Neighborhood Overview: The Lower East Side is very lively and full of vibrant energy. The neighborhood is synonymous for local galleries, trendy dive bars and has some of New York’s best cafes, restaurants, bars, live music and clubs outside your door step. This particular unit is located on a block at the center of it all. It is 2 buildings away from Lady Gaga`s old apartment before she was famous.

Notes: Everything in the apartment is brand new.

Transit: The F/M/J trains are 3 blocks away and the , which means that your only minutes away from Midtown or Brooklyn. You are also 15 - 20 minute walks away from Soho, China Town, Little Italy and the East Village.
