We are right on top of the harbour, 1 min walk to Rushcutters Park and CYC Yacht club, 180 degrees of harbour, full bridge views - You could not get a better vantage point for the NYE spectacular fireworks. Have a glass of champagne at home and watch the 9 o'clock fireworks and then head into town or to the park to watch the midnight ones - either way - its a perfect spot. The Apartment There are 2 large bedrooms, the main has a large bay window and a seat with views taking in the entire harbour. White leather couch and flat screen TV in the lounge room, plus a couple of bean bags to kick back and watch a movie on apple tv.
