Notes: Super quiet building and very quiet apartment block. It’s above a family with a young child so late night noise isn’t really an option - so quiet after 10pm is a must even on weekends. It's a nice area, warmer and more open side of Vaucluse within minutes to everything

Transit: Yes bus stop literally 35 metres from the front door, straight to the city or junction or rose bay, and / or Watsons bay ferry. 12/15 minutes walk to the closest ferry Driving to Bondi or the city is 15/30 min respectively.
