  Comments: Fiquei hospedado no apartamento do Sascha durante três meses quando estive estudando e trabalhando em Barcelona. Trata-se de um apartamento muito bem localizado que está a aproximadamente 500 metros da Sagrada Família. Em frente ao prédio há uma parada de ônibus sendo possível se locomover facilmente para os principais pontos de interesse da cidade. Existem 3 estações de metro que estão a aproximadamente 500m do apartamento. O apartamento é muito agradável, possui uma reforma recente e está bem decorado e equipado com todos utensílio necessários para uma temporada. Fica num quinto andar e não possui elevador, você terá que subir obrigatoriamente pelas escadas. O Sascha foi um excelente anfitrião e me forneceu todas informações importantes na minha chegada. Gostei muito do apartamento e com certeza voltaria a ficar hospedado nele. Recomendo fortemente este flat! Obrigado Sascha!

  Comments: El piso está en una ubicado en una zona excelente, cerca de la Sagrada Familia y del Hospital de Sant Pau. Estuvimos alojados durante 3 meses y volveríamos sin dudas. Muy equipado y completo, confortable, con buena calefacción, todo en muy buenas condiciones. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente.   Comments: Met Sascha's friend who left me the key and also patiently waited for me to arrive. Sascha was always available and ready to solve any problems, if any, related to the apartment. The apartment is in a good location. It's on the 5th floor (american floors) and there is no elevator but I truly needed the exercise anyway. I would recommend this apartment to anyone (fits a couple comfortably) searching for a short-term rental in Barcelona.

  Comments: El apartamento esta ubicado es una zona muy linda y tranquila, a pocas cuadras de La Sagrada Familia. Esta perfectamente conectado gracias a la cercanía del transporte público tanto metro como colectivos. Muy confortable y completo, respetando todo lo anunciado. Sascha fue un gran anfitrión, estuvo siempre disponible por cualquier inquietud, igual no tuve ningún inconveniente. Estuve alojada por 3 meses y sin duda volvería, es muy recomendable.   Comments: The well equipped, cozy and stylishly furnished flat is really close to Sagrada Familia as well as Hospital de Sant Pau in a nice area where you can also find a lot of restaurants. It is well-connected to public transportation, you find everything you need in the near surrounding and even though the area around is a bit busy, the flat itself is very calm and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and thanks to Sascha for being so quick in responding to our questions and so friendly and helpful in general! Muchas gracias! :)

  Comments: Sascha's apartment is beautiful and spacious. We stayed for 2 months and found it to be very comfortable. The location is excellent - very near to Sagrada Familia, almost next door to the Hospital of Saint Pau, a moderniste architecture gem - all without being very touristy. There are several great grocery stores only blocks away. It's also a 15 minute walk to Gracía, a very "hip" neighborhood with excellent bars and restaurants. The view of the city from the roof is spectacular.

  Comments: The location of the apartment is fantastic - it is within walking distance of a number of tourist spots and cultural venues, as well as close to plenty of amenities such as supermarkets and a range of transport options, principally bus and metro. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well appointed with most of what I needed, with plenty of bedding and towels as well as a range of kitchen appliances. It was clean and fully prepared for my arrival. It was great to be able to use the roof terrace a few times in late summer, with its view of the Sagrada Familia. Check in and check out were smooth with no problems. As a landlord Sascha was personable, friendly and professional, responding promptly and fully to any queries. He also had left out some guide books to help me explore the city, as well as clear instructions for the operation of any appliances, where necessary. I would happily recommend his place to anyone looking for a temporary base from which to explore the city.

  Comments: I stayed at Sascha's apartment with my girlfriend for 3.5 months and we had a wonderful stay. The place is very beutiful, fully equipped and wonderfully located, only 5 minutes away from Sagrada Familia but far away from the noise and the tourists. You have plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and also metro and bus stops. Sascha was a great host, always fast to answer to any questions I had, and he even was nice enough to upgrade the Internet to a faster one when I asked (I work from home). The only things I would improve would be changing the TV for a newer and bigger one, and adding some extra light to the living room, which can be a little dark at times. Also, the apartment is at the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. But these are all small things. I would rent the apartment again for sure. Recommended!
