Neighborhood Overview: Rushcutters Bay is a lovely harbourside eastern suburb neighbourhood of Sydney, New South Wales. It is situated in a perfect location, close to the city centre. While the district is quiet, it is very close to one of the most iconic areas of Sydney, Kings Cross with loads of great cafes, restaurants, and bars. It is also surrounded by the suburbs of Elizabeth Bay, Darlinghurst, Paddington and Darling Point, Double Bay, and Rose Bay. Watsons Bay is only a bus ride away. The city centre central business district is only 3km from Rushcutters Bay which is approximately 30 mins walk or 10-15 mins by bus. This area is ideal for tourists who like to live in a strategic location to explore the city and have a place to rest when at home or alternatively someone who possibly works within the city.

Transit: Buses leave regularly from right outside the door of the apartment into the city and also the eastern suburbs. Kings cross and Edgecliff train stations are approximately 5-10 mins walk. Quick and easy commute to Sydney CBD, Paddington and Bondi Junction. Bondi Junction is only a 10 minute train ride away.
