Neighborhood Overview: Country Club Villas is near the south end of the Ali'i Drive (waterfront) resort district. Walking, running, and biking are very popular in this neighborhood.Being outside of "town" is less crowded but with excellent access to all of Kona's activities (many available at Keauhou Bay, just across the golf course) and travel to all the Big Island adventures. Keauhou Shopping Center is a 5-minute walk and is our "go-to" for grocery shopping.

Notes:

Transit: Designated parking just steps from the entrance; visitor parking for additional vehicles nearby. There is a "Kona Trolley" system (info in condo) that runs all of Ali'i drive and into town for additional shopping and restaurants/entertainment.

Access: You will be pleased with the spaciousness of this condo (1240 sq ft). There are books, games, videos and beach toys for your use. Books in loft are to share and take home if you like. Living room has an assortment of books on visiting the Big Island, the Hawaii atlas, hawaiiana flora and fauna, sea life and much more!

Interaction: Cyndy and Pat live just minutes away. Cyndy has lived in Kona since 1979 and Pat since 1998. We are happy to share our experiences and local knowledge with our guests. (At Horseplay Equestrian Center just up the mountain from the condo Cyndy teaches english riding and boards horses.)
