  Comments: jordi nos ayudo con el trasporte lo cual nos facilito mucho la vida, el aparamento es muy comodo y cumple con las expectativas, el anfitrion siempre estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras inquietudes. aunque la calle donde esta ubicado no es muy bonita, es segura y se encuentra muy cerca del metro y otras facilidades. la pasamos muy bien, es un buen alojamiento.

  Comments: Everything was great. Very nice flat with comfy beds and great air conditioning. Neighbourhood was nice and close to touristic places.( 5 mins walk to metro station and max 2-3 stations to centers like Espanya,Catalunya or Liceu) 10-15 mins walk to La Ramblas.Also many markets around to get daily needs. Never had any problems and our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place. And by the way, Thanks Roman! :)

  Comments: Very nice spacious unit close to everything. Lift available so no stairs to climb with heavy suitcases - bonus. People in the unit above were very noisy at 6.30am. Could hear furniture scraping on the floor above and people shouting. Television only has local channels in Catilan. No tourist information available, just a map provided. Hair drier was supposed to be provided but couldn't find one. Generally a good basic unit with no extras.

Quelques désagréments : il manquait une cafetière pour 5 personnes ... celle qui était à notre disposition était pour 2. Un lavabo était bouché et la salle de douche ne fermait pas à clé ... Points positifs : la literie très confortable, l'appartement très propre et accueillant (linge de toilette et draps fournis) L’accueil par Ramon a été fort sympathique ...

  Comments: El piso está muy bien situado y bien equipado. En las habitaciones pequeñas apenas hay espacio entre las camas, pero a nosotros nos resultó cómodo. No volvería a utilizarlo porque sólo facilitan 1 llave. En nuestro caso éramos 6 adultos en un Congreso con horarios fistintos y fué horrible. Esperas en la calle. Desplazarnos pormedio BCN para recoger la llave. Tardaron más de un día en darnos otra copia, justo cuando se descodificó la que teniamos. Estuvimos tirados hasta que vinieron a abrir. Lamentable e insufrible. Recomiendo NO alquilarlo si no cambian esto

  Comments: Excellent communication prior arrival! Very welcoming host explained the house rules and gave all information needed for the area with great tips as well! The appartment is just like the photos in a great location close to the center and next to many pincho bars! There is a bar across the street great to start or end your night! Parking in house is very convenient (extra charge). We were a party of four (one couple and 2 friends) and the appart was perfect for us. Master bedroom has its own separate bathroom! And the living room area is cosy! The sofa could be more comfortable but hey who visits Barcelona to sit in a sofa! There was a lamb missing and we couldn't find the remote control for the tv both of them were replaced after a simple sms to Ramon who by the way was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend the place with ease!

  Comments: Accueil sympa de Ramos (contacté par sms avant l'arrivée pour fixer le RDV; parle anglais) qui nous a fait visiter l'appart et nous a donné plein de détails sur le métro, la Rambla et... le FC Barcelone. Appartement moderne dans un immeuble récent. Assurez-vous d'être logé dans l'appartement B1-1 situé au 1ere étage (il semble que d'autres appart soient loués aussi), coté cours au calme car dans la rue, les espagnols peuvent veiller tard!! L'appart n'est pas totalement insonorisé mais nous avons déjà rencontré ce problème dans d'autres locations en Espagne. Tout dépend donc des voisins! Très bien localisé. Proche d'une rue très animée le soir. A 150m du métro (achat facile de la carte T-10 au distributeur; on a utilisé la carte à plusieurs) desservant tous les endroits stratégiques de Barcelone en quelques minutes. Parmi les 3 chambres, les 2 chambres avec les lits individuels sont très petites. A n'utiliser que pour dormir. Rien à reprocher concernant les couchages, la propreté, le linge fourni, les produits ménagers. Seule remarque : l'appartement permet le couchage de 8 personnes (2 sur une banquette que l'on n'a pas essayé) mais il n'y a pas de couvert et vaisselle pour ce nombre, ni de chaise en quantité suffisante. Idéal pour 4.

  Comments: Très bel appartement très bien situé dans Barcelone, à 2 pas du Métro, à 10 minutes des Ramblas et de la Rambla del Mar. L'appartement est très propre et est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, il est aussi très bien équipé (micro-ondes, grand frigo, lave vaisselle, combiné lave linge sèche linge)... Le linge de maison fourni était aussi très propre. Résidence moderne avec ascenseur, un parking sous-terrain est disponible (17 Euros par jour), la résidence n'est pas très bien insonorisée, mais il n'y a pas eu beaucoup de bruit les 3 jours ou nous étions là. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ramon le jour de notre arrivée, il a su nous venter tous les mérites de cette magnifique ville qu'est Barcelone, il nous a expliqué avec attention tout ce qu'il fallait savoir pour passer un bon séjour, le métro, les restaurants de Poble Sec, les lieux à visiter... Tout était parfait. Notre première expérience de location sur AirBnB, et nous sommes ravis. Merci beaucoup à Jordi et Ramon !

