  Comments: Narelle was brilliant. The unit was just what we wanted. A perfect little spot right in amongst the bustle of Newtown. It had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was also amazingly quiet, we couldn’t hear any traffic at all even though we were right on Enmore Road. The position was great, with all the restaurants and shops only around the corner, very convenient to everything. Taxis always around, buses and train station less than 50 metres away! We enjoyed our stay there very much. We will definitely be back. It was really the best way to spend a week in Sydney. Thanks so much Narelle.

  Comments: Five stars. Lovely little flat very close to Newtown station (less than five minutes). Narelle has thought of everything - washing powder, plenty of sockets, small carton of milk - a great host. Small flat but perfectly formed. Very, very clean. Amazing comfortable bed, and nice and dark for a good lie in. Lovely little balcony. Triple glazing to keep out the traffic noise. I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Only issue could be the stairs - no lift - but I'm lazy and I could manage them easily! Highly recommend. I will try to stay here again next time I'm in Newtown.

  Comments: The one bedroom apartment was bright, clean, quiet, close to public transport, and minutes away from many cafes, restaurants and shops.   Comments: Narelles unit is in a perfect location to experience all that Newtown has on offer. Public transport, cafes and restaurants, bars and night clubs are within a hop, skip and jump. The unit is modern, immaculate and presented tastefully. Considering the close proximity to the hustle and bustle of street, the units specialised glazed door blocks out all noise. The communication from the host was excellent and as a regular visitor to the area we will definately be returning for another stay.

  Comments: This unit is fantastic and the location couldn't be better. Narelle made check-in a breeze and was always quick to respond to messages. The unit was clean and very very comfortable. It has a full kitchen which, in addition to grocery stores and bakeries in easy walking distance, make it easy to save money on dining. However, if you want to go out, there are heaps of cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Easy access to public transportation makes exploring the city a breeze. Excellent!

  Comments: Narelle's apartment is a great place to stay - just a 1 minute walk to the train and two stops to Central Station. Newtown has lots of cafes, restaurants and also has a movie theatre - all within very easy walking distance. There's also a really nice organic supermarket right next to the Train station. Newtown is well lit and very safe to walk around in the evenings. The apartment is small but very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The apartment complex is fresh and clean and quite secure. Although the apartment faces onto a busy street it is perfectly quiet inside due to the triple glazing on the balcony door. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

As travelers of a certain age, we were a bit worried that Newtown's energy would be overwhelming, but Narelle's apartment was well-insulated from the hustle and bustle outside. The location would be hard to beat: the wide array of local shops and restaurants had everything we needed, and with the train station a stone's throw away, moving around the city was easy and efficient. Definitely a keeper!

Stairs are not a problem, they have handrails and even with luggage, very manageable. Great base for exploring Sydney as public transport is at the door, highly recommended.

  Comments: It was our second time in Newtown and it did not disappoint! We had some little mishaps with wifi and some kitchen utensils but the host was very quick to respond with solutions and was able to help us whenever we needed it. The house is very close to local cafes and restaurants with ample amount of activities to do with the train station less than a 3 minute walk away. Fantastic service in a lovely home, we would recommend this place to everyone :)

  Comments: This place is centrally located, super clean and well equipped and also very secure for the solo traveller. I was able to catch a train from the airport and walk only a couple of minutes to the destination. Nearby there are lots of restaurants and cafes, and I enjoyed the food from a different culture every meal. I would happily stay there again.

Het appartement is heel prettig en het bed ligt lekker. Het straatverkeer is wel vrij luidruchtig met de ramen open. Maar met de ramen dicht heb je er geen last van.

  Comments: Loved staying at Narelle's place. The location is unbeatable, the triple glazed balcony door really does keep out all the street noise. Lots of thoughtful touches like a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and little things you might not have with you such as spare Opal cards and an umbrella. Self check in/out made everything easy. Also a very stylishly decorated and clean place, it was a very enjoyable stay.

  Comments: This is a gem of an apartment in an outstanding location. The apartment itself, while a studio, is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. Every amenity you could desire is provided, including a very well-equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, and a good sized washer/dryer. While the apartment is on a busy road, none of the street sounds come into the apartment when the balcony door is closed. The building is upscale, quiet and maintained well. Which brings us to the location. I've been to Sydney several times, but this was my first experience in Newtown. It's simply wonderful. Within steps of this apartment are countless good restaurants, many moderately priced by Sydney standards. If you plan to do some of your own cooking, there are decent markets within walking distance. While the apartment is not located in the main tourist areas, they are readily accessible by public transportation. Finally, Narelle is a superb host. While we never met, she was extremely gracious in our written communications and responded promptly. I felt quite welcome in her apartment and would have no hesitation about booking this unit again in a future visit to Sydney. Very highly recommended!

  Comments: Great place, superb value! I highly recommend that you go visit the rooftop terrace of the place, as it's lovely up there and exposing yourself to the sunlight (with proper precautions like 50+ Australian Cancer Council sun cream, a broad-brimmed hat, and some water) will help you get over your jet lag. Having the washing machine and drying racks for laundry is especially helpful for the compact traveller who doesn't bring much but does have to wash clothing often enough. I also loved the little terrace off the condo unit, where I had my breakfast every day. So wonderful! Give it a go! It's a great listing!!

I stayed five nights, and the apartment is equally well-suited to shorter or longer stays, with everything guests might need. The local neighbourhood is terrific. The apartment is located on a busy road in a bustling area, but the sound-proofing is excellent, so you have the benefit of being in the middle of a lively local scene while the apartment is calm and quiet.   Comments: Narelle was a fabulous host, always responding quickly and made check in and check out easy. Narelle's place was lovely. It was small, but had everything you need if you're on your own or with someone. It is close to trains and buses which take you straight into the city centre. The door blocked out most of the noise and there was a fan and air-conditioning, so if you can't handle the noise and it's hot, you can close the doors and still be cool. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone else travelling to Sydney.

It is located in the heart of Newtown, literally steps away from cafes, restaurants, great indie shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. Everything you can possibly need is so nearby. It's also about a block away from the metro which was is so convenient to travel around Sydney. Though she is located on a busy street, you would never know it because her soundproof sliding door blocks out all noise and the place is very quiet (a must for me and my husband). We really enjoyed our stay here and I can't recommend it enough!
