There is a projection screen in the living room and a futon that can fit 2 extra guests. Cool renovated building with an old freight elevator and awesome roof with a great view of the Manhattan skyline.

Neighborhood Overview: Williamsburg is New York's hippest neighborhood, packed with restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. It has a lot of outdoor activities and plenty green space to see.

Notes: This is a family building with kids in the adjacent apartments. Loud music and parties are not permitted.

Transit: Just a few blocks away from the building you'll find the Bedford stop for the L train, which is just one stop away from Manhattan's First Ave and 3 stops from Union Square. The East River Ferry is also a couple blocks away, and it will give you a very picturesque entrance to Manhattan, as well as access to downtown Brooklyn, Greenpoint and Queens. Bus stops are a block away and there's plenty of taxis in the surrounding streets, a taxi ride into Manhattan can be as low as $10 USD.

House Rules: No parties allowed. Be mindful of our neighbors, loud music is not allowed after 11pm. No cigarette smoking inside the apartment, you can go up to the rooftop and get a smoke with a view! Pets are allowed in the apartment but NOT on the furniture or beds.
