    Comments: I spent almost 40 days in this apartment and it was really good experience live in the best neighborhood of Manhattan.

    Comments: We stayed for 2 1/2 months and overall had a very good experience. Pros: Apartment was good sized, clean, and maintenance requests were done promptly. Management company was very polite and professional. Apartment furniture and kitchenware were adequate, TV and wifi were good. Very large master bedroom with 3 good sized closets. Washer/dryer in unit was very convenient. The patio was a nice size and faces a quiet courtyard. Neighbors were quiet. Management company cleans monthly (for the monthly fee) and does an awesome job. Great neighborhood, almost anything in walking distance. There is a view from the kitchen window of the Greenwich hotel across the street which allows for good paparazzi and celebrity watching. Cons: Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms so you need to keep the bedroom doors open in order to cool the rest of the apartment. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have a closet. Heating in the 2nd bedroom is done with a portable heater. Bathroom is small. The only closets in the apartment are in the master bedroom. Building is older, built in the 1970's. The last few weeks of our stay the management company scheduled several showings of the apartment to potential new tenants. Access to the apartment is stairs only, (one large flight of stairs outside) we did not have access to an elevator.
