  Comments: My 3-day stay at Inma's place was just perfect for my needs! Inma is a kind person (and apparently, a talented artist - shame that it was a busy trip for me and I did not have much time to discover this more) and a reliable host. Her place (street level) is located in a neighbourhood I like very much (Poble Sec), close by a subway station. The room was very much like the description provided on the listing. Everything was clean and tidy. The room fits one person and has plenty of storage. It does not have any window and is located in between the kitchen and another bedroom: it is therefore extremely quite, which I really appreciated given my sleeping pattern during this short trip (6am-12pm). I was unfortunate enough to fall in her shower and break the plastic frame, also getting mildly injured in the process. Inma was considerate in helping me clean the injury and we settled the damage by splitting repair fees. Will come back if I have a chance!

  Comments: I spent only one night in Inma's appartment. Everything went smoothly, Inma waited for my arrival and was very helpful. The appartment is very well located and I went for a really nice walk to the park Montjuïc which is really closeby.

  Comments: The room is quite cosy. Comfortable, and silent. It is located about ten minutes away by foot from the port, and les ramblas. There are a couple of good, and not too expensive, cafes close by. Inma was very kind, and was very helpful during my stay. Will definitely recommend this accommodation.

  Comments: Inma was very welcoming and nice host. I love her place so much, everything is clean and perfect. But, when I was there it was pretty hot. There was no fan inside the room, so no air circulation in the room, no window. Overall, the place is very close to everything! 2 mins from metro. There are a lot of rest around and market. Thank you for letting me stay!

The room is quite small but totally sufficient if u are only staying for a few days. The ventilator in the room helped with the heat although it is still warmer in the room than in the rest of the house. Anyway i can totally recommend inmas place.

  Comments: Inma was the coolest host -- She knew where all the best places were, whether you wanted to go to a bar, club, a place to go dancing, or a good seafood place. Her and her friends were super nice and showed me around the coast the first night I was there, which was really nice of them. The room is as described, relatively small, but was fine for me as a single person for a week. Since I came during the summer, it got pretty hot in the room, even with the fan, so keep the door open at night and the fan running and you should be fine. The kitchen is also off limits, but you can use the fridge and sink and the plates and silverware. Overall, the place is really clean and in a good location in Barcelona, right next to the Poble Sec metro stop and many of the other parts of Barcelona that you may want to visit anyway.

Neater than a hotel! The location is also fantastic. 3 minutes from Plaça d'espanya (where you can catch the aerobus to and from the airport). I absolutely loved my stay with Inma and wish I could've been there longer!

  Comments: Communication was easy and Inma was very flexible in scheduling when to meet and leave. The flat itself is interesting because it contains a combined work space, and has an industrial feel that is being redone very well. I really like it, and you have your own room as well. I talked to both Inma and her flat mate and they were both very friendly. You also have a fan in your room for the summer months, and even though it's the ground floor, it's interior so there's no noise. Very much recommend!

  Comments: I had a lovely stay at Inma's appartment. Inma had to work during my stay, so she arranged for her mother to be at the appartment upon arrival. Maria (mother) doesn't speak english, but that was not a problem at all. She was very outgoing and did her very best to show me around in the appartment. The room was small but enough. I see some people complained that there was no aircondition in the room. They have bought a fan, problem solved. Fresh towels and clean sheets. The appartment lies in the center of Poble Sec, with easy access to the metro (3 min walk). I spent my days exploring the area, and its in walking distance to the beach, as well as Castelle Montjuic. I'm recommending this appartment to anyone who is travelling by themself. Thank u very much Maria, Osman and Inma.

  Comments: Inma was a very helpful and friendly host. She was quick to respond to my questions about the place and how to get to her place. Her description of the place was accurate. It was located on a quiet street, off the main street, with easy access to the centre of Barcelona. I was arriving at Barcelona late and was not sure how to get to her place (due to darkness), she came out to the Metro station (5 minutes walk) to get me. I would definitely recommend this place for someone travelling alone and looking for a modest, clean, and quiet place to stay.

  Comments: Inma is a really kind woman, I arrived quite early (half past 9am) but she let me to move in right away. I got a key to the flat. Although I haven't seen her much later on (I was in the city) she often inquired if I am okay. If you like pilates, do not hesitate to reserve the room and you can freely join to the occasional classes. :)

  Comments: Inma es muy amable y cuando está en casa tiene una muy buena disposición para ayudar. La pieza es pequeña y no tiene ventana pero suficiente para llegar a dormir, es tal cual se ve en la fotografía. El piso es algo oscuro, sin embargo mi estadía ahí ha sido buena.

Her place is near the metro station not far from some of tourist spots such as Plaça d'Espanya, only one metro stop away. The room itself is small yet very neat and tidy. It's good enough for a solo traveller. Recommended!

  Comments: This apartment's location is great if you want to experience local Barcelona while having easy and quick access to the center (2 minutes walk to the metro). Inma is an amazing host, great hospitality, she helped me get around in the area. I was there in November, so the apartment was a little cold for me, although Inma did offer me a heater. Nonetheless, it's a great place to stay. Thank you again, Inma!

  Comments: Inma’s apartment is lovely and clean and the room is perfect for a solo traveller. The metro is only a couple of minutes walk away but the apartment is also within walking distance of many beautiful Barcelona locations such as el Raval and Montjuïc. Would recommend to anyone!

  Comments: Inma and Nord were very nice and helpful in every way even though I haven't seen them much as i was busy. The apartment itself is also nice and has interesting design, the area is good as well, there's a whole tapas street in 5 min walking distance, shops and all the infrastructure you might need. The only shortcoming for me was the lack of fresh air during the night when i closed the door as there's no window. But overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to other solo travelers on budget.

  Comments: Tutto perfetto! L'alloggio è molto pulito. La camera è più grande di quello che sembra, molto accogliente, c'è un armadio enorme e un tavolino. C'è molta privacy perchè la camera si trova nella prima parte dell'appartamento, quindi non si è mai obbligati a passare dal salotto per arrivare in camera. La posizione è perfetta! A un minuto dalla metro che porta in stazione e alle Ramblas (linea 3). Si può arrivare tranquillamente anche a piedi in tutta la zona centrale. Zona a buon mercato, con molti bar nella via a fianco. Inma è molto simpatica e accogliente, mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio. Tutto era ben organizzato, comunicazione prima dell'arrivo eccellente. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona tornerei qui. Consiglio assolutamente! :)
