  Comments: After booking, I received a messaging saying that this room was actually booked for the weekend and offering me a different room. I ultimately accepted, but the room received was much smaller (no sitting room or terrace, nor was it on the rooftop). However, I still paid the rate listed for this room (minus a small cash refund received upon arrival). That being said, the room I did receive was rather nice with a small balcony overlooking the street (minus the mildewy smell in the bathroom). Plus, the location is fantastic, just off Istiklal and a short walk to the tram with goes to most of the major sights.

  Comments: Location is great and the service given by Evrim and Ilhaam is fantastic. 24/7 availability which is just fantastic. Always willing to help. The apartment is on the 5th floor so some stairs to climb, but if you're fit, you'll be able to do it. It is also great being so close to Isitklal street where everything happens. Only negative is that the bathroom could be maintained better. There's a constant sewerage smell coming from the drains which isn't pleasant.

  Comments: Nice location , great balcony and view. The room was like similar to pictures. The pipes had a very very strong smell and the water was not running properly. The front desk is helpful for advises on where to go around this nice area. 5 stairs to climb are not for everyone.

  Comments: Great service and quick response from Evrim. 1 min walk from Istiklal street. If you are looking for something in the hub of that area, this is a great option to stay at. Close but the hotel was in a quite street

  Comments: Lokasyon, teras ve manzarası gerçekten güzel, ayrıca kilise ve ışıklandırması güzel bir ambiyans oluşturuyor. Çevreden çokta rahatsız etmeyen bir müzik sesi duyuluyor. Yaşadığımız tek sorun çarşaf ve yastıkların çok pis görünmesiydi. Yıkanmışlar ama heryerlerinde siyah ve sarı lekeler vardı. Ve bir kaç kıl vardı. Havlular da aynı şekilde bir sürü siyah ve sarı leke ve ayrıca pas lekesi vardı. Değiştirmelerini istedik ancak yeni getirdiklerinin onlardan bir farkı yoktu. Kısacası nevresimlerini ve havlularını değiştirmeleri gerekiyor. Belliki artık çok eskimişler. Bir de terastaki bank ve masa çok eskimiş, güneşten ve yağmurdan yıpranmış, her an kırılacakmış gibi. Açıkçası biz korkarak oturduk. Bunlar dışında Evrim beyi hiç göremedik ama en azından telefonla ilgilendi.

  Comments: Great location! A minute walk to Isliklal street and on the way there is great Shisha place right on the steps. We stayed in a terrace room on the 5th floor and it was great too, terrace is huge and has a decent view. Stuff on reception are super responsive, they were really helpful to answer every question we've got whether it's about the room service or nearest attractions. They spoke great english and even russian) Overall it is great place to stay in Istanbul, the best we've stayed in for sure.

  Comments: Great location and price, helped us with our luggage. However beware of 5 floors of stairs to climb if you are not in good physical condition or travel with kids. Sewage smell from the bathroom needs to be fixed, kitchenette should have a few more essentials and place would be five stars.

  Comments: Excellent location but could be cleaner. We needed to ask them to put on the heating as it was very cold at night and the plug sockets stopped working another time.
