  Comments: Leatitia is a superb host. the only pity is, that we only stayed for one night in Porto. Apartment is lovely, walking distance to the city centre and Leatitia has some really nice tips for eating and going out...follow them! thanks for a nice stay and you are always welcome in Barcelona.

  Comments: I just returned from my Interrailtrip through western Europe with four friends of mine. For two nights we had the pleasure to stay in Laetitias lovely apartment in Porto. It is well located. Close to the train station and very handy to the center.

  Comments: Très joli appartement, agréable et bien situé, avec une très jolie vue et de beaux livres. Laetitia nous a fait partager quelques bons plans pour se ballader et manger; qui se sont avérés très utiles et agréables... Fantastique ville à visiter en scooter ou moto pour pour circuler librement et profiter de la magnifique route longeant la côte jusqu'aux plages du sud !

Her charming apartment proved to be very clean, very handy and also well located. My girlfriend and I heartily recommend this flat for a few days or longer in the beautiful city of Porto.

  Comments: Laetitia made me feel very welcome. She gave great suggestions for sightseeing, and local restaurants and bars to try. I had the comfort of a tourist, but the experience of a local. The apartment is in a great location and is fully equipped. And the price is outstanding. I would highly recommend this place.

  Comments: Apartamento agradable y bien equipado, conforme a la descripción. Cama cómoda, cocina, baño, todo correcto. Muy bien situado, cerca del metro con línea directa al aeropuerto, pero también es perfectamente posible ir andando hasta el centro (unos 10 minutos). Hay varias tiendas al lado: supermercado, panadería, cafetería. La calle es relativamente tranquila, únicamente la parada de bus justo delante de la casa causa bastante ruido si se duerme con las ventanas abiertas. Laetitia es una buena anfitriona. Hubo un pequeño malentendido sobre los horarios de llegada y salida (culpa nuestra de no haber leído bien, era la primera vez que trabajábamos con Airbnb), pero Laetitia hizo lo posible para adaptarse a nuestros horarios. A pesar de estar a punto de ir de viaje, tomó su tiempo para informarnos de sus restaurantes preferidos, lugares de interés, transportes, etc. Pasamos 3 días muy agradables. ¡Gracias Laetitia!

  Comments: Upon our arrival we briefly met Laetitia at her apartment, where she kindly explained everything and gave us some recommendations on her favourite places in Porto -restaurants, cafés, clubs, sightseeing basics-, which proved great! We really enjoyed her suggestions during our stay in the city, and hopefully the next time we will try the ones we missed -not enough time for everything!. Unfortunately we could not say goodbye to her, as she was busy at the time we left. The apartment is nicely located close to the centre -you can easily walk to the main touristic areas. It is also very close to the Metro station Campo 24 de Agosto, which takes you directly to the airport. There are bakeries and small shops/supermarkets in the same street (even a bakery besides with fine pastries for breakfast) and, for those in need of a big supermarket, there is a Pingo Doce in Rua de Passos Manuel, at a walking distance of about 5-10 min. The apartment itself is cosy and bright: in fact, light coming in through the big windows is one of the best things, and we really enjoyed sitting on the sofa in the living room to read after getting up, surrounded by light. The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned, but this is shown in the photos and we were perfectly fine with it except maybe for the fact that it lacked a bit more electric light as it has no window. Something unimportant, though! We believe that this is a good place to stay for anyone visiting Porto.

  Comments: Laetitia provided helpful tips and suggestions for sights and restaurants in Porto. The apartment is tidy and furnished with an artist's eye for detail. Nice green view from the windows. The apartment is not completely soundproof but this has an upside too, such as the occasional call of seagulls heard through the bathroom vent. The (shared) wireless connection works better in the hallway or in the bakery next door, which makes a tempting range of pastries and sells a good cup of coffee for only 65 cents. Pleasant neighbourhood with shops nearby, within walking distance from the centre. Easy metro connection to the airport.

  Comments: Todo ha ido según lo esperado. Avisamos a Laetitia cuando aterrizamos en Porto y quedamos en el apartamento. Fue muy amable, nos explicó el transporte, los lugares que nos podrían interesar y nos dio recomendaciones de todo tipo que nos fueron muy útiles. El apartamento y el barrio son tal y como están descritos. Agradecimos mucho tener todo lo necesario para cocinar y lavar la ropa. El piso es muy céntrico y está estupendamente comunicado por metro y bus. Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta.

  Comments: Cosy and well located apartment at just a few minutes from the metro station. From there, it is very easy to travel across Porto. We had a great stay in Porto! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The rest of the apartment is well furnished with a personal touch of Laetitia. Only a pity that the elevator was not working during our stay to reach to the apartment on the 4th floor... As is mentioned correctly by Laetitia in the description, there is quite some noise in the street due to traffic. If you did not plan your visit in advance, don't worry. Laetitia has a long list of recommended restaurants/bars/activities!

  Comments: Laetitia nous a très bien accueilli, notamment en nous donnant plein de bons plans (bars, restos, etc.), nous en avons suivi quelques uns et avons passé un super séjour grâce à elle. L'appartement était vraiment très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol, l'appartement est assez mal insonorisé, on entends pas mal les voitures, heureusement que le quartier est assez calme mais les mouettes se baladent en gangs à Porto ;) Globalement je recommande, on s'est vraiment bien senti dans cette appartement. Merci pour tout.

  Comments: Laetitia's flat was as expected and well located for the city centre and it also had good transport links for rail and the airport. She was helpful with both information and recommendations when we arrived and queries we had during our stay. We travelled with our 20-month old daughter without difficulty. We would go back and stay.

  Comments: The appartment is really well located with just a ten minute walk to the center or five to the closest metro station. Clean, light and it has all the equipment you need. The bed sleeps pretty well! Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is okay (water pressure is really low though).

  Comments: The kitchen was not fully cleaned. Noise every night , have a pub in front of the apartament and people dont care to laugh very hight. Some things in the photos don't match, like the sofa and table. The host have left the refrigerator, freezer, cabinets, wardrobe with her thing left a litle space for us or none in some cases like the freezer and cabinets loaded with old food. "bad for a 30 days rent" She was rude against us because we arrived 40 minutes later, we have comunicated she before the delay, because we had a delay to take the rented car "common for travellers". she ask us rude things like "you don't have gps?" and "the house is the only number 40 in the road", i never seen a treatment like that on airbnb before. Every people traveling can got very easy delays.. The host ask every time about the apartment not how are our stay or if we need anything and every paper inside the house have a reminder "dont steal anything" its funny because the apartment is so simple and have nothing of value.. "rude again". It would be better if she treated the guests as guests!

Normally laetitia lives in her airbnb so it’s really Cozy and has everything what you Need! The flat is in a Nice area! Near to the supermarket, flat, City Center And Metro Station! We really enjoyed the Stay!