  Comments: nous avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) 2 nuits chez Jordi. Nous avons été accueillis agréablement par Jamon qui nous a tout expliqué et pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils sur Barcelone, en anglais et espagnol. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très propre, bien équipé (y compris le wifi), 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Un peu de décoration dans les chambres pourraient apporter un peu plus de chaleur. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas d'une station de métro et à 5 mn à pied du parc Montjuic. Le parking en sous-sol, moins cher que les parkings aux alentours, est indispensable et très pratique, car trouver une place dans ces petites rues est impensable. Le départ se fait facilement, il suffit de laisser les clés dans l'appartement.

  Comments: Accueil ponctuel et chaleureux par Ramon le jour de notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos. Propre et lumineux. Il est très bien situé dans Barcelone, à 5 minutes à pied du métro ligne verte. Quartier calme et à la fois proche des lieux de vie. Je recommande ce logement.

  Comments: Este alojamiento nos gustó mucho, la casa es nueva y está muy bien situada, a unos 10 minutos de las ramblas. La zona está muy bien para `cenar o alternar al regreso de las visitas.   Comments: très bon appartement, modern, propre, lumineux, literie de qualité, ruelle calme, immeuble calme, rien à dire sur la prestation - bonne qualité/prix. En plus, dans un quartier animé, très espagnole, rien à voir avec le quartier ´Ramblas' qu'on a trouvé crad, cher et tout sauf espagnole. Donc l'appartement dans un coin super et moitié moins cher que les quartiers dites touristique. Par contre une clef et une carte pour six personnes trop limit pour l.organisation du séjour !

  Comments: The hosts where excellent and met us at the flat. The flat is exactly as pictured and one of the most modern I have stayed on airbnb. Although the location is rather central, I wouldn't exactly say that it is idea for families. We did not feel safe at night and one night we came home to a drugged out man urinating on the back of a parked car in front of the flat. It was a bit disconcerting for my 4 year old to say the least.

  Comments: Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans le magnifique appartement de Ramon et Jordi, nous étions 4 filles c'était parfait pour nous. Ramon nous a accueilli chaleureusement, il nous a expliqué comment prendre le métro, où aller etc. Très bien situé, dans le cœur même de la ville, à 5min à pied de la station de métro Paral-lel, qui mène à tous les endroits phares de la ville. De nombreux bars à proximité ainsi que des boites de nuits très sympa! Nous recommandons vivement!

  Comments: L'accoglienza di Ramon è stata molto cordiale e disponibile anche perché il nostro volo ha fatto ritardo e siamo stati in contatto con lui tramite utili sms. L'alloggio è ampio, tranquillo e confortevole ed è ubicato vicino alla metropolitana Parallel dove c'è anche la funicolare per il Montjuic; nella zona ci sono comodi negozietti di generi alimentari aperti anche fino a tardi -alle 23- e buoni ristoranti. Ci siamo trovati bene!

  Comments: L'appartement est bien situé par rapport aux curiosités de la ville, 5' à pied du métro "Parallel", 15' de Las Ramblas. Le quartier est intéressant situé en dehors des zones touristiques mais suffisamment proche de tout. L'intérieur moderne est bien équipé pour 4 personnes, peut-être un peu moins pour 6, la literie est confortable. Isolation un peu limite en regard de l'exubérance des voisins surtout au petit matin ... Le petit balcon aurait pu être intéressant pour déjeuner comme nous a indiqué Ramon, pour autant qu'il y ait eu une table et pas uniquement deux petites chaises pliantes. Les photos rendent par contre mieux qu'en réalité et nous avons été quelque peu déçus en découvrant l'appartement qui manque un peu de décoration, pas la moindre petite fleur ou plante comme sur les photos ! Le canapé et fauteuil tous deux de couleur crème sont fort tâchés, ce qui est peu engageant au premier abord lorsqu'on rentre dans l'appartement. Pas le moindre produit de base comme annoncé, même pas un savon dans les salles de bain ! L'appartement est cependant très propre ainsi que le linge fourni mais mériterait plus d'attention entre les locations : étanchéité de la douche à revoir, ampoule au-dessus de la table qui ne fonctionne pas de même que dans la salle de bain... Nous aurions aussi vraiment apprécié également ne fut-ce qu'une bouteille d'eau fraiche pour nous désaltérer à notre arrivée. Cela fait partie des petites attentions qui rendent l'accueil si sympathique comme il avait été mentionné dans beaucoup d'autres avis qui avaient d'ailleurs contribués à notre choix ! Ce ne devait pas être notre jour ! Si Ramon nous a paru sympathique, il devait cependant être très pressé ... ! Nous n'avons reçu aucune explication sur les environs, restos, visites et bon plans ... Nous recommandons cependant cet appartement pour les points positifs mentionnés.

