Neighborhood Overview: We are in a middle-class section of Kailua town, with the beach access across the street. Grocery stores less than a mile away. Lots of great shops and restaurants only 1 mile down the road. We are located in the middle of Kailua beach bay about 2 beach access's north of a favorite beach spot called Kalama's. There are 2 bikes in the garage, surfboard and boogie boards.

Notes: We provide kayak, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, surfboard, beach wagon, cooler, pool toys. We have a modest liquor cabinet we ask that if you use please make your own contribution.

Transit: The bus system has a stop across the street and can take you anywhere on the island. We also have 2 bikes to ride around town.

Access: Guests have access to garage, front porch and pool area. There is a private studio on the property that is not part of this rental and that has its own separate entrance, parking spot, and privately fenced yard. You most likely won't even know it's there.

Interaction: We are usually available and would love to meet you or give you all the privacy you like.

House Rules: • Check-in time is 4PM. Please take steps to avoid generating any complaints from neighbors. We ask that you respect our neighbors by only parking on our property, please don't play music extremely loud, or let kids yell and scream a lot in pool area. This is a absolutely NO smoking house. If you smoke, please do it in front yard and safely discard all cigarette butts. You are welcome to use the beach equipment and any other amenities in the house. We just ask that if you break something please replace it. There is a outdoor hot shower on the pool side of the house for washing off sand. Please don't go in the pool or the house without washing off the sand. We also would appreciate if you shake sand off of all clothes or towels before putting them in the washer. Please only use the A/C if you are home. Do not leave A/C on if you plan on leaving for the day. This particular house is actually our home. We only rent it during certain times of the year.
