Here you have access to the ocean without even crossing a road; surf breaks, swimming at more local beaches where sometimes Monk Seals come to rest. My apartment has been completely renovated complete with free standing bath tub I shipped from the UK. I've created a beach house vibe with open wraparound lanai, for indoor/outdoor living.

Neighborhood Overview: The Gold Coast is the hidden jewel of the South Shore of Oahu. In the neighbourhood you'll find great beaches, walks, restaurants,and of course vistas. It is quiet though so if you are looking to be in the absolute centre of things this might not be the best option. I sleep very well here!

Notes: I am looking to rent the apartment for at least six months from late July.

Transit: There is a bus stop directly in front of the building. This is the airport bus. There are also buses to the beaches, sea world park, downtown Honolulu and beyond. Parking is available across the road in the park. It is metered during the day.

Access: The apartment is fully furnished with artwork, objects and furniture from Europe. You will note I don't have a TV but there is superb internet access. But perhaps you'll decide on taking a break from the outside world once you're ensconced.

Interaction: As I'm often travelling sadly I doubt there will be little opportunity for much in-person access.

House Rules: Obviously this is my cherished home, and I've put a lot of time and energy and love into making it serene. So please treat it as you would your own home. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING No pets permitted in the building.