  Comments: I was a little disappointed in this stay. The furniture was stained and broken. The kitchen equipment was missing, broken or damaged. The bathroom grout was moldy. The host was not very responsive. It wasn't until a couple days after I notified the host of a broken hot water kettle and broken coffee maker plus the lack of towels, that someone left more towels and another kettle. When I again notified the host of the broken coffee maker, he never responded. We were never able to start the morning with a cup of coffee in the apartment. Nor were we able to cook any meals since there were only two frying pans with badly scratched non-stick coating and a pot with burnt crusty scorch marks that made it unusable.

  Comments: The apartment was clean and spacious - we would definitely stay here again. We opted to use the airport transfer service provided by our host and it made getting to the apartment convenient. Another plus was that our driver called our host prior to our arrival. Our host Ramon was at the apt. when we arrived and he took the time to walk us through the apartment and show us all the great places to eat and drink close by and also answered any questions we had regarding local sightseeing. The listing was as described and we would have no issue recommending and/or staying there in future visits to Barcelona.

  Comments: Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour profiter du centre de Barcelone et du port à pied ou en métro). Jordi nous a bien accueilli, il nous a donné un plan de la ville et des informations touristiques et pratiques. Le parking sous l'appartement était complet mais nous en avons trouvé un autre sécurisé avec des tarifs corrects à 2 minutes dans une rue voisine.   Comments: Jordi arranged for every detail and made it very easy for us to check in. The location is excellent with public transportation everywhere. Metro station is within steps with Line 2 and 3 to all major attractions. Also, very close to the marina, plaza España and the art museum of catalunya! He was gracious enough to help us into our apartment early especially after my family was effected by several flight cancellations and change to existing vacation plans. The home is in a nice and vibrant neighborhood with great tapa bars a block away. It was located nicely adjacent to the gothic quarter with a more budget friendly cost. I would stay here again!   Comments: Jordi's apartment was in a fantastic location for us - close to many tapas restaurants and the Metro stop. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Apartment itself was very nice and well kept. We used Jordi's transfer service from the airport and found it very handy. All in all, a great experience for our first AirBnB booking!

Ramon checked us in and gave us great recommendations for food and drinks. The decor was simple (not a lot of decorations) which was perfect for my toddler who likes to grab everything off of shelves. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

  Comments: Jordi's place is well maintained and functional (wifi, full kitchen, private garage for a $17 fee per day), in a middle-class neighborhood close to Montjuic. It is very conveniently located in a quiet street close to Parallel and 5 mins away from the metro (direct line to Sagrada Familia). We would certainly return if given the opportunity. One important note of caution for travelers: be sure to have Jordi and team explicitly state the amount of extra tax that they will collect at check-in. We had a communication prior to arrival that stated a given amount, and we ended up paying an extra 30 Euros. That was a bit of a letdown upon arrival and could be easily fixed by Jordi and team with better, more transparent, communication.

  Comments: Bra leilighet. Veldig god størrelse, ingen problemer med seks personer. Leilighetskomplekset var ganske lytt, vi hørte veldig godt hver gang noen kom inn eller gikk ut av bygningen.

  Comments: We had a nice and comfortable stay at Jordi's apartment. He was very easy to contact as needed and very helpful! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The washer was a little tricky but after numerous messages to Jordi, I got it figured out! The area was great as it was close enough to walk to the touristy quarters but far enough away to avoid large crowds. There's a great little local bar on the corner which we stopped by every night before heading home. We felt so welcomed by the barmaid. The food in the area was incredible. We loved walking down Carrer De Blai going from bar to bar eating and drinking all of the delicious tapas and pinchos!

  Comments: El departamento está a unas 15 cuadras de plaza Cataluña, bien ubicado! El problema fue que llegamos un sábado y estaban de fiesta en el departamento de al lado y NO pudimos dormir! Además había varias cosas rotas en el dpto (ducha de la habitación principal, faltaba luz en un cuarto y en el balcón, la manija del lavarropas estaba rota, estaba rota la correa de la persiana y no se podía abrir ni cerrar, estaba roto un cajón del feeezer, etc) y le mandamos msjs y jamás nos contestó! Si buscan tranquilidad NO es el lugar..

  Comments: We spent almost a week at Jordi's flat in Barcelona.The flat was all spick and span and it was reasonably centrally located and the amenities worked well. There is a metro station very close by and it helped us a great deal to move around. I would recommend to get a taxi from the airport rather than a pre-booked one though.

