a late check out - which we requested in advance and several times. "Sorry this number is off during weekends" was the answer two days after the check out. - The appartment is smaller than expected. - Black mildew in the bathroom. I guess this is the result when a company does airbnb, or some people wanna earn a good amount of money. Completely commercialised and standardised, still not well organised. Don't support this at all.

  Comments: La maison est vraiment à recommander. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu. Et ils ont vraiment réagi très vite. Sinon, nous avons pu visiter Porto à pied très facilement, soit en traversant le pont Don Luis par le haut ou le bas en fonction de ce que nous avions (Website hidden by Airbnb) faire. L'appartement est très bien situé. C'était vraiment parfait. Nous avons trouvé l'essentiel dans la maison. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

  Comments: Nice place for your visit to Porto. Everything was clean and tidy. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. Just two negative points. First one, lack of air conditioner. When we were there, a heat wave was burning Portugal and it made hard to sleep. Second one, pics from the neighbourhood. Its a very old neighbourhood, though not dangerous nor bad conected to the center. To sum up, I highly recommend this place for the money you pay

  Comments: Appartement idéal pour des vacances sans voiture. Il est situé à l'entrée de PORTO, et à 5 minutes du métro pour rejoindre les périphéries de PORTO, et pourquoi pas la gare de SAO BENTO pour visiter le Portugal. Bien équipé, avec des chambres spacieuses pour les enfants, on se sent à l'aise dans cette petite maison de rue piétonne dans le quartier historique de VILA NOVA DE GAIA.

  Comments: Residência bem cuidada, excelente localização em Vila Nova de Gaia, perto do metrô, da ponte D. Luiz, perto do centro histórico do Porto, das Caves de Vinho, da estação dos comboios, de restaurantes e de supermercados, rua da casa estreita e não entra veículos, somente esta ressalva.

Malgré une demande d'intervention de la part du service technique, nous avons malheureusement passé notre séjour dans le froid car un appareil de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Petite maison agréable pour un couple avec deux enfants. Attention par contre à l'accès au logement, rue piétonne et très en pente.
