Space: Beautiful fully renovated home with all the mod cons, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and polished floorboards throughout. There's not a great deal of storage space but the bedroom is huge and the bed super comfortable.

Description: 1 large, sunny room in a lovely, light filled, modern & fully renovated house in the cultural hub of Sydney's inner west. Great cafes, bars & markets, a nice quiet street but with shops, restaurants and the train station all within a 3 minute walk. Beautiful fully renovated home with all the mod cons, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and polished floorboards throughout. There's not a great deal of storage space but the bedroom is huge and the bed super comfortable. Linen and towels are provided, guests are welcome to use the washing machine (detergent is supplied) and all kitchen equipment as well as basic cooking essentials such as oils, herbs and spices. I will be overseas and you will be sharing with 2 very lovely and respectful men in their late twenties. Andy and Rob are often at work (including nights) and are equally happy keeping to themselves as they are having a chat and answering any questions you might have. Neighborhood Overview: Fantastic artsy, multicultural, friendly and safe neighbourhood with Sydney's best fresh food markets and best pub/live music venue (in my opinion!) just around the corner (but not within earshot!). Marrickville oozes culture and character, I rarely leave it on the weekends and I wouldn't live anywhere else.

Notes:

Transit: 2 minute walk to the train station and 15 minute train to Central. Sydenham station is also a short walk away and the train will take you directly from there to Bondi Junction. Buses are also a 2 minute walk away and go to Newtown or to the beach at Coogee. Free parking.