  Comments: Pros: Zentrale Lage (15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur La Rambla), U-Bahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt, interessante Umgebung (viele Lokale, Geschäfte, Geldversorgung), sichere Gegend (nicht bange machen lassen, weil es nicht so ordentlich aussieht wie in Deutschland, das geht definitv in Ordnung), Wohnung geht platzmäßig für 6 (2 Badezimmer, 1 Doppelbettzimmer und jeweils noch ein Zimmer mit Bett plus Ausziehmatratze), guter Internetanschluss (nach Passwort fragen, ist nämlich nirgendwo in der Wohnung vermerkt - könnte man mal hinterlegen), Bad recht sauber, Duschen groß (ein Zimmer hat Dusch-Badewannenkombi), großer Balkon nach Norden in den Innenhof (so liegen auch die Schlafzimmer, mit südländisch typischer Geräuschkulisse, ich mag es), Check-in morgens um 1:00 war möglich (kostet ordentlich extra), großer Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach Cons: Balkonstühle wären nett (man kann die aber vom Küchentisch nehmen), Küche ist partiell nicht sehr üppig ausgestattet (gibt beispielsweise nur 4 Tassen, dafür aber viele Töpfe, Besteck ausreichend), während unseres Aufenthalts ging der Herd nur bis lauwarm (Jordi reagierte auf eine frühzeitige Reklamation meinerseits während des 6tägigen Aufenthaltts mit einem "sollte aber gehen", das war's)

It is in a very quiet block of new apartments in a peaceful area. We felt very safe both during the day and the evening with plenty of tapas bars only minutes away. Great place and would highly recommend this apartment.

  Comments: Great location, very close to Metro (5 min walk) and many, many great restaurants within walking distance. Only 5 minute walk to Carrer Blai which has tons of great choices. Apartment was clean and pretty spacious for Europe. Kitchen, dining and living area are quite roomy. I think comfortably the max would be 4 adults in the apartment because of the bedrooms. 2 people in the main bedroom and 1 in each of the smaller rooms. The smaller rooms do have a 2nd bed you can pull out but then you have no room to walk so it is a little tight, if it's kids then no problem, I think 6 adults would be a bit much. Beware of the shower, there is only a half glass so water shoots out all over the floor and there are no extra towels so that was a bit of a nuisance. There was also a leak in the ceiling of the shared bathroom which they didn't have time to fix before we checked in but it only started leaking again on our last day. It looks like it has been an issue for some time with the stains on the ceiling. I have a feeling they have had a steady rotation of guests which is why they haven't properly fixed the issue. Overall though, good option for Poble Sec.

  Comments: We stayed in flat 1.2 as the flat I booked had a slight issue, so this review is for 1.2 which I understand is the same spec. The flat was very comfortable for the three of us that were staying there. Everything needed for a long weekend was available and best of all, we loved the immediate area around the flat. It felt like somewhere that the locals actually live - great cafes, bars, little shops, access to the city. We did find it noisy on one night, due to loud music - take earplugs just in case. Communication and checking in was super - easy. Thanks Jordi and Ramon.

  Comments: We loved our stay here when we visited Barcelona. Ramon was there to welcome us into the apartment and was very helpful in giving us tips to get around the city. The location of the apartment is very good as it is within 2 mins walking distance to the Paral ' el metro which we used quite extensively. The apartment had all the amenities that we could have asked for. Although it may get a bit cramped for 6 people, there were enough beds for everyone. We would definitely recommend this apartment and will also look into booking again if we ever go back to Barcelona.

If you want to walk to Barceloneta, it is about 25 minutes. Parc Montjuic is also close. The apartment was cleaned and very quiet. No problem for the check-in. The apartment is clean and well kept, comes with several amenities, and is good value for what you get (in my opinion). Jordi was quite responsive when communicating, and Ramon was very hospitable as well. There were only two minor annoyances that I had: the wifi was spotty, and the shower doors didn't do a great job at keeping water off the bathroom floor. Other than that, my experience was good.

  Comments: Jordi’s a great host. He did help fix issues we had during our stay, which I appreciate a lot. However My experience personally wasn’t great. I was given keys for a faulty lock and was locked out of the building the first night. The host fixed the issue the next day. But it was a stressful situation and ruined my first night in Barcelona. The house was not clean and we cleaned it. The host offered to bring a cleaner, but by that point we already bought supplies and cleaned the place up. The elevator wasn’t working, and he fixed that the next day which is great. The place is great for sleeping. We visited in November (low season) and found it a quiet place. It’s also a great location, it’s only 15 minutes away by walk/public transit from all scenic places.

  Comments: The apartment is very close to a metro station (5 min walk) and a supermarket (3 min walk). It is also within a walking distance (less than 30 min) from a lot of major attractions. It has a decent-sized kitchen and living room for hanging out. The apartment is clean, and pretty quiet, although the neighbors can occasionally be heard. All in all, it felt like coming home after long days of sightseeing.
