Space: We have a wonderful fully rennovated three bedroom, two bath plantation cottage, located in the heart of Historic Haleiwa Town - five minutes from Haleiwa and Ali'i Beach Parks and the Haleiwa Boat Harbor. Even though we are in the heart of Historic Haleiwa Town, we are tucked away and surrounded by open space. We are within walking distance to all of the shops, grocery store, health food store, and restaurants around Old Haleiwa Town. We have 5 organic gardens, fruit trees, full kitchen, hot outside shower surrounded by orchids, claw foot bathtub, covered Lanai with outdoor seating, ample parking, 2 rescue dogs, and a few outside rescue cats. Pet friendly is a must and you should have your own transportation. Single and double occupancy rooms are available upon request and prices will vary. Neighborhood Overview: We live in a small, Historic town thats about a mile long and plays host to the fabled North Shore and the "Seven Mile Miracle " Global surfing mecca. Things get quiet around 9pm as all shops and food establishments shut down around that time. It is a very safe community but guest are urged to take precautions with valuables.

Notes: We are an Eco-Friendly home. We ask that you be energy and waste conservative. We recommend a reusable water bottle - we provide filtered water for the house. If you don't want to travel with one we have one you can borrow. We like to compost all fruit and veggie waste and provide a container for that when you cook. We also have a huge clothesline - feel free to use it for your beach towels and swimsuits, and even for your freshly washed laundry. Smoking outside only and away from windows. Most homes in Hawaii are open air and do not have climate control. Every room has large double sash windows and ceiling fans. Air conditioning is available in August and September only with a window unit.

Transit: Guests must have their own transportation. Parking is onsite.

Access: There will be access to Wifi and a wireless printer, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, gardens of fresh organic fruits and vegetables in the yard, an occasional night time fire pit, bicycles, and loving cats and dogs. We have bath and beach towels for you so you don't need to pack them. Since we have two rooms available please check with us on availability even if we show unavailable on the calendar.

Interaction: There will be interactions with guest. We are artists and have a backyard wood shop. We host occasional dinner parties and local celebrities will make appearances from time to time.
